Beautiful hotel, spotless, everything you need on your doorstep. Staff were all helpful and friendly especially Benny ❤️ Our daughter fell ill on day 3 of our holiday and Benny went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and we still enjoyed our holiday experience thanks to all his help. Also another big thankyou to the doctors on site, it's very much appreciated. We look forward to booking another holiday with you next year 😃

Gustavo was brilliant at at The Beach House, very accommodating. The soft juice in machines were weak flavours. Room was clean and adequate for family of 5 with two adjoining rooms. The beach is absolutely beautiful and we really enjoyed our time there.

The staff are amazing at this hotel! Always so friendly with our 1year everyone makes such an effort! Rob from animation team has been such a friendly face! We have done rifle shooting and beer pong with him which we normally wouldn’t get involved with! Thanks for fab holiday memories!

It was an unforgettable experience, even though we couldn't use the pool because the water is already cold in October. The food at the buffet is very good (if you are a person like me who is used to ONLY ADULTS hotels I recommend you to sit at the more secluded tables if you want to eat in a quieter and less noisy environment). The staff is the strong point of the hotel, from the moment you arrive they are always friendly, especially the waiters in the drinks area. Thank you Pep for helping us order our friend's birthday cake. The girls at the reception are also very nice especially Iria and Klaudia.

Wouldn't return here. The hotel room we had was awful. It was cold, smelt of damp and we were put in the furthest block away from the main area with 2 young children so had to walk 15mins to get to the restaurant and pools. We complained about the room as it was not what the pictures show but they weren't interested. All our clothes were damp. The food is ok but repetitive, entertainment was average. The only good thing i would say is the pool area is nice and kept clean but other than that i wouldn't call it a 4* hotel.
