Katathani Phuket Beach Resort is in an absolutely beautiful spot, and the resort is massive. My biggest tip: do your research before booking. The section you choose really matters—some rooms are across the road rather than beachfront, and walking distances vary considerably. There are areas suited to families and others for adults, so choose carefully. I requested a quiet room away from families and was given one in a far wing with beach views. It was exactly what I wanted. I’ve never stayed somewhere so beautiful. The staff were friendly and attentive, and our room attendant, Been, deserves special recognition—and a raise! Her service was spot on throughout our stay. The food at every restaurant we tried was delicious, breakfast was phenomenal, and live bands at many of the restaurants made the evenings even more enjoyable. The street alongside the resort has shopping, massages and plenty of restaurants, so you barely need to leave the area. There are hikes nearby, and the beach water was crystal clear and warm. Add lifeguards on duty, lovely pools, and poolside cocktails and food—what more could you want? Highly recommended. Just take the time to choose the right section and room for the holiday you want.

Beautiful hotel, amazing clean rooms and so much to do without leaving the grounds.the rooms are so comfortable and well appointed, there is nothing they have not thought of. The location is stunning and really feels like paradise. The breakfast buffet is plentiful but very busy when we stayed. The pools are lots of fun and there is something for everyone. The staff are wonderful and were so caring and thoughtful when our daughter got sick. Thank you for another amazing stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Katathani Beach Resort as a family of two adults and three kids. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how modern and well maintained the resort is. Everything felt clean, fresh, and cared for. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay, always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed. They really made us feel at home. For families with children, this resort is fantastic. Our kids absolutely loved the tide pool, water slides, and the many other activities and facilities designed just for them. There was always something fun to do, which made the vacation enjoyable for both the kids and us as parents. The combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and amazing family-friendly amenities made this one of our favorite vacations. We highly recommend Katathani Beach Resort to anyone traveling with children and would gladly stay here again!

Excellent resort. A village atmosphere, that exudes charm, grace & elegance. Second stay here, and has grown. Rooms are spacious & clean. Naki gym is excellent, love the adults only pool, food and beverage abundance. Staff go above and beyond to assist and make.the stay pleasant. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Katathani Phuket Beach Resort with our family of 4 adults and 4 children. This was our first experience with Katathani, and we were genuinely impressed from beginning to end. We stayed in the new Vari Wing with a full-board meal plan, and we made the most of the resort throughout our stay. The service was excellent, the facilities were fantastic, and we particularly enjoyed the pools, the beach facilities and the new areas of the Vari Wing. With children, we especially appreciated the buffet restaurants for their convenience and the excellent variety and quality of the food. Everything was very well organised and made our stay incredibly relaxing. We did very few excursions because, honestly, the resort itself offered everything we needed during our nine nights. It is probably one of the best family-friendly resorts we have stayed at, and we would highly recommend it to anyone travelling with children. For families with younger kids, I would especially recommend considering a Pool Access Family Room. Unfortunately, this room type was not available when we made our booking, but it looks like a fantastic option for an even more memorable family stay. Coming from Australia, we appreciated the experience enormously. We would be absolutely delighted to return, and if we have the opportunity, we would happily make Katathani part of our future family holidays. A huge thank you to the entire Katathani team for making our stay so special. Highly recommended!
