Pandawa Restaurant

Guests can enjoy delicious steaks, healthy salads and fresh seafood while taking in gorgeous beach views at the Mecure Resort Sanur’s Pandawa Restaurant. Breakfast is also available, with a buffet selection of hot and cold dishes on offer. The Pandawa Restaurant is open from 6.30am to 10pm, with regular evening entertainment provided.

The Breeze Bar

Sitting by the beach, The Breeze Bar is the perfect location for a snack while soaking up the sun and watching the world go by. Guest can also enjoy a refreshing cocktail or cooling beer in the shade of towering palm trees. The Breeze Bar is open from 10am to 12midnight.

Sahadewa Bar

Serving a selection of tasty snacks, classic cocktails, fresh juices and chilled beers, the Sahadewa Bar is on hand to ensure guests are kept refreshed as they relax by the Mercure Resort Sanur’s Sahadewa pool. The Sahadewa bar is open from 10am to 11pm.

We stayed at the Mercure Hotel with our family for two weeks! It’s a fantastic hotel — it has a convenient location and a beautiful, well‑maintained area. We booked a Deluxe room with a king‑size bed. The room is spacious: in addition to the bed, there’s also a small sofa and a round table. It features a good TV with various channels and YouTube access, and Wi‑Fi is available. The bathroom is spacious too — it has both overhead and side showers, a large mirror, a safe, and a fridge (which is also located in the bathroom). The hotel offers excellent service. Housekeeping is done every day, and all essentials — towels, hygiene products, and water — are replenished daily. We’d especially like to highlight the room attendant, Doni: he brightened our mood every day and helped us with any questions :) The breakfasts at the hotel are excellent — it’s a buffet with different dishes every day. You can also opt for dinner, but overall, there are many restaurants nearby offering cuisine of all kinds. The hotel’s infrastructure is outstanding: there are two pools (both clean and warm), tennis facilities, and you can rent a bicycle. Another great perk is that the hotel has its own beach with umbrellas and sun loungers. Towels are provided upon request. Overall, we had a fantastic experience — we’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel is right on the beach and it’s not a high rise complex. Rooms are positioned in multiple two storey blocks that are spread out around lush gardens that have meandering pathways connecting them to the resort facilities. We really enjoyed the relaxed and peaceful vibe that this setting created. The resort has two pools and a nice beachfront bar area. We enjoyed a buffet dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were really good. We had an Executive room which was a little dated, however it was spotlessly clean, nice and roomy and had everything you could want, including a nice balcony. We had an upstairs room which we would recommend. All the interactions we had with staff were great - everyone was so friendly and welcoming, grounds keepers would even wave and call out ‘good morning ‘as we sat on the balcony! How nice. The location gives you access to a paved walking/cycle path that stretches for many kilometres along the beach front. You can rent bikes at the hotel. We have stayed in many locations in Bali and Sanur is one of our favourites. It is quieter than Kuta, has a range of restaurants and bars and quite a nice reasonably clean beach. It’s not a party spot, which suited us perfectly. It’s a great value for money choice. We recently stayed at the much more expensive Sofitel at Nusa Dua, and while that hotel is a bit more modern, we preferred the vibe of the Mercure at 1/2 the price.

I had a very pleasant stay at Mercure Resort Sanur and overall the experience was very positive. The beachfront location is excellent, set in one of the best and most peaceful areas of Sanur, with direct access to the beach and the beautiful seaside promenade, perfect for relaxing walks, especially in the morning. The tropical gardens are well maintained and create a calm, authentic Balinese atmosphere. One of the real highlights is the staff: always friendly, professional and genuinely welcoming, making guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. The resort also features two clean and well-maintained swimming pools, both with convenient bar service, which made relaxing by the pool even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and functional; some areas of the resort have a more traditional style, but everything is well kept and consistent with the character of the property. Breakfast is varied and satisfying, offering a good selection to suit different tastes. Overall, Mercure Resort Sanur is a solid and reliable choice, ideal for travelers looking for relaxation, a great beachfront location and a quiet environment away from the busier parts of Bali. I would happily stay here again.

We stayed at Mercure Hotel Sanur Bali for 6 days during Christmas and had a lovely experience. The breakfast selection was quite varied and enjoyable. Room is spacious. The location is very strategic, and we loved the convenience of being beachfront. My daughter especially enjoyed going back and forth between the swimming pool and the beach, which made our stay even more fun and relaxing. We also loved the nearby seaside cafés, perfect for casual dining and evening walks. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Mrs. Yudi, who kindly helped resolve a glitch with our breakfast arrangement and even surprised my daughter with a thoughtful gift. It truly made our stay more memorable. Highly recommended!

Great stay. The staff are this hotel's best asset. Everyone is unfailingly friendly and helpful. It's at the quiet end of the beach, but still easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Beach is wide and clean, safe for swimming. Everything's clean and well maintained. Rooms are a little dated, but renovations are being completed. Thank you for having us.
