Pandawa Restaurant

Guests can enjoy delicious steaks, healthy salads and fresh seafood while taking in gorgeous beach views at the Mecure Resort Sanur’s Pandawa Restaurant. Breakfast is also available, with a buffet selection of hot and cold dishes on offer. The Pandawa Restaurant is open from 6.30am to 10pm, with regular evening entertainment provided.

The Breeze Bar

Sitting by the beach, The Breeze Bar is the perfect location for a snack while soaking up the sun and watching the world go by. Guest can also enjoy a refreshing cocktail or cooling beer in the shade of towering palm trees. The Breeze Bar is open from 10am to 12midnight.

Sahadewa Bar

Serving a selection of tasty snacks, classic cocktails, fresh juices and chilled beers, the Sahadewa Bar is on hand to ensure guests are kept refreshed as they relax by the Mercure Resort Sanur’s Sahadewa pool. The Sahadewa bar is open from 10am to 11pm.

Mercure Resort Sanur has a prime spot, beachfront views out front, and a breezy bike and walking promenade right behind. It’s the kind of place that looks like a vacation postcard. Unfortunately, the staff seem to have missed the “hospitality” memo compared to other Accor properties. We even had a minor “breakfast incident,” where not all the guests in our room were given the free breakfast they were supposed to get. Sure, it wasn’t a scandal, but nothing says “good morning” like feeling mildly unwelcome over scrambled eggs. The room was huge, which at first felt like a win, until we realized it was mostly because there wasn’t much furniture in it. It’s like they gave us a showroom for echoes. Also, be prepared to pay for basically everything. Want to ride a bike? That’ll be about IDR 45k per hour. We didn’t try the pool, but given the theme, I half expected a lifeguard to hand us an invoice before letting us in. Also it’s not very well sound-proved. We can hear neighbors word-to-word at night. Great location, decent stay, but bring your wallet, earplugs, and maybe your own chair.

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. The grounds are well maintained, the rooms are a great size but they definitely need some work. The mattress in our room needs replacing(a hole in the side) and the pillows and towels have seen better days. There seems to be enough sun loungers around the pools and on the beach. The breakfast was okay. The hotel is a lot cheaper than the other hotels just up the beach so I suppose you get what you pay for.

I have stayed at Mercure Sanur many times and it is just such a lovely hotel. The grounds are so beautiful to walk around and it's location is just perfect between the beach and tree lined streets and cafes, I just love the area. The staff are just so amazing and helpful and I can't express my thanks enough. Every time I am there, they just go out of their way to make my stay relaxing and enjoyable. Particularly thanks to Satya for just being outstanding and reliable, a really friendly helpful person. I will definitely be back again!

We spent a week in this hotel. Perfect stay. Though a little bit dated, rooms are large and we'll kept. A small problem in one of our rooms was promptly solved, the guest services manager is just a call away and ready to help. All the staff were exceptionally good and friendly with the kids. There are two swimming pools and private access to the beach with plenty of shaded places. Buffet breakfast is extensive with continental and local choices. My only suggestion for the magement is to add more staff a peak time for breakfast. They do their best but are short handed when the restaurant is full. We look forward to staying again at Mercure Sanur during our next visit to Bali.

Had a wonderful stay at Mercury Resort Sanur. The resort is beautiful, peaceful and very relaxing, with lovely gardens and a great atmosphere. One of the highlights was the lovely beachfront, perfect for morning walks, relaxing by the sea and watching the sunset. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive and always happy to help, which made the stay feel extra special. The rooms were comfortable and well kept, the pool area was fantastic, and the location was perfect. Breakfast had a great selection and the food was very good. It was the perfect place to unwind and we felt very well looked after throughout our stay. Would happily return and highly recommend it.
