We stayed at Iberostar Waves Cristina to celebrate our 2nd anniversary and absolutely loved our experience! From the moment we arrived, the reception team made us feel so welcome. The service was wonderful, and every single staff member without exception was smiling, kind, and very polite throughout our stay. The hotel was always spotless, and the cleanliness really stood out to us. Everything was extremely clean and very well maintained every day. Our room was excellent, comfortable, spacious, and cleaned to a very high standard. We were also impressed by the variety of food – there were so many options every day, and everything felt fresh and well organized. We especially loved the entertainment and activities at the hotel. The shows and presentations were amazing and made our evenings even more special. Another thing we really appreciated was the hotel app, which was very useful and convenient during our stay. It made everything easier and helped us stay informed about activities and hotel information. Honestly, we felt spoiled every single day. Thank you for making our anniversary trip so memorable. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel and the rooms were clean. We greatly appreciated the ice creams by the pool during the day and the drinks that were passed around in the evening. The staff were always incredibly nice and helpful. Not forced, but natural, heartfelt friendliness. An extra thank you to Martina from guest services for her listening, understanding ear, and for subsequently resolving the room issue in a constructive manner. A wonderful hotel with plenty to do. An amazing variety of dinners and evening entertainment for the whole family. What really surprised me? The professionalism and kindness of the reception staff. Especially Ivan and Kevin, who took the initiative to start chatting to me in our native language. That was a lovely touch. What’s more, with so many guests, the staff immediately took an interest in sorting out every detail and addressed us personally (by name), which is simply lovely. The dedication of the housekeeping staff is also very important – the girls do a tremendous job and do it really well, leaving little touches for the children, such as crayons and colouring books, but also for the adults – fresh flowers in the room after it’s been cleaned. The work carried out by the whole team at such a large hotel – simply a masterpiece! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Stayed here on holiday in May and already wish I could come back! It's a very modern hotel with a really cool wristband key system that makes everything super easy. Great location, clean and comfy rooms, and absolutely amazing staff! Everyone we encountered was so friendly and couldn't do enough for us! PS, Danny is the best, and the animation team are so sweet and so much fun!! We loved every minute of this holiday ❤️

We have just returned from our sixth stay at this hotel, this time with our family and once again it exceeded our expectations. The location is very convenient, only about a six-minute taxi ride from the airport, which makes traveling with kids so much easier. The hotel is extremely child-friendly, with plenty of activities for both adults and children throughout the day. Every evening ends with a fun and entertaining show, which we always enjoy. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels provided every day. Everything feels neat and comfortable, which really adds to a relaxing stay. The buffet offers a wide variety of options, so there is something for everyone, and the quality is consistently good. The staff are all very friendly, but we would like to give a special mention to Daniel. He is incredibly kind, regularly checked in to see if we needed anything, and was wonderful with our children. DANIEL IS THE BEST! This was definitely not our last visit. We are already looking forward to coming back again!
