We had a really nice stay here. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is great, and the pool area is also very nice. The cocktails were delicious, and the food was definitely one of the highlights — both breakfast and dinner had a lot of variety, so I think everyone could find something they liked. There were a couple of downsides. The pool area can get quite crowded with children, and unfortunately some of them were jumping into the pool without much consideration for other guests, sometimes jumping very close to or even onto people. The sound insulation in the rooms could also be much better, as you can hear quite a lot from the neighbouring rooms and corridors. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay. The friendly staff, good location, tasty food and cocktails made it a very pleasant experience. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Firstly I’d just like to say a big thank you to Matteo, Nadine & all the bar staff. Everyone went above and beyond to help, at one point my air-con was leaking but it was fixed within the hour which was great. The staff are so kind and really friendly, their English is brilliant, which was so handy! The beds are so comfortable! The rooms are very modern and fresh, the breakfast was really good, there was a lot of variety. The pool area & spa is great too, I wasn’t aware there was evening entertainment but there was and we throughly enjoyed all the acts, it finishes at 11pm which is a really reasonable time. The hotel overall was pretty clean and also smelt lovely wherever you went. Our flight wasn’t until 9pm so we stayed by the pool on our last day and we were able to book a slot in the shower room which was really nice to be able to do. The beach is a 5 minute walk, it’s in a perfect location so we would definitely stay again, please ignore any bad reviews, I’ve travelled a lot and this place was great - thank you again!

Unfortunately I was unable to book this hotel for our stay this time but despite staying at the Melia across the road we were there every evening for the truly amazing music entertainment. The shows were fantastic and the staff so friendly and helpful that we look forward to being there again next year. Thank you JS for providing such a great atmosphere for a happy holiday.

The hotel is very bice, clean and modern. Breakfast is rich and good (except the coffee) and also the dinner is very good and offers a lot of local and international theme days A remark I have is that one night the energy was not working anymore in our room so. iwent to the reception and was told to wait 30 minites for another colleague to arrive. He was not able to manage it and offered to move to another room for the night (which is hard to pack stuff in the dark). We were not offered a drink or a price rediction for example to bridge the time the work was going on. In the end I managed to get the energy back in the room and we had a good last night.

An excellent hotel with a nice, relaxed atmosphere - & at a very good price. Staff are phenomenal, couldn't be more helpful. Rooms a little on small side, but are clean and comfortable. Note some of the rooms on the first floor have extended terraces facing the pool area - we were lucky to be allocated room 125. All other rooms have small balconies. Very pleasant pool and bar area, no shortage of sun loungers and seating. Food was buffet style and of very good quality. A little similar each night, but everyone found something they like. Entertainment was limited, but the guitarist on Saturday night was very good. Location was brilliant, 5 minutes from bus stop, 8 minutes to the beach. Several supermarkets close at hand. Overall a very enjoyable stay, you will have a great holiday if you choose this hotel.
