I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were not only professional but also genuinely kind and attentive. Their behavior truly made the stay comfortable and memorable. The front desk team was efficient, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Housekeeping did a fantastic job—my room was consistently clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Whenever I had a request, the staff responded promptly and courteously, showing great attention to detail and care for guests. What stood out the most was the respectful and positive attitude of everyone working at the hotel. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. It’s rare to see such consistently good behavior across all departments. Overall, this hotel offers not just comfort, but excellent service driven by an amazing team. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay, and I would happily return in the future.

Beautiful resort, right on the beach and walking distance to a great shopping district. Spa was lovely. Staff wonderful - helpful and warm. Pools were great, one where families were welcome and one that was adult only which was nice. Stayed in a garden view bungalow, the gardens were beautiful. The breakfast buffet included in my package was really nice as well.

With 2 pools it was great.... the adult pool had a swim up bar and the kids pool had a slide. Perfect for the whole family. Short walk to everything you need. No hesitation to return. Friendly welcoming staff

The beachfront location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking sunset views. The suites are spacious, elegant, and very well maintained, offering both comfort and privacy. The staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and professional, making the entire experience feel luxurious yet welcoming. Overall, a perfect place for a relaxing and indulgent Bali getaway. Highly recommended!

This was our first time staying at the Legian Beach Hotel, it has exceeded our expectations in every way. Fantastic caring staff who are always willing to help and go above an beyond, through to the beautiful ground's of the hotel and the perfect location in legian. From breakfast through to dinner the food is amazing with incredible choices. The Legian Beach hotel is truly a wonderful destination,in a beautiful Country. We will most definitely be coming back to stay at the Legian Beach Hotel. Resorts that offer this level quality and exceptional service are rare nowadays.
