The room was a bit old and tired with no spare sockets or drink facilities though very clean and the air conditioning worked well. There is a fridge and safe (Chargeable) in the room. Room service was every day, unless declined. Some Top floor rooms have sea views (Just about). 10 - 15 min walk to the shops and beach. Most sun loungers very old and uncomfortable need replacing. It looks to me everyone is on all-inclusive. Food is okay as much as you want and 2 cooking stations. Fresh fruit disappointing with tinned mixed fruit, peaches, pears used often. Bananas, Oranges and Apples always available. Entertainment team work hard. But for best evening entertainment walking into Puerto del Carmen is best. All in all a relaxing holiday. Everywhere in hotel very clean. Quiet in between daily activities. Staff friendly.

Great location, great facilities and to be completely honest - whatever you are paying your entertainment team - its.not enough. THEY ARE BRILLIANT. They work so hard and put a smile on your face on a daily basis. Just amazing. Foor was ok, bit repetitive, just wish I didn't need to stick my plate of food in the.microwave to get it.hot, on a daily basis. Rooms were a bit tired but adequate- need a bit of a refurbished? Enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay.there again - location is perfect 👌

Very good place and food. 4 star hotel with suite room (1 badroom apartment has a bathroom and living room with a small fridge and tv). The food is very good and there is plenty of options every morning and evening. The lunch time is from 1-3 pm and also has lot of food, but not the typical chef's dish, that you only have at night. Monring pancakes with honey or hazelnutcream are the best 🫡. Also offering alcohol free beverages at the all-in bar!

It's not often I would write a review whilst still on holiday. The food and drink on offer are OK. Lots of the supposed hot food at buffet is cold. Best to wait for fresh food to be brought from kitchen, as at least it is hot. Drinks from bar are served in paper cups until 6pm. Just ruins the drink. Now onto the rooms. Booked Relaxia family ( attached spec ) TIRED is best description. There is no mini bar, the tv is not a smart tv, the furniture and bed frames etc are very old and in poor condition. In bathroom, they have very decent shower, but have the most disgusting and unhygienic things on the planet.... a shower curtain. No room to wash in shower without curtain clinging on to you. We first visited this hotel around 12 years ago, and the rooms were tired and in need of refurbishment back then. Rooms are still exactly the same, but are now in dire need of refurbishment. Since our last stay here, in September 2022, the price has increased by more than 100%, I think it would be fair to say the value here has gone. It is not worth the in excess of €200 per night. Sadly won't be back. ( Stay was in room 216 )

We arrived for a weeks holiday before Christmas with our little one. Room wasn't what we expected. Quite dated. We could hardly open the door unless used force.And quite cold at night and first thing in the morning. We didn't sleep well for a whole week.and were left without any towels or loo roll after a clean.and WiFi didn't connect most of the time. But saying that. Hotel. Grounds. Food.pools and staff. Amazing! We really looked forward to breakfast lunch and dinner. The food was delicious. If the rooms get updated. We will be back. The vibe was lovely. The cats. The birds and the Christmas lights. The lights in the pool in the evenings. It was just gorgeous. We didn't see any evening entertainment as little one went to bed at 7.30/8. Plenty of sunbeds around 3 pools in different areas. But we spent days at the beach mostly. A launderette would have been handy. And tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been good too. (We hired a kettle and bought tea coffee and milk from the shop)
