We booked the hotel for our babys 3rd birthday. It was truly an exceptional experience. We were so warmly welcomed and greeted by Ms. San Su who made sure our room was well decorated and ready whereas Mr. Suleiman took best care of us by tending to alllll our needs. Mr. Prasanth at the buffet was so welcoming and as soon as we went in, he greeted us with the warmest welcome. Throughout our time at the restaurant, he was there for us attending to every single need like getting coffee or getting whatever additional we need. Being a manager, that so exceptionally sweet of him!! Ms. Vangie at the restaurant literally thoroughly helped my kids pick out their food. I could literally just relax knowing she was there for them! Mr. Mallesh at the boston restaurant gave us the best dining experience too. From suggesting to us the best dishes to playing around with kids to going out of his way to make sure we are satisfied. All in all, this was one of the most peaceful and best hotel experience we had. It was truly memorable and we can't wait to go back!! Thank you so much

Fantastic hotel! I stayed here for a month on business and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional, the hotel was spotlessly clean, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a busy day, and the bar was a great place to unwind, with delicious food and a fantastic atmosphere. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. The staff, service, cleanliness, comfort, and overall experience were all excellent. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Excellent Gym Experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am a member of the gym, and I have had an amazing experience here. The gym is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a welcoming atmosphere. A special mention to the Security Manager, mr Amir and the entire staff — they are absolutely outstanding! Everyone is extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and respectful. Their excellent service and attention to detail make every visit enjoyable and comfortable. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great place to work out.

The service was excellent from start to finish, and a special mention must go to Rosalie, our lovely waitress, who was so friendly, attentive and welcoming. Everything was beautifully prepared and full of flavour — you could really taste the care and passion that went into every dish. Rosalie and Chef Nuan truly made our experience special.
