Lovely stay as a couple. Hotel in great location, food is great and drinks are brilliant. Great bottled 0% beer. The staff work extremely hard and are always friendly, always clearing and resetting straight away and everywhere is very clean. Antonio, Fredy, Tiago (all restaurant staff are brilliant and so hard working). Animation team was great at getting football on also. Not stayed somewhere where the staff are so hard working before. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff. The hotel never feels busy, there are always loungers. The cleaners do a fantastic job cleaning the rooms and wider hotel. Wait staff are friendly and helpful, you always get a warm welcome when entering for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Special shout out to the pasta guys who were fantastic with my kids and mucho queso! The bar staff are also fantastic, welcoming, funny, and accommodating they really helped to make the stay special. Giving a special thank to Mante who always made sure we were looked after. Would go back in a heart beat!

I had such a wonderful time on my five-day holiday! It was quite a surprise to see so many children around in September. We chose all-inclusive packages, and the food was absolutely lovely. We also found out there are adult activities later on, so we’ll definitely try to join next time. The food is good, and dinner offers more choices than lunch. Most of the staff are so nice and lovely, always smiling. When you see them, you can feel their positive energy and feel relaxed. They really make us feel happy and enjoy staying here. Please keep this passion going! Just one thing: when we shower, the water comes out from the door gap and splashes on the floor outside the glass door.

We absolutely loved our first foreign holiday here with our 5 month old baby. The resort is beautiful and clean. Our room was spacious and quiet. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Our baby loved hearing people speaking to him in Spanish, particularly Nathaly and Olga at the restaurant. The food is delicious, we enjoyed the themed nights and all of the cocktails. The resort is in the perfect location at the end of Pine Walk, so you can get to the beach in minutes.

Just returned from our first all inclusive holiday. It was fantastic. Memories made that will last forever. Rooms - super clean and not cramped with 4 of us. Air con was great in block 3. It was so nice coming back from the pool to a spotless room everyday. Pool area - perfect. We spent all day every day hanging out there. Baby even slept in the pram bu the sun lounger ever lunchtime giving us some peace! Just abit slippy. It would be really good if the shallow bit of the main pool could have it’s tiles scrubbed once a day cause a green film builds up which makes it slippy and transfers to peoples swimsuits staining them. Other than that it was fantastic. Restaurant - we are foodies and we loved the food. Great choices. Easy to go healthy. Pizza and pasta bar is amazing and keot my kids full of spag bol every day. (And myself shhh). The staff were so friendly, making such a fuss over every child that entered. Everyone felt so special. We will be returning next year 🌞❤️☺️
