The hotel is perfect. The best thing about it is the extremely friendly staff and the food. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The hotel is located in a great spot between Palmanova and Magaluf. The beach is only a 4-minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are traveling with children. It has 3 swimming pools, 2 of which are for children, as well as plenty of entertainment, a playroom, and many activities for kids. An ideal dream hotel. ✨

A Fantastic Stay at AluaSun Torrenova We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at AluaSun Torrenova and couldn’t fault the experience. From start to finish, everything was excellent. All the facilities were great and very well maintained, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The restaurant deserves a special mention — both breakfast and dinner were always fresh, with a fantastic selection of food to choose from. There was something for everyone, and the quality was consistently high. The atmosphere around the hotel was welcoming and enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel at home while still feeling like a proper holiday. We would happily return and would definitely recommend AluaSun Torrenova to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Stayed in the superior room, which came with a coffee machine, with two pods and slippers. Bath robes were advertised but we did not receive. At first we felt the food was a let down, however throughout the week it improved, but the labelling was poor, which made it hard to tell what it was you were getting. The waiting staff (Adda, Elias and Fran especially) worked so hard everyday keeping the pool and restaurant clean. Overall an enjoyable time, day and evening entertainment was enjoyable and interactive.

Firstly all inclusive has changed, at this hotel it means 3 drinks per day but only when you are having lunch or dinner, the available drinks are wine or beer. Very poor. All other times you pay for alcoholic drinks. The rooms are basic and clean, the bed is not your own so it will be uncomfortable. Tea and coffee making is available in the room but no milk is supplied!! Food served is ok nothing special. Entertainment poor. Pool area has plenty of sun beds and parasols, the beach is only a 5 minute walk away. The hotel location is close to everything, however the area is very hilly so you calf's will get a good workout. Overall not bad but I would not stay here again.

Lovely hotel room was a bit small but was only two of us so managed. Hotel was peaceful n very friendly staff. Just a lack of entertainment on a night and the 3 drinks lunch n dinner were a bit disappointing due to not being able to take them out the restaurant to enjoy around the pool so had to buy drinks when needed. Food was nice a variety. Good location apart from the hills beach was just a short walk away n walk to magaluf was only 20 mins
