It was our first time in Mallorca and our first stay at an Iberostar hotel. We can compare it with hotels from other well-known chains, and we were really impressed by how much the whole staff cares about guests’ satisfaction. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to the beach. All the meals were excellent, with a great choice of vegetables, fruits, fish, and meat. There are many great options for relaxation—an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a spa, bikes, tennis courts, and more. The beds in the rooms were very comfortable. Every problem, even the most complicated one, was solved with the help of the staff. Special thanks and appreciation to Blanca and Kevin. Both were very kind, patient, and understanding. Thank you—we believe it’s exactly this attitude that makes us want to come back again.

Wonderful SPA experience at the hotel! Had a deep tissue massage and a facial with Carina, and I can honestly say it was one of the best SPA I’ve had. The deep tissue massage was incredibly relaxing — exactly what my body needed. The facial left my skin looking 10 years younger, so soft, fresh and glowing! Carina also helped me choose the right skincare products for my skin type, and her recommendations were spot-on. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Our stay surpassed our expectations. The hotel managed to feel both luxurious (truly 4 star) and also family friendly. A well kept, light, airy hotel with lots of amenities, which we found easy to make use of (two pools, playgrounds, padel, tennis and football courts). Close to the beach. Brilliant activities programme for young children. A live show every night, which was really enjoyable for the whole family. The gym is not huge but is well equipped, clean and rarely too occupied to be comfortable. We were especially pleasantly surprised by the variety, freshness and quality of the food in the restaurant (we took half board). The green/sustainability committment is strong and visible throughout the hotel and its offerings (e.g. no plastic bottles). The staff were energetic, friendly and seemed to really care. They paid great attention to the kids. There were little extra touches, like spooky treats on Halloween. The spa is a lovely, quiet space for adults with lots of different treatment options. Carina is a very talented and intuitive massage therapist, so much so that I went back for a second massage before the week was over. We have already agreed that we will be back!

I stayed six nights at the hotel and had a wonderful time with my family. The staff were super nice, the food was great, and the location is perfect for exploring the island. I also really appreciate the hotel’s focus on sustainability — especially the water fountains, which are a great way to reduce plastic waste. The only downside was that the rooms are not very well insulated, so you can hear your neighbors at times. I especially want to highlight the amazing treatments in the spa — Carina is such a sweet person, very knowledgeable, and highly experienced.

I had a Ayurveda Royal Thai Poulstice massage with Carina which was absolutely amazing. Carina was so attentive and made me feel so relaxed. Her hands were the right level of strength and the continuity over my limbs was just right for me. At the end of the session I felt so different. Emotional and free. Thank you so much Carina you have a true gift. I highly recommend Carina.
