We have stayed at this hotel several times now and every visit has been amazing. The hotel grounds are beautiful, very clean, and it is great to see how environmentally friendly the resort is. The food is excellent and, without a doubt, the best all-inclusive buffet we have ever experienced. Every member of the staff is friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The kids’ entertainment program is fantastic. Unfortunately, our children didn’t really connect with most of the entertainment team from the Star Camp team, except for Koko. Even though Koko doesn’t work in the Star Camp, our kids loved him from the very first moment. He is incredibly funny and has a special talent for connecting with both children and adults. His energy is contagious, and you can clearly see how much he loves his job. The entertainment shows were absolutely amazing, and once again Koko really stood out. He performed with so much passion and was by far the best dancer on the team. He brings so much joy and positive energy to the hotel, and it simply wouldn’t be the same without him. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful family holiday.

I just returned to Canada after 10 days at this resort. The good - The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond during our stay. The rooms, small compared to North American standards were clean and nicely decorated. The housekeeping staff were wonderful, leaving notes and treats and a clean room daily. There was always something to eat at the two buffets and the few snack bars. A good variety although my favorite meal was always breakfast and the pizza! Bartending staff were exceptional and I liked that there was actual glassware, not little plastic cups. We participated in the nightly entertainment a few evenings. Typical resort fashion, not exceptional, not bad, served their purpose by keeping us entertained. The bad - the resort is isolated and approx an hour away from the airport. You can expect to pay for a transfer or taxi 90euro one way. If you do excursions, you can also expect to be the first pick up and the last drop off making for very long days. The Beach is not all inclusive, I'm not sure if this is the norm for Europe but you pay for lounge chairs, shade umbrellas and drinks. Lastly, the it's a family resort, if that's what you're looking for you'll be thrilled but if you're looking for peace and quiet, you won't find it here. I would say the ratio to kids/adults is 50/50. I won't be back but would recommend it for those traveling with young families who plan to spend all their time on the resort.

Perfect family location. Rooms are clean & well maintained daily . Food is super quality for an all inclusive & entertainment is good for adults & children alike. My only note is there are no Tea/coffee facilities in your room but can be found at a couple of stations around the resort. Also worth bringing your own water bottle to save on purchasing one at the resort for the numerous water stations. On the whole, would recommend… more suited to families than couples IMO…

I came here on a solo trip from the UK the hotel and all the staff are absolutely lovely. The food is by far one of the best ive ever had whilst being away - the fish and steak are amazing and the rest of the food is always fresh. In particular the housekeeping lady Romina has been so helpful and attentive even despite the langauage barrier she never failed to make me laugh i never got the names of reception there were two ladys who were very helpful and professional I'd definitely be returning.

We had a great experience at Iberostar Waves Cala Domingos, but a special mention has to go to the bar team! Pedrito, Arianna and Maria were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Always friendly, smiling and welcoming, and they really helped create a great atmosphere at the bar. The service was excellent and they always made us feel very well looked after. Thank you Pedrito, Arianna and Maria for making our holiday even better! 🍹☀️ We really appreciated you and hope to see you again!
