We had a wonderful stay at Amwaj Rotana while celebrating my pre-birthday. A special thank you to Debbie for giving us a beautiful room with an amazing view, and to Megha and the whole team for the lovely surprise balloons and cake that made my day extra special! All the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, always greeting us with a smile. The view and amenities were also fantastic. Special thanks to Mubarak for the warm goodbye before we left. Thank you for making our stay truly memorable. We will definitely come back!

We recently stayed at the Amwaj Rotana Hotel in Dubai from the 6th to the 13th of July as a family, and we had the most wonderful holiday. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of staff made us feel so welcome and truly at home. The hotel was spotless throughout our stay, and the level of cleanliness and service was exceptional. There was always a fantastic variety of delicious food on offer, and every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They were especially kind and caring towards our children, who absolutely loved their holiday and are already asking when we can come back! A very special thank you goes to Adil, who cleaned our room every day. It was always absolutely spotless, and his attention to detail and friendly nature were greatly appreciated. We would also like to thank Mahima, Brett, Charm, Oveto, Chef Ramiz, Rekik, Saad, Paul, Ankkit, and Alam. Every one of you was so friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Your hard work and kindness made our holiday even more special. Thank you all so, so much for making our family holiday such a memorable one. We have made some wonderful memories, and we cannot wait to return to the Amwaj Rotana one day. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai

We had a wonderful Especially the staff Purity ❤️‍🔥 at this hotel! The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming. They always offered us coffee, water, and dates, which was such a lovely touch. Overall, the hotel is amazing for the price. The location is excellent, and there is also a nice swimming pool in the courtyard. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Even when my boyfriend and I checked out later than the usual check-out time, they didn’t ask us to pay anything extra, which we really appreciated. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing, and the service overall was very warm and friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great hotel in a fantastic location. But the service is the selling point. Staff always greet you with a smile and are so helpful. Afzal was particularly helpful everytime. He kept our room tidy and topped up with water during the hot weather. The hotel overall is brilliant and I highly reconnected to anyone staying near Jumeirah beach.

I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and memorable dining experience. A special thank you to Chef Mark for the fantastic teppanyaki show and perfectly prepared food, and to Bilal for the warm, attentive, and friendly service.
