An Unmatched "Home Away from Home" Experience – Our Third Time and Still Amazing! We recently returned for our third stay at JA Lakeview, and once again, the experience was nothing short of amazing. Every time we come to this place, it truly feels like coming home. Spacious Rooms & Exceptional Dining: The rooms are wonderfully spacious and comfortable. The food selection is outstanding, offering a great variety while maintaining top quality. What stands out the most is how the resort pays attention to the little details that make a stay truly memorable. Impeccable Service & Staff: The entire team goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. A special shout-out to the reception and buggy teams, who were super friendly and always ready to assist with any query. Going the Extra Mile: One day, we accidentally left our daughter's glasses at the pool. We were so impressed when the staff (special thanks to Dev) kindly found them and safely logged them into Lost & Found. Personalized Touch: The restaurant staff are incredibly attentive. We were especially touched that Saif (Restaurant 81) and Michael (Anchor Bar) remembered us and our preferences from our visit the previous year! Many of the staff members have been here for years, which I personally think is a wonderful sign of a great workplace. If you are looking for a resort that combines luxury, family-friendly warmth, and world-class service, JA Lakeview is second to none. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a lovely stay at JA Lake View Hotel. The hospitality was excellent, the team was welcoming and attentive, and we truly appreciated the late checkout they arranged for us. The only small disappointment was related to my birthday. I mentioned upon arrival that I was celebrating my birthday, so I was expecting a small gesture such as a cake. I completely understand if the request was too late to arrange, but even a simple complimentary gesture would have made the occasion feel more special. Overall, a great experience with excellent service and hospitality. Thank you to the team for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable

We had most wonderful and unforgettable stay at The JA lake view resort.. Mouth watering wide spread buffet to satisfy your taste buds. Numerous activities to make ur stay experience memorable.. Enjoyed the splash park, beaches and swimming pool. Made our evening special by dining at Kinara.. All staff are very kind and cooperative. Special shout out to Mr. Rodney. Thank u JA resort and hotel for spoiling us with endless choices.

We had a really good experience staying at the JA Lakeview Hotel. One thing that stood out was how welcomed we felt, we were always expected and warmly greeted upon arrival What we loved most: The Room: Our room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. It was a perfect, clean space to relax. The bathroom also offered a bathtub and a shower. The Staff: The hospitality was exceptional. The people working there were incredibly helpful, professional, and always had a smile on their faces. The Dining: The food was simply perfect! Every meal was a great experience with excellent variety and taste. The Gym: As someone who values fitness, I was very impressed. The gym is very well-equipped, which is not always the case in hotels. The resort itself is a wonderful destination for relaxation or playing a round of golf. It is also an excellent choice for families with children, as the entire hotel is perfectly maintained and offers a great atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay!

What was supposed to be a special birthday gift for my daughter turned into a very disappointing night. We booked JA Beach Hotel specifically for the beach and Splash Water Park access. When we arrived and followed the map directions, security directed us to JA Lake View Hotel instead. At reception, we heard the famous words: “You have been upgraded!” 😂 Upgraded to what exactly? The beach and Splash Water Park were at another property, and we had to take a golf cart to get there because of maintenance work in the rooms. Why was nobody informed us in advance? Why was our booking left without a proper response? Anyway, we accepted it and tried to enjoy the night. Then came a simple request: it was my daughter's sixth birthday, and all we wanted was a small piece of cake and a candle. The response? They needed to check with operations because it had to be communicated 24 hours in advance! Seriously, it's a piece of cake and a candle, not a wedding reception! To make things even worse, delivery services were not allowed inside the community, so we had to walk a long distance to the main road just to collect our food. And the room itself? - The balcony ambient light couldn't be switched off. - The weighing scale wasn't working. Why keep it in the room if it doesn't work? - The swimming pool water was colder than water straight out of the fridge. - Staff were making noise in the garden at 5 AM, disturbing the peace. One problem after another. Nothing dramatic on its own, perhaps, but together they completely ruined what was supposed to be a memorable family occasion. I didn't book this stay just to sleep in a room. I booked it to celebrate my little girl's birthday and give her a beautiful experience. Instead, I spent the night dealing with poor communication, unnecessary inconveniences, and basic service issues. Thank you, JA, for turning my six-year-old daughter's birthday gift into such a disappointing experience. A birthday she should remember for the happiness, not the hotel problems. An “upgrade” means a better experience, not a different location with less convenient access to the facilities you originally booked. Definitely not the birthday experience I had in mind. Very disappointing.
