We had a really enjoyable stay at HYB Eurocalas and overall it’s an amazing place to go, especially for families with children. There is so much for the kids to enjoy, with two big swimming pools, a fantastic water park, and a separate children’s pool with its own mini water park. Our children absolutely loved the pools and water facilities, and there was always something to keep them entertained. The rooms were very clean and well looked after, and the resort itself was a lovely place to spend our holiday. Unfortunately, one of the biggest disappointments for us was the bar staff. We found some of them to be very rude and unwelcoming, which really put a dampener on the experience. It felt like customer service was not a priority at times, and I honestly feel this is letting what is otherwise a fantastic hotel down massively. The management really needs to look into the way guests are being treated because the bar service could be so much better. The only other small downside was that the children’s entertainment starts at 8:30pm, which we felt was a little too late, especially for families with younger children who are ready for bed earlier. Apart from those issues, we had a fantastic holiday. The pools and water parks are brilliant, the rooms are clean, and there is loads for children to enjoy. With some improvements to the bar service and slightly earlier children’s entertainment, this place could be absolutely fantastic. Overall, an amazing family-friendly resort that we really enjoyed, despite a few areas that definitely need improving.

We had an amazing family holiday at H10 Eurocalas! We travelled with our 4.5 and 2.5-year-old boys, and they absolutely loved it. Great room, fantastic food and so many activities for children — big playground, mini club, pools for all ages, pool activities, trampolines, electric cars and kids’ shows every evening. The hotel is incredibly family-friendly, with kids’ plates, plenty of high chairs and little details that make travelling with young children so much easier. A huge thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable! We absolutely loved it and would definitely choose the same hotel again!

We arrived in the room and found medicine, trash and nappies left from the previous person. Bar and restaurant staff are not very friendly. Food not great and not alot of choice. For me an all inclusive should offer everything for free, but for the evening entertainment for kids and the evening snack bar you have to pay…?! We wanted to have a longer sleep one morning and turned the ‘do not disturb’ sign on but the cleaners still came into the room at 9.30am!! When we left the room at 11 and put the cleaning sign on, they did not come back to clean the room. Another day when they ‘did’ clean the room, all the dirty dishes were left. If they would provide cleaning rags and soap i would happily do it myself, but of corse they do not provide it, so why did they not take care of it? Overall very disappointed and will certainly not be coming back or recommending this place!!

Just got back from our family holiday 20/07/26. It’s a nice hotel 1 hour from airport. To be honest staff at the reception not welcoming at all. People working in a hotel need to smile and be more welcoming, customer service very poor. Bar manager Ricardo is extremely rude. Also lady working at reception for TUI her name is Ewelina is very rude. Restaurant is extremely busy you can’t even have a conversation. Entertainment is very boring. Nice swimming pool and slides for the children. The best thing about this holiday is the beach.

We came in August and had the best time. Children aged 9 and 6. The pools and slides are amazing! Food was standard all inclusive food and entertainment was okay. The kids enjoyed the mini disco. Rooms cleaned daily without asking. Rooms spacious, could do with odd improvements but nothing that ruined the holiday. The hotel is sat back a bit but couldn't fault the free shuttle bus to the beach. Our daughter had an accident requiring 2 stitches, just wanted to say thank you to reception for helping and calling us a doctor and easing the stress. Would return in the future.
