Great location and great potential for this hotel. However, I would never go back to it. Family room was tiny, no space with 4 beds. Booked as a sea view but got a side view room which apparently classed as a sea view. Most of the staff at the restaurant act like entitled and very rude, showing attitude. Reception staff very dismissive and not willing to address any issues. Food wasn’t fresh for breakfast, eggs were sour, tomatoes watery, orange watermelon which didn’t even taste like watermelon. Lunch at the burger place upstairs was a joke! Each burger cost €17-19 but was missing half of the ingredients or had different cheese than in the menu. No kids menu which is a pain as we had to pay £16 for cheesy sandwich which was not good and went in the bean. Poole area - don’t get me started! You have to put €60 behind the bar in order to use subbed near the pool. You kind of forced to do it when you travel with kids as you can’t leave them alone in the pool as there is no lifeguard! Beach club adults only and has a tiny pool, more like a puddle. Watch your invoice at the checkout as you given prices but invoice says different and staff refused to amend it. I will not go there as I raised a formal complaint. Overall, if you are going there because of location it is ok but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you are planning to spend some time here. Forgot to mention that you can’t exit the hotel in the evening straight to the promenade. You have to walk around which is weird. People were climbing the fence!

The experience was extremely disappointing and did not meet the standards I would expect from a hotel of this category. First of all, the condition of the room was very poor. The room felt more like a hostel than a proper hotel room, with various things appearing worn out or poorly maintained. There was also virtually no sound insulation. I could hear a significant amount of noise from other guests and from outside the room, which made it very difficult to rest and sleep properly. Secondly, I was charged an additional €6.60 by the hotel, despite having already paid the full amount through Agoda. I would appreciate a clear explanation of why this additional charge was made and, if it was charged incorrectly, I expect the amount to be refunded. Another serious issue was access to the beach. Your hotel is advertised as being located directly on the beach, but at approximately 9:00 a.m. I was unable to access the beach because the gate was locked. As a result, I had to climb over a fence in order to reach the beach and go swimming. This is completely unacceptable and, more importantly, potentially dangerous for guests. I was also unable to use the towel service because the employee responsible for towels was not working. In addition, the swimming pool does not open until 10:00 a.m., which is particularly inconvenient for guests who would like to swim earlier in the morning. Overall, there were several issues during my stay that significantly affected my experience. Considering the hotel’s category, the condition of the facilities, the lack of basic services and the problems with beach access were far below what I expected. I would therefore like you to investigate these issues and provide me with an explanation, particularly regarding the additional €6.60 charge and the restricted beach access. I would also appreciate an appropriate response regarding the overall quality of the accommodation and services provided during my stay. I will never return to this HOSTEL! Shame on you! I will also be filing a formal complaint with the Tourism Inspection. You are misleading and scamming guests by displaying beautiful, misleading photos on Agoda and Booking.com, while the actual hotel is in a completely different and unacceptable condition. In reality, it looks more like a run-down hostel than the hotel presented online. Guests deserve to receive what they are paying for and what is advertised to them.

The hotel has several undeniable advantages. Its location is excellent, just a short walk from a beautiful sandy beach, as well as many restaurants and shops. The rooms are modern, clean, and well maintained, and the surrounding area is pleasant and perfect for a family holiday. Unfortunately, the quality of customer service left us very disappointed. The biggest issue was the complete lack of willingness from the staff to help when there were no available sunbeds or pool beds. Both the lifeguard and the reception staff told us that “it is not their problem” and made no effort to find a solution. After a longer discussion, we were promised that the following day we would have an exclusive, complimentary pool bed reserved for us at the neighbouring hotel. Unfortunately, this promise was not kept. When we arrived, there was no reservation, and despite our questions, the staff made no attempt to resolve the situation or offer any alternative. We were left to deal with the problem on our own while travelling with a young child, which was especially disappointing. The situation was made even worse by the chaotic towel system. Many guests were able to reserve several sunbeds and pool beds early in the morning without any consideration for others, while the hotel staff did nothing to control this behaviour. As a result, finding a place by the pool was almost impossible. It is a real shame because the hotel itself has great potential. With better customer service and proper management of the pool area, our rating would have been much higher. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism, unwillingness to help, and failure to keep promises mean that we cannot recommend this hotel with confidence, especially to families travelling with children.

We've had a great week at this hotel. We are a couple in our 50's. The location on the beach is amazing. I think the view from the pool is probably the best in Majorca. It has super comfy beds. We've had such good sleeps. Don't believe the bad reviews. If you've booked this hotel you will love it

Nice hotel with a big rooms and amazing sea view. Very polite personal, good and quite location near big beach. No parties near it. Breakfast buffet is the same every day, but there is a big choice of tasty and quality food.
