I had a really good customer experience here so much that I had to leave a review, I accidentally booked the wrong dates, but the manager, Katrine, and staff member Anas were super quick to help fix it. They were both so friendly and attentive, and honestly made the whole situation so easy. The room I stayed in was nice, the price was reasonable, and overall the service was great. If I’m staying in the Marina again, I’d definitely choose this hotel. Big thanks to Katrine and Anas for the helpful and warm hospitality!

Very pleasant and enjoyable. John & Malik have been exceptional in their care and detail to our needs. Malik arranged our trip to Abu Dhabi and helped us with transportation. He was the most attentive. This has been the best hotel for us so far in all my visits to Dubai. The staff at Reception, our very able cleaner who was very helpful and the catering staff are all to be commended. Thank you Millennium Place for making our trip memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, which we truly appreciated. The staff were warm, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. The location is fantastic — with a train station just nearby, getting around the city was incredibly convenient. Overall, the room rates were very reasonable given the high quality of both the accommodations and service.

Location is great, very close to marina and JBR. We booked a room for 3, we had a king size which was good but they added a 3rd which was not comfortable. For all your transport needs and any tours you only need to go to Malik the transport manager. Very nice and helpful gentleman. Will get you the best price.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and were tidied up every day, which we really appreciated. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. The location is also excellent — there’s a train station nearby, which made it easy to get around the city. The room rates were quite reasonable for the quality and service provided. If I had to mention one small downside, it would be the limited selection of breakfast items. However, this might be understandable as the hotel is rated 4 stars. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others! And I wanna say about NIKOLINA She was a very pleasant and friendly lady She helped us check into our room at the hotel and made the process smooth and easy. Big thanks to her for her kindness and professionalism! By the way, she also speaks Russian, which was a great help for us.
