Due to the military tensions between Iran and the United States, our flight was unexpectedly cancelled at Abu Dhabi Airport, and we ended up staying at JA Palm Tree Court for two days. As a couple traveling from Korea, we were suddenly faced with unexpected changes to our trip, which made us feel very anxious and afraid. However, thanks to the beautiful scenery of the resort, the delicious food, and most of all, the incredibly kind and caring service from the staff, we were able to feel comfortable and at ease during our stay. The detailed explanations and thoughtful guidance provided by the staff helped us return safely to the airport. We are truly grateful for your support during such an uncertain time. We would especially like to thank Sheena. We will never forget the kindness of the receptionist who helped us so warmly. Sheena, we will remember you even when we return to Korea. Thank you so much. We sincerely appreciate all the staff, and we hope to visit again someday.

That’s a nice hotel A bit expensive comparing to other hotels with the same standing in Dubai The people working here are amazing, truly welcoming and always proposing their assistance. The food is extremely diversified and with the half board you can discover many restaurants. The food itself is really good, it goes from the breakfast to the dinner. Real quality and quantity. A bit sad that for each dinner or lunch even the water should be paid ( in the half board) The room service is excellent. Housekeeping amazing The number of pools very satisfying The second bed for the kids was a in reality a unfolded sofa not confortable at all Access to the private beach is nice but in reality the view is really poor with the construction in front of us. They are proposing a shuttle to go in the center because the hotel is pretty far from it ( from 30 min to more than 1 h depending on the traffic and hours chosen) We were very disappointed when they refuse us to take the shuttle to go to the center with our luggage for the last day. It was very convenient and there was not real rationale behind considering the bus has the capacity and will to let us use it like this the last day … The peacock are nice but every single night they come to your balcony and yell. Sometimes even in the middle of the night and often the morning … We were waken up two days in a row with jet ski races in front of the hotel. The noise was extremely strong even with the windows closed and it lasted always the whole morning … The big weakness is the distance from the center I would say but it remains nice if you want some calm moments ( when peacocks and jet ski are away) The big win is the service. But like everything it has a price

Enjoyed our week at JA. Lovely resort and Palm Tree Court was ideal for us. It was a very quiet week when we were there which added to the relaxing feeling. Excellent facilities and range of eating options. The only improvement that could have been made was to be a little less fussy with the service in the restaurants. I put this down to the place being quiet, so may be different when busy and the staff have plenty to do. At one restaurant we were asked six times if our food was OK, which is thoughtful but unnecessary. As for the restaurants some tips: Kinara is by far the best. Wonderful Indian food and probably the best we have ever had. Wild Orchid was also fantastic. Such flavours and lovely presentation. Enjoyed Republic too - classy pub feel. Buffets all good, breakfast at the Tamr Terrace is a treat for Palm Court guests. Other places are relaxed and food is good. Not so keen on Sette was style over substance. Food was good but service was overbearing and the room has a brutalist architecture feel. Overall, we had an excellent week and the resort is highly recommended

We spent ten wonderful days in January 2026 at the truly fantastic JA Palmtree Court Resort in Dubai. The villas, the park, the two other hotels—everything was top-notch. From the architecture to the delicious food, no matter which restaurant you visited, the chefs did an incredible job. The housekeeping was extremely attentive; all areas were always spotlessly clean. And all the staff, without exception, regardless of their department, were always extremely courteous, helpful, and friendly. They anticipated our every need. We would especially like to commend Miss Sheena and Mister Kimani, who took such wonderful care of us with booking our trips and in general. We can't name all the staff members we encountered, but we would like to thank everyone, especially the staff, for their kindness and support. We chatted with so many people – all the restaurant staff, the gentlemen at the entrances who always hold the doors open when a car arrives, the towel attendants, the gardeners, the cleaning staff in the outdoor areas, the lifeguards, and so on. And everyone always had a smile on their face. In short: We will be back and are already looking forward to it.
