Absolutely top class hotel. The staff cannot be more helpful and professional. The executive lounge was excellent. Attention to the smallest detail. The hotel is immaculate. We celebrated our daughters birthday here, they went above and beyond despite being such a busy establishment. Location is perfect, with quality and cleanliness second to none. We will be back here for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and were quite sad that it was only for one day. Our experience was so enjoyable that we wished we could have stayed longer. A special thank you to Paru from guest services for her caring nature and responsiveness, even before we checked in. She made us feel welcomed and well taken care of from the very beginning. During dinner, Vijay and Austin were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, always checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Their excellent service truly made a difference. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. Your hotel is not only beautiful but also has such a warm and homely atmosphere. Our stay at the Hilton Dubai Palm was truly the next level of hospitality. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean throughout our visit. The buffet was amazing (we had the half-board package); the sheer variety and quality of cuisines exceeded all expectations. Staying during Ramadan was a beautiful bonus - the decorations were stunning and the Middle Eastern dishes were authentic and delicious. It was a wonderful family experience that went above and beyond our expectations! The fitness room was clean and perfectly arranged. The view from there was an additional bonus.
