⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stayed here during a layover and was genuinely impressed. The location close to Dubai International Airport makes everything easy — check-in is smooth and you're not wasting precious transit time commuting into the city. The dining options are a highlight. Five to six themed restaurants (Chinese, Thai, Italian, English) all executed well, and the breakfast buffet is comprehensive, beautifully presented, and served with real attentiveness in an elegant space. The rooms deserve special mention. After a 15-hour flight, walking into a bed with pristine linen and a goose-down duvet was everything. The cleanliness throughout the room was exceptional — the kind you genuinely notice, not just assume. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work. Shoutout to Rita (Guest Service Specialist) — professional, warm, and attentive despite the time constraints of a layover stay. She made the experience feel personal rather than transactional. One honest note: the hallways are quite busy and carry noise. As a light sleeper, I did notice it. Worth requesting a quieter room if that's a concern for you. Overall — excellent choice for layovers or extended stays. Strongly recommend this spot

Mixed feelings and impressions. They have a nice hotel lobby. Decent valet parking services. Nice walks. Well! Kinda. The rooms could be nice if you're in the Royal Club. Otherwise, they're regular. The bathrooms are nice. I didn't like their breakfast. It's well below average in my books. The location is next to Dubai International Airport.

First of all, the breakfast foods were absolutely phenomenal with so many different things I’ve been longing try finally getting the chance to try new foods. Second of all, the Spa Pool. Me and my sister did light swims while my brother didn’t join us in the Spa pool, the water accidentally got in to my mouth, it did not taste like water AT ALL! It tasted very weird and disgusting. And guess what happened next? After we got home, me and my sister started getting really bad throat pains, and after about 2 days, we got very sick, my fingernails were turning blue at times, and my heart started beating so quickly, but the worst part is the timing, I had to go through this severe sickness and bacteria while writing my MAIN EXAMS! I’m constantly tired as well, even after getting good sleep. But guess what? My brother didn’t get in the pool and he was perfectly fine. So is that really a coincidence? I am absolutely devastated, the Spa Pool has affected my sickness so bad I’ve been doing bad in my own Exams. Finally, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is amazing! The scent is just perfection.

Definitely not a 5-star hotel. I do not recommend it. The staff was not welcoming at all. No one helped with our luggage or showed us to our room, which was located quite far away (about a 5-minute walk). It was difficult even to get a simple greeting from some staff members. The noise starts as early as 6:00 AM, making it impossible to get proper rest. I had specifically requested a room with two beds but was initially given a room with only one bed. To be fair, they did change the room after I complained. The room itself was not properly cleaned: the fridge was full of crumbs, there were hairs all over the dressing area, and the shower dripped throughout the night. There was also a strong smell of damp cigarette smoke throughout the room. Finally, the breakfast was very limited, with little variety and not what you would expect from a 5-star property. Overall, we left the hotel feeling even more tired than when we arrived due to the constant noise in the hallways and the lack of comfort. Very disappointing experience.

This review is about the hotel gym. It’s not meant to be a negative review. The fitness floor itself is excellent. Boxing area, functional strength training, full cardio and weights section, swimming pool. It has everything you could want and I go multiple times a week because of it. But the washrooms and shower area are a genuine health hazard. Mold and fungus cover the ceiling, the corners, the crevices, and the tiles, which are dark green and black throughout. This isn't surface dirt. This is deep, unchecked mold growth that management has repeatedly tried to hide by painting over it instead of actually treating it. You can see exactly where they've done this, and the mold comes back every time. The fittings are old and failing, and the shower water has a persistent unpleasant smell. For a gym people visit to improve their health, asking members to shower in a mold-infested washroom is unacceptable. I want to be clear: this is not meant to be a negative review. This is a direct communication with management. I genuinely love this facility and everything it offers on the gym floor. Hope the management takes care of this asap
