Welcoming, lovely staff. Everytime they saw me they made me feel welcome and would greet me with smiles. Also very helpful in assisting me whenever needed. Rooms were clean and spacious, and had basically everything you would need. The aesthetics of the rooms and bathroom were also of high quality. Access to the cafe downstairs, the metro station (walking distance down the road), and the supermarket next door to the hotel, all really helped and were convenient. The Gym: Okay, but quite small with very minimal machines - some dumbbell weights and a treadmill basically. Quite Cardio coded, but I think adding in a cable machine in which can be used for multiple exercises could be great! Housekeeping: There was a day where It was 4.30pm and still no house-keeping had been in my room. Apparently according to one of the house keepers there was only 2x ppl staffed & they had been working non-stop from the morning. Mind you I wasn't even on the highest floor, so they still would've had a lot more rooms to attend to. Overall, I'd recommend the Millennium Place Marina for your next stay. ☺️

I had a wonderful stay at Millennium Place Marina The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. A special thanks to RAJ, who was incredibly helpful and always greeted guests with a warm smile. His positive attitude and outstanding customer service made my experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

++ Called reception a day before arriving, no response, called bookig.com, and the executive had to try 3 times to get connected. ++ Room phones should have speaker, and moreover reception should call back if they missed the call, atleast when it came from the room itself, seems like they dont have that provision, its not a lodge and I am pretty sure they change a lot during peak seasons, getting a call back is very basic to be expected. ++ Check IN : Fantastic staff ++ Parking : Hassle free, guards keep a tap that you get a spot. ++ Pool : Clean, and helpful staff. ++ Cleaning : Spot ON ++ Breakfast : Kind of ok, but staff was curtious and fast, can't complain

I stayed at this Millennium place Marina hotel with my husband and friends. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The breakfast was average and did not meet our expectations. My main concern was the swimming pool timing. The pool closes at 6:00 PM, which is far too early, especially during the summer season. We planned to use the pool around 5:30 PM, but it was already closed. Many other hotels keep their pools open until 8:30 PM or 9:00 PM, allowing guests to enjoy the facilities after the hottest part of the day. I feel the hotel should reconsider its pool operating hours to provide a better guest experience. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service and facilities provided.

The hotel provided excellent service and we were well-attended by all staff members. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The service was exceptional, particularly commending our housekeeper, Sarfarez, who provided outstanding care. We enjoyed the breakfast every day and we had an expectional meal in the japanese resturent located on the 1st floor. The hotel is very well conected to public transports links and taxis. We had a really good time and we could not fault the hotel or the lovely people that made it great. One of the best holidays we have ever had..
