This was our first hotel after arrival in Bali with our baby, we could not have wished for a better place! The hotel is incredibly beautiful, green and spacious, and all the staff were so friendly and nice! The food was also great, a good menu and a lot of breakfast options. This has been such a great start to our holiday, we directly booked it again for the end of our trip. Highly recommend!

A nice hotel. Its green and quiet, service is good. Despite other reviews, thought the room was good. Pool area lovely. Breakfast was okay. Sourdough was the highlight. Along with espresso based drinks included! Location is such that it's not really practical to use this place for a beachside holiday. We used it for our 1st and last night transitioning between the airport and the harbour and its perfect for that.

We had an absolutely lovely stay here for the end of our two weeks in Indonesia. The only downside was proximity to the beach, but we knew that upon booking. You can easily get a Grab car to central Sanur or the beach for ~£2 so this wasn’t an issue. The standout highlights were all of the staff, who - like everyone we’ve met in Indonesia and Bali - are warm, kind, and attentive. We only stayed for 3 nights but they knew us by name which is a lovely touch with so many guests coming and going. The hotel is quiet and incredibly green with plants and flowers, and doves that are fed by the hotel and walk around the pool. We had an evening meal here which was a great selection of Balinese seafood buffet and cooked to order fish. The swim up bar is well stocked and staff regularly check in around the pool for food and drink orders. Comfortable lounge chairs, pool towels, and floating bean bags so you can lay about in the sun of the pool. Their Friday traditional Balinese night was beautiful, with a 2 hour dance show for the restaurant area all included. A 4 star hotel with 5 star service. An absolutely lovely few days to end our trip.

We had a wonderful stay at The Alantara Sanur. We chose it for the last night and day of our trip, before heading to the airport and it was absolutely amazing. The room was quiet, spacious, clean. The pool was spectacular, the food delicious and the massage superb. The service was great, the staff was very friendly. For us it was the perfect place to end our trip. To give something on the way: during our stay in Indonesia we were lucky to experience some environmentally friendly hotels, which chose to refrain from using plastic, reducing disposable vanity products and sourcing only organic products and produce. We believe this is a necessary step for sustainable tourism.

This resort is a hidden gem! We absolutely loved everything about it. The room was amazing! We had a villa with a pool and a solid stone bath. It’s tastefully decorated in a classic Bali style. We’ve previously stayed at the Grand Hyatt and Sofitel in Bali and this room was just as good as both of those. If not better?! The staff made it their business to get to know all of our party’s names and really went above and beyond to cater for our every need. The resort is not hugely big so it feels a bit quieter and we loved that too. We stayed there with a child too and she loved it! If there was a downside, it’s that you are not right amongst the busy area of Sanur by the beach or the main road for restaurants so you do need to catch a taxi out. Not that this was a huge problem, taxis only cost about $2!! Thanks to all the staff at the Alantara we had a great holiday! 🇮🇩🩷
