Our stay was lovely. The area is gorgeous and the beach and sea tranquil, warm and picturesque. The hotel is lovely, large with many features and activities. For me personally, the hotel is extremely baby and family friendly. This was perfect. The rooms were great extremely comfy beds, to be honest the complex is soo lovely there isn’t much desire to stay in our room.. . The food was absolutely delicious. I’ve put on weight… As much as I love this hotel and this was our first visit, I love the staff even more. From our first interaction at reception we were made to feel special. I think Iberostar want to make everyone feel special. During our stay the staff went out of their way to make my family comfortable- they remember our names, our conversations, and wanted to go out of their way to make us comfortable. Me, my son and my wife felt so honored. I need to go back to the food- the breakfast and dinner (I stayed half board) was sensational with variety to cater for all. Back to the staff… Thank you for making our stay so exceptional. Thank you for every little touch- the gifts for my son, helping us with anything we needed, hugging us- you guys are amazing. I wish I could name you all (and I am sorry I don’t have time on this review) but my special thanks to: Molina and Jesus at hotel bar Francesco at beach bar (Iker Casillas! ;) ) Svetlana housekeeping Sara from restaurant guest service and Karim Reka and Sergio and the team at reception David and Joan at the bar. And the only rest of the team. We will come again for the experience, but more so for the friends we made. Thank you. 5*

Such a great place to stay! The location is beautiful and the staff cannot do enough for you! Myself and my young daughter are coeliac and the kitchen staff/head chef gave us a tour on arrival of the all inclusive to let us know exactly what we could eat and could also make stuff fresh for us, very clean and the entertainment team are also great! Katya is great with the kids and super friendly, my daughter loved her, would deffo come back! Thanks for a great stay! X

celebrated my birthday during my stay at this hotel, and it turned out to be one of the most special birthdays I’ve ever had. A huge thank you to Sara and Pedro, who helped organize everything on very short notice. In just a few hours, they arranged a beautiful dinner by the sea, a lovely bouquet of flowers, an aperitif, and a birthday cake. What impressed me most was how carefully they listened to all my wishes and how much attention they paid to every detail. That evening, I was sitting by the ocean, surrounded by my friends, enjoying a beautiful dinner and feeling incredibly happy. Everything looked stunning and felt so thoughtful and personal. It was exactly what I had hoped for—and even better. Moments like these are what make a trip truly unforgettable. Thank you, Sara and Pedro, for your kindness, professionalism, and for making me feel so special on my birthday. I will always remember this celebration with a smile and hope to come back again someday. ❤️ Highly recommended for anyone looking not only for a beautiful hotel, but also for people who genuinely care about their guests.

The hotel was overall decent and the staff was generally polite, but the service did not consistently match what we would expect from a 4-star hotel. Several requests and concerns required repeated follow-up before they were properly addressed, which made the overall experience feel less attentive and less organized than expected. Communication was friendly, but the level of responsiveness and guest care could definitely be improved. Not a bad stay overall, but there is room for improvement when it comes to service quality and attention to detail.
