Great experience 2nd time after 10 years! Still the same quality of service, very helpful staff, original alcohols, nice evening events. Especially I would like to thank Nikolas at the dinners, Ledio as a PERFECT waiter and whole staff at the theatre pool bar! But in fact all the staff was very helpful! The rooms could be refreshed a little bit especially minibar cooling ;) Overall great vacation spent with my family. Thank You!

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful hotel. The rooms are big and nice decorated, the food had many options, the mattresses of the sun beds were relaxing. All the staff always wearing a smile. A special thanks to Loredana Ilie, she is very kind with a nice personality. The only minus of the hotel are the rocks from the beach. Thanks for a good stay!

This hotel is amazing and the staff are so friendly. They are willing to do whatever is necessary to make you comfortable during your stay. The food is lovely with plenty of freshly cooked items rather than food that sits for a long time. The bar staff are great and always happy to have a chat. This is our second stay here and honestly won’t be our last!

We had the pleasure of spending two wonderful weeks at this beautiful hotel at the beginning of June, and it exceeded our expectations in many ways. A special thank you to Oleksander for making it possible for us to stay in our preferred Junior Suite. We truly appreciated his kindness and attention to our request. We were especially impressed by the room service team. The waiters were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, regularly serving delicious meals in our Junior Suite with a smile. Their outstanding service made our stay even more enjoyable. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Marc Francis Antonio, the waiter at the beach. He works incredibly hard and always made sure we had refreshing drinks throughout the day. His positive attitude and dedication did not go unnoticed. Finally, we would like to thank Manolis, who takes care of the pools and jacuzzis at the Mitsis Laguna Selection Hotel. We found him to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. His commitment to maintaining the facilities at such a high standard contributed greatly to the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. We look forward to returning in the future!

We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful vacation we had at your hotel. Our stay was simply amazing, and we enjoyed every minute of it. We would especially like to highlight your outstanding staff. Both the kitchen and service teams were always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Their kindness and dedication made our stay truly special. Most of all, our daughter felt incredibly comfortable and happy during our time with you. The care, patience, and warmth shown by your staff helped make her holiday an unforgettable experience. For that, we are deeply grateful. Please pass on our special thanks to the entire kitchen and service teams. People like them make all the difference and create memories that guests cherish long after they return home. Thank you again for everything. We will remember our stay with great fondness and hope to visit you again in the future.
