We had an amazing time during our summer holiday here! From the moment we arrived, every member of the HSM Atlantic team made us feel genuinely welcome.❤️✨ A special thank you to Silvia at reception. She was incredibly helpful and made our stay so comfortable. She always greeted us with a warm smile whenever we walked past the reception desk, which really made a difference. The F&B team, especially Raquel, Hamad, and everyone else whose names I may have missed (including those in the restaurant area), were absolutely wonderful. They were always attentive, friendly, and kept checking if we needed anything. Such thoughtful service! The entertainment was another highlight of our stay. The lead MC, Mr. Morini, brought so much energy and enthusiasm every day, especially with the children. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does. The evening shows were fantastic and gave us something to look forward to every night. We stayed for 10 nights, and it honestly felt like a home away from home. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. We will definitely be back next year! ❤️ Without a doubt, this has been the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Magaluf so far. We had another wonderful stay in Spain and, once again, everything exceeded our expectations. What I appreciated the most was the staff. One of the reasons we keep coming back is that many of the team members have been here for years. Some of them have been working at the hotel since my very first visit in 2013, which creates such a warm and familiar atmosphere. A special thank you to Raya and Rachel, who were absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. And many thanks for the delicious Aperol Spritz! One thoughtful touch that really stood out was on the morning of our check-out. We had an early departure, and the hotel kindly served us coffee, toast, an apple, and a pear before we left. Small gestures like this make a big difference and show genuine care for their guests. Honestly, I cannot say anything negative about this hotel. For the price you pay, you receive service and hospitality that go above and beyond expectations. As a returning guest, I can confidently say that this place continues to deliver an excellent experience year after year. Muchas gracias, and Viva España! We look forward to coming back again soon.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable with beautiful décor. The location was perfect and close to everything I needed. Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options for all tastes. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. The hotel is also perfect for families and children, offering a comfortable and safe environment for everyone. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again!

Positives and small negatives. I would go back. The good: The location is good. Lots of shops nearby and not far from the strip. The hotel itself mostly nice. Modern and quite well kept. The room was nice as well as the view. The not so good parts: The room was very warm and in April the air conditioning isn't turned on and asking didn't make any difference. We had to keep the balcony door open in the night. The only issue with this is there's loud mud outside until 11pm. The beds are very hard and noisy. The food is repetitive and just ok. However, the snack bar food is nicer and the guy who served us was really nice and friendly. The kids park could do with a refurbishment but it's ok. The TV has a 15 volume restriction on it and it was hard to hear when entertaining the kids. I feel like the not so good parts are more like niggles more than anything. It's a decent hotel and good value

We stayed at this hotel for 9 days with our family on an all-inclusive package. Overall, our stay was good, but there were several issues that affected our experience. First of all, the room cleaning was disappointing. The room was not cleaned properly, and although the towels were changed regularly, they were often brought with someone else's hair on them, which is unacceptable. The food in the restaurant was varied and generally good. However, the biggest problem was the service. Many of the staff seemed unhappy and were constantly making comments or speaking to guests in an unfriendly way. Another strange rule was that coffee was only available during breakfast. One evening, my father made himself a coffee because the coffee machine was turned on and fully working. A manager immediately came over and scolded us, saying we were not allowed to make coffee. How were we supposed to know that? There was no sign or information anywhere saying coffee was not available at dinner. It felt like we had done something wrong, even though there was no way for us to know the rules. Unfortunately, throughout our stay, there seemed to be some kind of unpleasant situation almost every day. The overall attitude of some staff members made us feel as if we owed them something, instead of feeling like welcomed guests. We paid for our vacation and expected the level of service that should come with it. Finally, I would like to mention the car rental service offered at the hotel. If you want to pay for full rental days and actually use the car for full days, I would not recommend booking through them. We received the car at 8:00 AM, but instead of returning it at 8:00 AM on the last day, we were required to return it at 7:00 PM the day before, despite paying for full days. Because of this, we couldn't use the car on our final evening to visit another town, which was very disappointing. The hotel has many positive aspects, but improving housekeeping, customer service, and providing clear information about hotel rules would make a big difference.
