    Our stay at W Palm Dubai was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is stunning, with beautiful rooms, amazing facilities, delicious food, and breathtaking views. Every staff member was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. A very special thank you to Maria, who went above and beyond to make us feel truly special. She kindly upgraded our room, and her thoughtful gesture made our experience even more memorable. Her kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail were outstanding. Thank you, Maria, and the entire W Palm Dubai team, for creating such wonderful memories. We can't wait to return and will highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends!

    My stay at W Dubai – The Palm was extremely disappointing and far below the standard I expected from a luxury hotel. I stayed for two nights and arrived with my own car. To my surprise, I was charged for parking even though I was a registered hotel guest. Charging hotel guests for parking without clearly informing them in advance is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of service expected from a five-star hotel. What was even more frustrating was the meal package. I paid for a package that clearly included breakfast, lunch, and dinner. On the first day, everything was provided without any issues. However, on the second day, I was suddenly informed that I was not entitled to the meals that I had already paid for. This inconsistency demonstrates poor communication between staff and a lack of proper management. It was embarrassing to have to argue for services that were already included in my booking. For a hotel that promotes itself as a luxury destination, I expected professionalism, consistency, and respect for paying guests. Instead, I experienced confusion, inconvenience, and unnecessary frustration. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a very negative impression of W Dubai – The Palm. I hope the management takes these issues seriously, improves staff training, and ensures that future guests receive the services they have paid for. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

    I had a really lovely stay at the W Dubai. The overall experience was enjoyable and memorable. The room was beautiful, with a well furniture layout that felt both stylish and comfortable. The balcony was absolutely stunning and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. I also really appreciated the bathroom design, it was smartly divided, making it easy to use while keeping everything clean and organized. The food was excellent. Both dinner and breakfast were very diverse and delicious, with a great variety of options. The pools were nicely designed and well distributed, creating a relaxing atmosphere. A few small suggestions that could make the experience even better: adding a pleasant signature scent in the lobby would enhance the ambiance and create a stronger identity for the place. Also, the cleaning of lobby tables and chairs seemed a bit slow and could use more attention. The pool water could be slightly warmer for more comfort, and the beach could benefit from more wave movement to reduce algae and floating debris. Overall, it was a great experience and I truly enjoyed my stay. Thank you for the hospitality!

    This is a long overdue review. I stayed at the W the palm in August 2025. My experience was extremely disappointing considering I have tried tens of Marriott properties globally. Service is low-quality, when it comes to luggage delivery to the room, room maintenance (AC, toilet functionality), and assistance in leaving the facility. I was also sent a note before my final night to vacate early due to long check-out times, which only made me feel less welcome at the W. On the bright side, breakfast and location are great but there are a lot of improvements that need to be done to the quality of service offered if we compare it to other Marriott Dubai properties.

The hotel itself is stunning, and the atmosphere made for a highly enjoyable stay. ### **The Highlights** * **Francis (Room Reservations):** I want to give a special shout-out to Francis. He was absolutely amazing to deal with—professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. * **The Staff:** Most of the team members were exceptional. Their welcoming attitude and dedication to service truly reflect the high standards of the W brand. ### **Area for Improvement** While my stay was nearly perfect, I do have one point of concern regarding an interaction at the breakfast reception. On **Saturday, May 2, 2026, at approximately 09:00 AM**, I encountered a staff member named **Carmen**. Unfortunately, her attitude and way of communicating were quite disappointing and did not match the excellence of the rest of the team. In a hotel that prides itself on great service, this kind of interaction can really impact the guest experience. I mention this only because I love this hotel and want it to maintain its reputation for greatness. ### **Final Verdict** Despite this minor setback, I had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and the overall vibe. I would certainly recommend this hotel, and I hope management takes this feedback constructively to ensure every guest interaction is as "Great" as the one I had with Francis.
