Have had the most spectacular visit once again at Bali Garden and cannot rate highly enough. The hospitality expressed by the staff and management is beyond expectation in every way. A home away from home where we have stayed many times never fails to disappoint. The restaurants are all fantastic and cater to every situation. Relaxed eating, more formal dining or dancing the night away. Staff who go above and beyond to ensure you feel welcomed and your every need is met. From Craig the Manager down to all hands on staff, the vibe of all venues is to be commended. As long term return patrons, I have seen the staff retention for years and happy staff provide excellent service. The breakfast buffet is Devine. The restaurants on the main road suit all situations and my favourite is the Boardwalk Restaurant. A fantastic facility and after visiting Bali many times and trying many different accomodation options, we won’t stay anywhere else. Thanks for the memories Bali Garden Family. We will be back!!!

We had an amazing time at the resort. The staff are so friendly, food is amazing, and amenities are perfect. Rita at the boardwalk is the best,she is very very friendly and happy to accommodate us with all of our drinks. :) Thanks so much for making my first trip to Bali a memorable one!

We are at the airport right now and already missing the excellent service we received at Bali Garden. From the moment we arrived Asti greeted us whole heartedly. Cindy & Candy are both excellent at their jobs and generally beautiful people. Agus was very helpful. Mo Mo was beautiful and very talented in her towel art. We did not get to know everyone’s name but from the pool cleaner to the bar & food staff, to the gardeners, to the spa staff everyone was very friendly and helpful. Matur Suksma 🙏🏿

I am from Queensland, Australia. This is a fabulous place to stay. Very close to everything in Kuta. ATM'S right across the road, plenty of restaurants to eat at linked to the hotel. Staff are AMAZING. The breakfast buffet is fantastic (highly recommend the eggs and the Bali fried rice, add some fresh chilli... delicious!) Please be careful as some of the power outlets are a little loose, but for Aussie travellers there is one normal PowerPoint provided in "most" rooms. Recommend bringing a powerboard with you. Can not thank manager Craig enough for his warm and inviting hospitality and can not praise hotel and restaurant staff highly enough. Definately recommend staying here.

Such a wonderful resort, the service exceptional & friendly. Location in the heart of Kuta and next to beach. Variety of restaurants and food was exceptional. Loved the swim up bar at pool as well! Thank you, Bali Garden Beach Resort Team, :)
