The hotel is located in a small en peaceful village. We are staying with a kind ,so we are interested in playgrounds. We found 2 on the embankment. The port is also very picturesque. Near the hotel there is a hus stop to Portocristo, Calo D'or and fre city bus around portocolom. The Marcal beach is 10 minutes walk. The staff is really nice and helpful, the food was also delicious, a great variety. I liked SPA in the hotel. But pity, that there is no kids club. Mini disco was nice but there is also something to improve ( to start not with face painting or baloons). I have troubles with noise from the bars in the square in front of the hotel, but they moved me to another room. Goed experience , we stayed for 3 times in JS

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. One thing that could be improved is the rule about not allowing guests to bring their own drinks or snacks to the pool. The lifeguard enforces this rule, but it doesn’t seem to be applied consistently, which feels like a double standard. The same applies to the checks at the sauna. On the positive side, inflatables, balls, and air mattresses are allowed in the pool, and the lifeguard is not overly strict about those, which is appreciated. If the hotel wants to enforce the “no outside food or drinks” policy, it would help if the prices at the pool bar were a bit more reasonable. Overall, a good hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff, but the rules should be enforced consistently.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Breakfast and dinner had really good selections. Pool bar had a nice selection too. Rooms were comfy. Staff was amazing and no matter how busy they were always friendly. Pool was good and plenty of chairs available

Very happy with our 5 night stay here. Room was modern and well furnished. Staff was super friendly. The pool and playground were great for young kids.

We had a great stay as a large family group, before going off on a sailing charter. Very family friendly, lots of kids activities. Wonderful breakfast buffet (included with room), comfy beds, and very helpful front desk crew. I do wish the pool could have stayed open later than 6pm, especially on hot summer evenings, and the breakfast open a little earlier.
