We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. The hotel was lovely, the atmosphere was great, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The entertainment was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. There was always something going on, and the entertainment team worked so hard to make sure everyone had a brilliant time. A special mention has to go to Patryk, who was absolutely amazing! His energy, personality and enthusiasm really stood out, and he went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was a real credit to the entertainment team and definitely helped make our holiday extra special. We had such a memorable time and would happily return. Highly recommended!

A mixed experience : great hotel, but disappointing all-inclusive concept First of all, the hotel itself is very clean and well maintained, and we received a very warm welcome. The animation team was excellent, very friendly and enthusiastic, and the shows were genuinely high quality. The reception team also deserves a special mention. They were very professional, helpful and clearly made a real effort to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The food is incredible, very various ans high quality buffet. We enjoyed all of our meals! However, there were several important disappointments. The biggest one was the “all-inclusive” concept. In our opinion, it should not be advertised as “all-inclusive” when there are so many restrictions, particularly regarding alcoholic drinks. We understand that there is a local decree aimed at preventing excessive alcohol consumption in certain tourist areas, but this was not clearly explained to us at the time of booking. Had we known that the all-inclusive package would be so restricted, we would have made a different choice. We were also very disappointed by the beach. It was surprisingly dirty, and we even found a used syringe on the beach, which was honestly shocking and very concerning. This is obviously not something we expected from a holiday destination. Another major disappointment was the lack of evening entertainment after the show. The show finishes around 10-10:30 pm and then, essentially, everything stops, lights out and good night! 😅 We are parents, but that doesn't mean we don't want to enjoy ourselves a bit in the evening. Some music, a little dancing or a DJ until midnight would have made a huge difference. We were not expecting a nightclub, but simply a lively and welcoming atmosphere for all the family after the evening show. Overall, the hotel has many genuine strengths, but these issues significantly affected our experience. We left with mixed feelings and, unfortunately, I don't think we will choose an Iberostar again in the near future. A real shame, because the hotel has a lot of potential and the staff themselves are excellent.

We have just returned from our sixth stay at this hotel, this time with our family and once again it exceeded our expectations. The location is very convenient, only about a six-minute taxi ride from the airport, which makes traveling with kids so much easier. The hotel is extremely child-friendly, with plenty of activities for both adults and children throughout the day. Every evening ends with a fun and entertaining show, which we always enjoy. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels provided every day. Everything feels neat and comfortable, which really adds to a relaxing stay. The buffet offers a wide variety of options, so there is something for everyone, and the quality is consistently good. The staff are all very friendly, but we would like to give a special mention to Daniel. He is incredibly kind, regularly checked in to see if we needed anything, and was wonderful with our children. DANIEL IS THE BEST! This was definitely not our last visit. We are already looking forward to coming back again!

A wonderful hotel with plenty to do. An amazing variety of dinners and evening entertainment for the whole family. What really surprised me? The professionalism and kindness of the reception staff. Especially Ivan and Kevin, who took the initiative to start chatting to me in our native language. That was a lovely touch. What’s more, with so many guests, the staff immediately took an interest in sorting out every detail and addressed us personally (by name), which is simply lovely. The dedication of the housekeeping staff is also very important – the girls do a tremendous job and do it really well, leaving little touches for the children, such as crayons and colouring books, but also for the adults – fresh flowers in the room after it’s been cleaned. The work carried out by the whole team at such a large hotel – simply a masterpiece! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

My wife, our 1-year-old, and I stayed at this hotel for 10 days, and it was such a comfortable stay that I'd genuinely come back if I get the chance. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a drink and a warm conversation at the reception desk. The room was nice and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and hardworking. You'd even see the managers walking around making sure everything was running smoothly, something you rarely see at other hotels. They pay attention to the small details, whether it's hygiene, tidiness, or just a friendly smile and a bit of small talk. Whatever you needed, they were there for you. Big thumbs up, 10/10 for the service and the management that keeps this hotel running so well. The decor is modern and fresh, and the lounge areas are comfortable and close to the café and bar, perfect for a quick snack or a good coffee. The animation team is fantastic, the shows are entertaining and creative. The pool is huge with different depths, so you can relax in shallow water or go for a proper swim. The kids' pool stayed in the shadow almost all day, which was a good for a toddler. They also had a nice system where if you left your things on a sunbed for more than 45 minutes without using it, they'd leave a friendly wooden sign as a warning. It stopped people from reserving beds at 6 a.m. and disappearing, so even if we waited a little, we always found a spot near the pool. The food was excellent, with a great variety and creative themes: Asian, Mexican, Italian, and more, changing daily. They were also happy to accommodate special requests. The location is great too. Buses and taxis are easy to find, and shops, restaurants, cafés, and the beach are all within a two minute walk. A few things that could improve: Room soundproofing could be better; you can hear loud conversations from neighboring rooms. Some rooms could use better maintenance. Only one elevator was working during our entire stay, the other was out of service the whole time, which meant long waits, especially during high season. Overall, I'd rate it 10/10. It's absolutely worth the price, and i recommend it.
