A very high end hotel with an exclusive feel. Decorated,finished and furnished to a very high standard. Lovely large rooms woth comfortable beds and private balconies but beautifully landscaped grounds woth two lovely swimming pools. Great professional ,friendly and hard working staff. I would definatrly stay in a Riu hotel again.

The rooms are comfortable, faultless and - like the rest of the hotel - spotlessly clean. The service in the bars and restaurants is very good with fantastic food and loads of choice. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We're looking forward to coming back.

Due to a recent family bereavement we were not here very long however the staff were incredibly helpful and sympathetic. The hotel facilities were great and whilst it was a quiet hotel, it is perfect for relaxation in an ideal location if you want to venture out.

Nice little Riu, we have stay at many larger Riu resorts, Palmeras is quite and easy going, lovely hotel, service excellent, wonderful welcome when we arrived 'you are home now, enjoy'. Oct 25 One negative of the hotel - too many smokers, more non-smoking areas are needed!
