This was our third stay at LEGOLAND Hotel, and every time we visit, we love it even more! It’s truly the perfect hotel for families with children. The themed rooms, fun activities, and amazing atmosphere make every stay special. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and everything is clean and well organized. My kids had an incredible time, and so did we. We can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended for any family looking for a fun and memorable experience!

It was a good stay. The staff were friendly and did their best to help from check in till check out, and the breakfast was good for the kids (dont expect a 5* buffet) + there is an icecream machine which the kids loved. We knew the parks were closed before booking, so that wasn’t an issue. What really needs improvement is the hotel itself. The rooms need better maintenance, and the sound insulation is poor. We couldn’t sleep because we could hear the room next to us. The team moved us to another room, which we appreciated, but unfortunately we still had the same issue. We also had slow shower drainage in our room. Room amenities were not available and had to be requested. Wifi internet is very good. The outdoor pool is kids/baby friendly.

We had a wonderful experience at LEGOLAND Hotel Dubai ❤️ The hotel is truly amazing for children and exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere is full of fun, and every detail is designed around LEGO in a very creative way. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very enjoyable for kids. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade from the hotel management, which made our stay even more special. The activities inside the hotel were excellent, with daily games and entertainment that kept the children happy all the time. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the food was also excellent. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious and offered a great variety. Overall, it was a perfect family experience, and I highly recommend it for families with children 👌 Unfortunately, the parks were closed during our visit, but the hotel experience itself truly made up for it. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Magdy from the hotel management and also Mr. Yahya at the swimming pool for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service 🌟 It definitely won’t be our last visit ❤️

We had an extraordinary weekend at this beautiful themed hotel. Our children were delighted by the numerous attractions found in every corner of the property, from the reception area to the room, as well as the lobby, activity zones, workshops, and swimming pool. Every area offers a unique adventure and helps create an unforgettable experience. I would like to sincerely thank the entire staff for their professionalism, kindness, and warm hospitality, from the security team to the reception staff. A very special thank you to Anis, who went above and beyond to help us get the specific room our children had wanted from the very beginning. His assistance and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful experience. We will certainly be coming back with great pleasure! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A magical experience for the whole family.

We went to the Legoland Hotel for my son’s birthday. Overall, the experience was okay. When we booked the hotel, we already knew the park would be closed, but we expected at least all the swimming pools to be open. Unfortunately, only one very small pool was available, and it was extremely crowded and not very clean. I didn’t even get into the water because of that. The dinner was good. There wasn’t a huge variety of food, but the quality was good. The breakfast buffet was decent and reasonable, although it could definitely be improved. The bed was also very comfortable. When we arrived, a staff member named Mazen checked us in. He was very polite and respectful. The housekeeping staff were also excellent. I requested ice and a few other things several times, and they always responded quickly and kindly. Overall, the staff were great, but I honestly think closing almost all the swimming pools while everything else in Dubai is already open again — and saying it’s because of the war — feels more like an excuse. If safety were really the issue, why keep one pool open at all? It honestly feels more like a decision to reduce staff and operational costs.
