Our stay at LUX Grand Baie was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We spent a few wonderful days there and everything exceeded our expectations. The food was outstanding with a fantastic variety and top quality in every restaurant. Every meal felt special and beautifully presented. The staff were always there for us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They made us feel welcome and truly looked after throughout our stay. The hotel was spotless at all times. Every area was kept perfectly clean which made the whole experience even more comfortable and relaxing. The watersports activities were another highlight. Everything was well organised and so much fun, adding an extra level of excitement to an already amazing holiday. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily return again. Highly recommended.

We had such a wonderful stay at LUX* Grand Baie. From the moment we arrived, every single staff member we met was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. Their genuine hospitality made our stay truly special. One of the most unforgettable experiences was the Bubble Breakfast at Bisou. The setting was beautiful, the atmosphere was amazing, and it felt like a dream. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the staff member who served us that morning, but I would really love to say thank you. Your kindness and attentive service made the experience even more memorable for us. We are so grateful for the wonderful hospitality and hope to come back again someday. Highly recommended!

we once again chose LUX Grand Baie* for a peaceful escape after a very busy end-of-year schedule, and once again, the experience exceeded all our expectations. From arrival to departure, everything was simply flawless. The atmosphere, service, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. Even as locals, this hotel always manages to make us feel like we are on a real holiday abroad. At this stage of our lives, this is exactly the kind of refined, calm, and relaxing hotel experience we look for. A special thank you to Mr. Vikram for the warm welcome—always professional, kind, and genuinely caring. Thank you to Jamie, a lady with a constant wonderful smile who brings so much positivity. Many thanks to Avishka and Brinda at the reception, always helpful, efficient, and attentive. A big thank you to Mr Dusoye from Beach Rouge Restaurant for always making sure we were well taken care of. And to Oliver, the rooftop restaurant manager, for consistently ensuring an excellent dining experience. Finally, a heartfelt thank you to the entire team and all the waiters. I had a really lovely stay at this hotel and was genuinely very happy with the service and hospitality. I stayed for 4 nights and booked the honeymoon package, which was absolutely amazing and made our stay feel extra special from the very beginning. The staff were super welcoming, kind, and always smiling, which made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. There were a few small things worth mentioning, but nothing that ruined the experience. The AC in our room wasn’t working properly at first, and I had to call the reception twice before it got fixed. Also, sometimes I had to call more than once to reach the receptionist, which I believe is simply because they deal with a huge number of guests every day. There were also a few extra charges within the honeymoon package that weren’t very clear in advance, but honestly, I enjoyed the package so much that I didn’t mind the extra fees in the end. The food experiences were a big highlight for me. I tried the Moroccan restaurant (walema), and it was amazing with a truly authentic Moroccan taste. It wasn’t included in my half-board meals and required an extra charge, but it was definitely worth it. I also tried the romantic dinner (payed extra), which I loved, and the beach dinner (payed extra), which was absolutely perfect and very memorable. I tried the bubble breakfast as well the food itself was just a regular breakfast and nothing too special, but the view of the infinity pool was beautiful and made it a nice experience overall. One small detail I really appreciated was that the bathrooms have bidets, which was very convenient. Overall, this was a fantastic and memorable stay, and I truly enjoyed every moment. I would happily recommend this hotel, especially for couples and honeymooners looking for great hospitality, lovely dining experiences, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

I had a really lovely stay at LUX* Grand Baie. The service is top notch, dining is excellent, and views are amazing. Grand Baie is a great spot for those who love a lively holiday! LUX* Grand Baie has plenty of activities, and three amazing pools to lounge by, not to mention the most picturesque white sand beach. The Hydrothermal Bath Journey is also a must do whilst at the hotel.
