Beautiful hotel, amazing clean rooms and so much to do without leaving the grounds.the rooms are so comfortable and well appointed, there is nothing they have not thought of. The location is stunning and really feels like paradise. The breakfast buffet is plentiful but very busy when we stayed. The pools are lots of fun and there is something for everyone. The staff are wonderful and were so caring and thoughtful when our daughter got sick. Thank you for another amazing stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Katathani Beach Resort as a family of two adults and three kids. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how modern and well maintained the resort is. Everything felt clean, fresh, and cared for. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay, always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed. They really made us feel at home. For families with children, this resort is fantastic. Our kids absolutely loved the tide pool, water slides, and the many other activities and facilities designed just for them. There was always something fun to do, which made the vacation enjoyable for both the kids and us as parents. The combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and amazing family-friendly amenities made this one of our favorite vacations. We highly recommend Katathani Beach Resort to anyone traveling with children and would gladly stay here again!

As a family we love this resort. The friendly staff, great facilities, food and location and really hard to beat. We love being able to swim in the surf as well as the pools and the new slides were a bonus too. There is a very good choice of food throughout the resort as well. We will most definitely return again one day, hopefully soon.

We had a lovely stay at Katathani Beach Resort in Phuket, and overall it was a great experience, especially for families with children. We stayed in the Vhari Wing, which is one of the newer sections of the resort, and the rooms were modern, spacious, and very well maintained. The resort is extremely kid-friendly, with plenty of pools, a fantastic kids’ play area, and facilities to keep little ones entertained. The food was also very good, with a nice variety of options, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was relaxing and enjoyable. The only area where I felt the resort fell short was the service during check-in. We were initially assigned rooms that were different from the ones we had booked through Agoda. Since we were traveling with a young child and two elderly family members, this made things quite difficult. We were first told that the room category we had booked was unavailable, but after repeatedly following up and firmly requesting the rooms we had paid for, they were suddenly able to accommodate us. It left the impression that the rooms had been available all along, but they were reluctant to assign them until we pushed for it. I believe this could have been handled much more professionally and would have made for a much better first impression. One thing to keep in mind is that the resort is quite far from the airport and the main areas of Phuket, so getting around can take some time. Also, the pool slides operate only during specific hours, which is worth knowing if you’re traveling with children who are excited to use them. Despite these issues, we really enjoyed our stay. The resort itself is beautiful, the beach is fantastic, and it’s an excellent choice for families looking for a relaxing holiday. The newer rooms in the Vhari Wing were a definite highlight, and the excellent kids’ play area makes it an even better option for those traveling with children. With a smoother check-in experience and more proactive customer service, it would have been close to perfect.

We recently stayed at Katathani and could not have asked for a better vacation. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and seamless check-in process. The resort grounds are breathtaking—immaculately maintained tropical gardens right on the stunning, tranquil shores of Kata Noi Beach. Having direct access to such a clean, peaceful beach made all the difference; it felt like our own private slice of heaven compared to some of the busier spots in Phuket. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with a magnificent pool side view. The facilities are top-tier. With multiple gorgeous pools to choose from, fantastic dining options serving delicious food, and a wonderful spa, we rarely felt the need to leave the resort. Every meal we had on-site was fantastic, and the breakfast spread in particular was exceptional. A special mention goes to the staff (especially Chart made our stay)—everyone from the front desk to the pool team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We left feeling completely relaxed and are already planning our return trip. If you’re looking for a luxury beach getaway in Phuket, look no further than Katathani. Highly, highly recommended!
