We stayed here last week and had a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly kind and empathetic,they were happy to help.Special thank you from us to Tere,Toni,Jose,Sebastian and all witch are we meet and made our holiday amazing. Everyone we encountered, from the reception team to the lovely housekeeping ladies, was warm and welcoming. We enjoyed great food ,lots variety of and lovely atmosphere. The sandy beach is right in front of the hotel, just across the road, and it's absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be coming back! All on 5⭐️and thank you for our time 😘

We stayed here for one week end of August, fantastic location just 2 minutes to the beach across the road, close to restaurants and shops and not far from Alcudia. The hotel itself is very clean, rooms are spacious, cleaned daily. We booked 2 standard rooms, the view wasn't great( hotel parking), but when we asked for change of the rooms for our son, he got top floor with fantastic sea view. Pool was never crowded, and there was never issue to find syn loungers. All staff are very friendly always smile and have exceptional customer service. We had half board option, so plenty choice of food for breakfast and for dinner, every evening there was a different type of cuisine : Italian, Spanish, Japanese... , food delicious. There is only one small downside of the hotel....beds which are a bit hard and squeaky, also would prefer to have a double bed instead of 2 singles put together. Overall I would recommend the hotel to anyone and would happily stay again in the future.

Absolutely wonderful hotel and definitely one of the best we’ve stayed at! ❤️ Everything was spotlessly clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the food was absolutely fantastic – honestly, one of the highlights of our stay. A huge thank you to the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and always smiling. The service in the restaurant and at the bar was excellent, and the reception staff were just as lovely and welcoming. The whole hotel had such a relaxed, friendly and positive atmosphere, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. We can 100% recommend JS Alcudi Mar and would definitely love to come back! ❤️

Great location — the beach is close and the whole place is very convenient with kids. The staff is genuinely friendly, probably the hotel's strongest point. The hotel is clean, though the housekeeping could be more thorough (3.5/5). Food is fine, but the selection is limited. One thing we missed: there's no kids' entertainment or facilities on site. The rooms are the main drawback. The beds are comfortable, but sound insulation is practically non-existent (2/5) — you hear everything from the hallway and a lot from the room next door. The furniture is outdated, and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. Overall: a good choice if the beach and location are your priority, but the rooms need an update.

Hotel is okay, good location, just 3min walk from the beach and bus stop. Rooms are basic, which is not a problem but cleanliness could be improved. However we had room with view which was really nice and public areas of the hotel are nice as well. Staff is great. There is large variety of food. Only we had a little issue with gluten free options. We requested by email in advance, we got information that there is a gluten free separate buffet. Turns out, it wasn't and we were waiting every morning quite long time only for GF bread . Please be aware there is no smoking allowed on the outside tables by the pool. But in general we had nice stay 🙂
