We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality dishes. The beach and the sea were beautiful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt welcomed throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back in the future!

I would give 3,5 stars if I could. The hotel was ok. Nothing special. We were in two iberostars in Mallorca and I found the other one significantly better. What we did not like was: - double bed was made of two single beds put together, they were moving apart, not great with kids sleeping with you (and without probably neither) - second bed for our older child was not comfortable at all, you could feel the structure of the bed - there was just one place for eating, it was too noisy, crowdy. They could do better with different layout or two places for eating out - food was too monoteneaus - area around the hotel when you walk out is a bit odd. There is not much where to go to. If you want to see nice town, have a good coffee or see wild nature, you have to drive. - staff at reception seemed to be new or a bit disoriented, we got only generic advice, no special - our room was a bit wet, slightly smelly from wettness and got flooded during a rain later on that week. When we asked at reception for someone to clean it nobody came and we cleaned it with towels What we liked: - kids entertainment program was proactive, the employees were trying to get your kids in - the bar near beach was good, making good quality coctails - kids pool was very good. It is shallow so great for toddlers - the layout with bungallows is cool, you kind of feel like in nature eventhough you are surrounded by other hotels. The place could do much better though with better beds and eating options - 25m pool was cool for swimming

An unforgettable experience at the Iberostar Callas Hotel in Domingos. A 3-night stay for a birthday celebration, with outstanding staff at every level — from room cleaning, to bar service, front desk reception, and restaurant service. The team is extremely friendly, helpful, and truly attentive to guests’ comfort and quality of service. Special mention to Koko, the entertainer, who speaks many languages, is very kind, and an excellent host — the bingo sessions were genuinely great fun! Many thanks as well to María and José at reception, whose kindness was unmatched — thank you for helping organize thoughtful touches and surprises in the room and at the restaurant. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very luxurious. The resort is large, beautiful, and offers everything one could need. We had an extraordinary stay despite the bad weather, which shows just how talented the Iberostar teams are.

Perfect family location. Rooms are clean & well maintained daily . Food is super quality for an all inclusive & entertainment is good for adults & children alike. My only note is there are no Tea/coffee facilities in your room but can be found at a couple of stations around the resort. Also worth bringing your own water bottle to save on purchasing one at the resort for the numerous water stations. On the whole, would recommend… more suited to families than couples IMO…

We had a wonderful holiday. The hotel is very large, but this was never an issue because the buggies ran every 5–10 minutes, making it easy and convenient to get around. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with a wide variety of high-quality options every day. A special thanks goes to the entire entertainment team for their dedication and enthusiasm. In particular, Stasi, Koko, and Chris stood out thanks to their energy, friendliness, and professionalism during the sports activities. They truly made our experience even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, I’m not giving 5 stars for the only real negative aspect of our stay that was the attitude of the older member of the entertainment team. On several occasions, we witnessed him speaking to his colleagues in a rude, arrogant, and highly unprofessional manner, even in front of guests and during activities involving our children. It was very unpleasant to witness and created a negative atmosphere that contrasted sharply with the positive energy of the rest of the team. We sincerely hope the management addresses this issue, as behavior like this has no place in a hotel of this standard.
