Absolutely fantastic stay at Bali Gardens. We were looked after with excellent service. People are wonderful. Room is beautiful. Pools are amazing. So many restaurants to choose from. Central to bars and shops as well. Highly recommend

I’ve stayed at Bali Garden Beach Resort a few times now, and it never disappoints. It’s one of those places I keep coming back to whenever I’m in Kuta. The location is great and close to everything like shops, restaurants, and the discovery mall, but once you’re inside the resort it feels calm and relaxing. Best of both worlds. The grounds are really well kept with beautiful gardens, and the pools are a highlight for me, perfect for chilling out during the day. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and have everything I need for a great stay. What really makes this place stand out though is the staff. They’re genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always go out of their way to help. The BraodWalk Restutant never disappoints with there food. Overall, it’s great value for money and a place I’ll definitely keep coming back to. Would happily recommend it to anyone staying in Kuta! Only small downside this time was that it felt a bit full-on with kids during our stay, so not quite as quiet as previous visits.

This is our favourite place to stay in Bali. The rooms are bright, cleans and the aircon works so well. The staff are amazing and cannot do enough for you. The outdoor areas are extremely well kept and the multiple pools are all beautiful and there's plenty of seating too. You cannot beat the breakfast, with the made to order eggs and pancakes. There's so many choices including fresh fruit, cereal, toast, pastries, bacon, sausage and the list goes on. We love all the restaurants The Boardwalk, Warung Damar and Aribar. The treatments at Tari Spa are good value. I love the outdoor treatment rooms in the garden, it's so relaxing. We've been coming for many years, and we'll be back in July 2026.

Nice hotel that has a feeling of a bit of rustic chic - it's showing its age but that kind of contributes to the vibe. We stayed in one of the villas, which was spacious if a little sparsely furnished. Friends stayed in the rooms, which were well proportioned and equipped. The gardens are beautiful and you really feel like you're almost staying in a jungle. Staff were friendly and very responsive to any issues. Food and massages were and good value. Pools are great but main one could be a bit rowdy at times, all the guests (mainly Aussies) were friendly though. The main negative was there is currently a huge breach restoration project going on so we were unable to use the beach and there was a lot of building noise and mess as a result. To access Kuta beach was a 10 minute walk past rubbish and stray dogs. Obviously not the fault of the hotel, but it would have been good to know this in advance and if you are traveling in the next year I would check this first.

Have had the most spectacular visit once again at Bali Garden and cannot rate highly enough. The hospitality expressed by the staff and management is beyond expectation in every way. A home away from home where we have stayed many times never fails to disappoint. The restaurants are all fantastic and cater to every situation. Relaxed eating, more formal dining or dancing the night away. Staff who go above and beyond to ensure you feel welcomed and your every need is met. From Craig the Manager down to all hands on staff, the vibe of all venues is to be commended. As long term return patrons, I have seen the staff retention for years and happy staff provide excellent service. The breakfast buffet is Devine. The restaurants on the main road suit all situations and my favourite is the Boardwalk Restaurant. A fantastic facility and after visiting Bali many times and trying many different accomodation options, we won’t stay anywhere else. Thanks for the memories Bali Garden Family. We will be back!!!
