Our stay at the Marriott was nothing short of extraordinary, and it will forever remain one of our most memorable trips. We were celebrating both our baby moon and anniversary, and the way the entire team cared for us made the experience truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived—much earlier than expected—the reception staff went above and beyond. They had our room prepared within an hour and even offered us a complimentary breakfast, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture after a long flight. It set the tone for the rest of our stay. A special mention goes to the wonderful team at Lavantera, most especially Judith and Saif. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine kindness made every morning something we truly looked forward to. They consistently went above and beyond, turning each breakfast into a delightful experience. Their smiles and thoughtful service made us feel so cared for, and we cannot thank them enough. We were also pleasantly surprised by the beautiful flower arrangement from the reservations team—another touch that made our stay feel extra special. The Marriott is already a lovely hotel, but what truly sets it apart is its exceptional staff. To Saif and Judith, thank you for making our celebration so memorable. I stayed at the Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah for a short one-night stopover during my Porsche Driving Experience, and even with such a brief stay, the hotel left a strong impression on me. The property is modern, clean, and very well-run — but what truly differentiates this hotel is the team behind it. Duty Manager Nasir Al Farsi delivered a level of hospitality and professionalism that deserves special recognition. He was thoughtful, attentive, and consistently proactive in making sure everything was smooth and comfortable throughout my stay. Even though I wasn’t here long, Nasir made it feel like a fully personalised experience. His service reflects genuine care and dedication, and it speaks volumes about the culture and leadership at this hotel. I travel frequently, and it’s rare to encounter a team that executes hospitality with this level of sincerity and precision. Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah has definitely set a new benchmark for me.Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning for a longer stay in the future.

Such a great hotel! Especially if you have kids. The hotel is very clean, modern , spacious and the staff are ever so kind! This hotel is also safe may I add. I want to give special praise to Mahith Kumar. He looked after my family very well when it came to dinner. My wife has a severe nut allergy and he took care of her every single night which made her enjoy her experience even more. This hotel is now a home for me and my family in Dubai and we cannot wait to come back. Thank you for making my holiday special until next time.

We had an amazing experience at the Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The hotel is beautifully designed, modern, and spotless throughout. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer great views of the Palm. Everything feels high-quality — from the bedding to the bathroom amenities. Housekeeping consistently kept the room in perfect condition. The location is excellent, right on the Palm with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and activities. The pool area is fantastic, and the private beach is clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. The breakfast and dining options are also top-class, with plenty of variety and great service. We would like thank Chef Tolgahan as well who made our family holiday very special.Everytime we were in the restaurant he came and check on us if we were happy with the breakfast and the dinner. Overall, the Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah delivers luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai — and I will definitely stay here again.
