Our stay at Sofitel in Dubai was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was truly exceptional. The hotel rooms are beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The interior design is elegant, and the beds are extremely comfortable. We felt very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. We would especially like to highlight the service by the pool. The service was fast, professional, and at the same time very warm and friendly. A special thank you to Sudesh, who made our experience even more memorable. He was always attentive, cheerful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Truly outstanding customer service! We highly recommend Sofitel Dubai to anyone who appreciates quality, comfort, and top-level hospitality. We will definitely be coming back! 🌟

Room cleaned and beds made daily by Nyein. Lovely young man...knocked to check all was okay and we had enough supplies. Room spotless and he is a credit to the hotel!! All the staff friendly and helpful especially the gentlemen at the front helping with getting cabs!! Beach is close by which is good as the pool and pool area isn't big enough to support all the guests. The full beach set from the spa was a god send. Food was beautiful and plentiful. Said if we wanted something they would cook it especially for you. Birthday cake for hubby was a lovely touch (and delicious) Thank you for a lovely holiday

Excellent location and great value. Staff are wonderful - especially Michael and the ladies (apologies, I don’t have their names) in the club Millesime lounge, Chacko who did a fab job of servicing our rooms, and all reception staff - whether they were welcoming us back into the hotel or behind the desk. Pool area quite small but always found a place to chill, and the swim up bar is a nice touch. We would definitely stay here here again. Thank you to all who helped make our stay wonderful.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel during our honeymoon. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. A special thank you to Raihanah, who checked us in and also assisted us during check-out. She was professional, friendly, and made the process smooth and easy for us. Her warm attitude really added to our experience. No complaints at all — everything went well, and we appreciate the great service. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great hotel. Location is the best. A minute walk to a beautiful beach with clear water. The Ain Dubai is nearby, and the metro takes you directly to Dubai Mall and other places.
