One of the best hotels to spend time with the family. Very entertaining with the animation, excellent and varied food throughout the whole day, the bar is very good, several pools according to age, and a water park. Does it have areas for improvement? Yes, of course. The elevators could be bigger and there should be more of them, especially in the buildings with 8 floors. The management of wasps and pigeons in the snackbar area could be better. Some rooms already have floors that need renovation, and some of the bathrooms should be fixed so that the shower water actually falls where it should. The problem is that these are big investments and, honestly, considering what the hotel charges and offers, I don’t think one can expect more, since I find it affordable and excellent. My children love it. In conclusion: yes, it has some downsides, but you can clearly see the investment year after year. The shuttle van to the beach is new, the water park is new, the pirate ship in the play area is new, etc. Therefore, I can say that IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, the price/quality ratio is optimal. I have already been there twice, and until next September 2026 I’ll be dreaming of playing with my children at the Eurocalas. It should also be said that many tourists are disrespectful, and the hotel should have a zero-tolerance policy for this.

My family and myself arrived at this hotel for a weeks stay. On first impressions the hotel is very nice and my daughter and I did love the pools. Unfortunately by midweek I was very very ill, 8 hours of continuous vomiting. We should have been pre warned as first night could hear the room next to us being violently sick all night aswell. Stopped eating in the hotel and Unfortunately there is not alot nearby. Room was also full of ants, which the hotel did upgrade us for. Also dont bother with the arcade as none of the machines work and just take your kids money. Not a 4 star hotel at all, everywhere you looks something doesn't work. Have given 4 stars for service as the kids entertainer is great and my daughter loved the mini disco.

Large hotel. Very busy with families with very well behaved children Rooms kept clean. Good selection of foods for each meal and dining room kept very clean considering the number of people using it. Table always found very quickly each time walked in. The children's entertainment was very good. Think man mostly doing it was Nico and he was brilliant and had the children so engaged and involves

I thought it was a great family hotel. My room was big enough and clean (Mallorca Block) . Kids loved all the swimming pools and slides. Some areas are a little dated, but generally was good standard. I thought selection of food was good most days, never an issue with finding something to eat. Snack bar was handy for the kids. Constant fresh pizza was really nice. All staff were very friendly and worked busily keeping the place tidy. Would definitely go back.

The accommodation is comfortable and clean, and all the staff are very polite and kind. The food is good, though I would have liked a few more meat options. The evening entertainment is fun—the entertainers are friendly and engaging—but adding some more creative activities could make it even better. The snack bar has a great variety, though the beer is usually served a bit warm. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay with several positives, and a few small improvements could make it even more delightful.
