I had a wonderful 5-night stay at Meliá South Beach, and it was truly one of the best travel experiences I have ever had. The hotel was fantastic, but what made my stay truly unforgettable was a beautiful and unexpected birthday surprise from one of the hotel team members, Alejandro Nuñez. During a brief conversation, Alejandro discovered that it was my birthday. Later, when I returned to my room, I was genuinely shocked and touched to find a birthday cake, a bottle of champagne, and a lovely birthday card handwritten by him waiting for me. This thoughtful gesture meant so much to me. It was such a personal, kind, and unexpected surprise that made my birthday incredibly special and created a memory I will cherish for a long time. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Alejandro for going above and beyond to make a guest feel special. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality are a true credit to the hotel. Experiences like this are what make a hotel stand out from the rest. I will always remember my stay at Meliá South Beach, not only for the hotel itself but especially for this unforgettable birthday surprise. I have been staying at Meliá South Beach Mallorca for around 10 years, and that alone says a lot about how much I enjoy this hotel. As a Platinum member, I always have access to The Level, and once again the experience was excellent. The check-in process through The Level was smooth and professional. Andrea was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made me feel valued from the moment I arrived. The following day, Cati was just as amazing—very helpful, attentive, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. There is not much more I can say about the hotel itself that I haven’t experienced over the years. Of course, there are always small areas where improvements can be made, as with any hotel, but overall I have consistently been more than satisfied with my stays here. The location, atmosphere, and service keep bringing me back year after year. Most importantly, the staff are always friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their guests. Thank you to the entire team for another wonderful stay. I am already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel was a lot of fun, there are activities all day long, and the atmosphere by the pool is great. It’s the perfect hotel if you’re looking to have a good time! I had a few questions via email, and a receptionist named Noelia answered them all very quickly, she was very friendly and eager to help. Flor checked us in, and she was also very attentive to our needs! We’ll be back because of the wonderful hospitality this hotel offers.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it for families with children. The hotel is very family-friendly, and the pool area was absolutely perfect for kids. There was also a very pleasant bar next to the pool where we could relax and enjoy the atmosphere. We were especially satisfied with the staff. Laura and a young gentleman from the team were always friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great selection every morning, and the dinner buffet was also very diverse and tasty. A special thank you to Sulivan, who was exceptionally kind and attentive during our meals. Every evening there was entertainment for children, which our family really enjoyed. Javier was especially amazing — always friendly, full of energy, and he truly took his time with the guests and children, making everyone feel welcome and appreciated. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely love to come back again.

We had a very pleasant stay at this beautiful hotel. The location is excellent, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the food was very good. Our room with a private garden and terrace was beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, there was one disappointing issue: guests staying on the floors above were throwing cigarette butts and ash down onto our terrace. As a result, almost every morning we found cigarette butts or ash in our private outdoor area. This was especially unfortunate considering how beautiful and well-maintained the hotel is. We hope the management can find a way to prevent this in the future, as it would make the experience even better. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the hotel.
