The hotel was overall decent and the staff was generally polite, but the service did not consistently match what we would expect from a 4-star hotel. Several requests and concerns required repeated follow-up before they were properly addressed, which made the overall experience feel less attentive and less organized than expected. Communication was friendly, but the level of responsiveness and guest care could definitely be improved. Not a bad stay overall, but there is room for improvement when it comes to service quality and attention to detail.

This is my 2nd year back to the hotel with my family, the staff are so accommodating the room they gave us was so nice, Entertainment is brilliant we love bingo and the quiz! Food is amazing so far I would say the Italian And the Mexican nice in the main restaurant was yummy! But I have to say Carlos the chef at the dunus bar he knows how to do a bbq and have his favourite sauce I think that was a big win for me, I'm hoping we have it again today, it's Our last day today and would defo come back, The only thing I have missed this year is the bar next to the pool open as we loved that last year, And moet for breakfast 🤗 David the receptionist was helpful and lovely for check in and check out great service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️thanks for making our holiday with my family extra special

It would be nice if there where special leg massages for cyclists. €56 for 25 minutes is too much to get a massage every day or every second day. I went to a different hotel for massages. Room could have a little more shelf space if I went there with another person. For one person was enough. Everything else was perfect, especially the personal was very friendly and helpful. Food is great!

Our family visited this hotel the first time and really appreciate the excellent service quality. We strongly recommand the restaurants. There is a huge variety of food with changing highlights. Our kid has a complex allergy. The staff assisted us very well every time and we found various food for him or got special prepered meals. We say thank you to the whole team in the restaurants as well as to all other hotel staff for an enjoyable holiday time.

We love it here. The staff, including Jesus, are all amazing. They are welcoming, warm, fun, great with kids. The property is amazingly clean, many amenities, and the staff tries to accommodate any wish. The rooms are clean. The only slight issue is that they are not very sound proof. If you are good sleeper, you won’t mind. If you’re not, you will probably get woken up early in the morning. We will always come back. It’s a real holiday.
