Erik, what a legend, we landed at 7:30am and came to the hotel at 10am and he gave us an early check in. He advised the single beds in each room would be big enough for our family of four and they were! Amazing service! Keep it up, especially for families that need assistance at that time of the day! Pool is a little small, gym too but for a four star hotel it was okay. Location is decent, a bit of a walk from the Metro but Satwa roundabout is close by and you have enough shops and restaurants to choose from. Hotel breakfast was okay, limited but it is also to do with the space of the restaurant it’s located in. I would defo recommend this hotel and visit again in the future! P S the prayer room on the third floor, AWESOME, very helpful when needed!

Hello, I stayed here for my honeymoon from 21st to 29th. So i am going to give a review on my and wifes experince. Staff- were all amazing and really friendly all gave great service such as salman, kareem, etc all were great and coudnt ask for more and were treated like a family. Room- Decent size, ac allways working, housekeepng was always on point, very clean and tidy and easy to reslove any house keeping issues promptly. Breakfast- Decent-chef allways make fresh omlettes, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, good selection such as pankcakes, patato wedges, french toast, sausges and more. Pool- didnt have a view, but defo good amount of sunbeds, and smoothies were good and better priced than elsewhere. Shutlle bus- dissapointing as its one small mini bus so some people miss out as it limited capicty. The shuttle bus goes once to la mere beach at 9 then picks u up at 12. However the beach is dissapointing as nothing there is open. The bus does take u to the metro which u can take to dubia mall but its at 2pm which is a bit late maybe 12 would be better. Also maybe if the bus took u to dubia mall or better places and more spaces so people dont miss out becuase if u wait till 2pm and miss out it would be annoying. Location - did have food options oppiste us such as Al baik, KFC, pizza hut, Beruit, dunken donutd, popeyes, and many other pakistani restaurants and other takeways and food places and does have abaya shops and perfumes shops like a 10 min walk which u can bargain with also a 10 minute to the mosque also a 10 minute to ansari exhnage to chnage currency as the staff adivsed it better rates than hotel. Dissapointed to far to walk to the nearest metro station, dubia mall, bazar for bargains or any famous attraction so u would need a uber to the metro or mall or activies u have planned. So would give it 4 star out of 5 the 2 disspointments where the shuttle bus and location otherwise everthing was perfect

Fantastic experience at the Boston Restaurant bar in Jumeirah Rotana, thanks to waitresses Pema and Khaing! Their warm welcome, excellent drink recommendations, and attentive yet unintrusive service made our evening perfect. They are a true asset to the team. Highly recommended!

The staff was very polite and welcoming, always ready to help and answer questions. The service was top-notch, and everyone was attentive and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. The cleaning and attentiveness of the staff were excellent! The reception staff were all helpful and polite, helping with all questions! Pairoos is a truly exceptional professional. He's a fantastic worker, always with a positive attitude, and helped in every situation, making us, as hotel guests, feel calm and comfortable. I want to express my gratitude to the waiter Khaing. She is attention to detail was incredible. She remembering preferences or providing a dessert or drinks, and it is describe the waiter as a "good asset" to the restaurant and also I mentioning her friendliness and deep knowledge of the menu. She is a very sweet and kind person. She delivered excellent and outstanding service which made our visit in hotel memorable and amazing The waiters, Saish and Pema, were very attentive and responsible workers who gave us a pleasant dining experience.

This hotel has been absolutely amazing. The staff have been excellent, very accommodating and welcoming and friendly. Always happy to help. MUhammed and Sulman are very easy to talk to and helped with a later checkout due to our flight time. Alberto in the Boston bar has been a top tier bartender! Ajay the travel agent has been fantastic. Rooms are very large and clean, lovely bathroom, huge bed and a lot of facilities like hairdryer and iron. Rooftop pool directly across from our room and was a nice size. Lovely smoothies. Would recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.
