This hotel is very luxurious and exquisite the staff are amazing and the service is spot on. Coming from England I was aware of the Qatari hospitality however this hotel exceeded my expectations. Ashiful is an exceptional gentleman who was there when we needed him and he was very friendly and kind and helpful to myself and brother in law. He deserves a promotion as his service is outstanding and I feel he is what makes the hotel’s values and ethos come life. This is the same for Riaz also very kind and helpful. I will definitely come visit again and will hopefully see Ashiful there. Then i had an amazing experience complimetary from hotel this was stand up paddling which by the way is hard but i was showen the way by Shaeb life guard he is amazing and also i learnt kayaking I recommend to all visitors

A special thank you to Irene at the service desk, who kindly arranged a complimentary late checkout until 5pm. This gesture completely elevated my birthday and allowed me to relax and enjoy every last moment without feeling rushed—it meant more than she probably knows. At the beach, Felix by the Beach was fantastic company throughout my stay. He offered great advice that helped me make the most of my short break, and his warmth and professionalism really stood out. I’d also like to recognize Shaeb, one of the lifeguards, who kept checking in with a friendly smile and made the experience feel safe, welcoming, and personal. And finally, the attention to detail was flawless—polishing my sunglasses while I enjoyed the sun was such a thoughtful touch. Well done to Sabaur for adding that extra layer of perfection to the day. From genuine hospitality to small, meaningful details, this resort truly knows how to make guests feel special. I left with beautiful memories and can’t wait to return.

We've just spent 5 days/nights here and it was fabulous. Perfect end to our long holiday. Kids loved the kids club, playground and pool. Restaurant options perfect, the meals we had at all 3 main places were delicious, with more than one meal at each. Buffet breakfast every morning was exceptional!!! Best pastries in any hotel I've ever had (and most other bakeries I've ever been in, and trust me, I'm fussy! They must have the most amazing onsite pastry chef!). All the staff have been thoughtful and outstanding - remembering our regular orders etc. I can't remember everyone's name and I really should, but Margaret in the kids club was gorgeous, and Shaeb by the pool, too many amazing staff to list! Just stay here, it's perfect!
