Lovely place to take a holiday. The staff are brilliant, especially the entertainment team, my family’s favourite being team leader Alex. He always invited us to events around the hotel such as aqua gym and darts and made sure everyone was included while loving talking to guests (seeing as he speaks an impressive 9 languages!) to make their stay more enjoyable, really a people’s man! The reason the place loses a star for service is that there was people from the entertainment team which would only invite French people to events which is so unfair because they’re taking up space from everyone else while not inviting everyone - French people even have their own wristbands so that the team can spot them in order to invite them to participate in events. The hotel had many German, Portuguese and English guests as well so why this was in place, I don’t know (the staff only inviting French people did speak English as well so they could’ve gathered more people but didn’t). Other than that, the rooms were spacious, cleaned daily, the pool was also regularly cleaned and the food was amazing with lots of options. You’re only about a 5-10min walk from the beach Platja de Sa Coma and Playa S’illot which both have clear water but Sa Coma beach is cleaner. There’s also lots of shops within walking distance to buy souvenirs or snacks and restaurants by the beach for meals and drinks.

Substandard quality – Vending machine coffee in a 4-star hotel ​The hotel claims to be a 4-star establishment, but the reality is far from it. The biggest disappointment was the coffee. Being forced to drink low-quality vending machine coffee, which is honestly worse than what you get at any highway gas station, completely ruined the experience. A true 4-star hotel should know better. Would not recommend.

I am very happy with the hotel, especially with the entertainers Luci and Andrea. They are truly personable and always create a good, positive atmosphere. They are always full of energy, and it is really fun talking to them

An Amazing Stay at Mariant Park! We had a fantastic experience at Mariant Park! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A huge thank you to Alejandro at reception, who went out of his way to change our room to a beautiful one with a pool view—it made our stay even more special! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Another shoutout goes to Andrej, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He always greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel very welcome. The food at the hotel was also a pleasant surprise—delicious, fresh, and with a great variety each day. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, we always found something we loved. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. Great food, friendly staff, and excellent service. Highly recommend Mariant Park, and we will definitely be coming back!

First night we arrived at this hotel, I noticed our balcony door did not lock. Got told it would be looked at the following day. I was on holiday with my one year old daughter so I was not sleeping in this room with a door that is open. I got told 'nobody can get in' I had to demand another room until this was sorted as there was no way me and my daughter was staying in an unlocked room. They told me there were no free rooms. After going back and forth got moved to another room for the night. Crazy how one was free after an hour but here we were. Was a nightmare from the get go. The food was nothing special, same stuff every day. Basic foods. The staff in the restaurant were always kind. We also had to knock on our neighbours 3 nights out of 7 because the noise was beyond a joke after 12am when you have a baby asleep. I understand the walls are thin but some people have 0 respect. People were bringing their friends back to their rooms and by the sounds of it were having a party. The corridors are just as bad late at night, very loud people screaming and running down the corridors, again 0 respect for other people on holiday. Nothing to do around this hotel, so don't go here unless you are happy walking up and down the beach 5 times a day, and going to the same 5 shops. Defiantly will not be returning to this hotel.
