This is my first ever holiday outside of the UK and I loved it. Couldn't really fault this hotel. Me and my partner checked in a little later than others as we arrived on a late flight, we checked in around 9pm. Sara who checked us in was very accommodating, explained everything to us clearly, and gave us a great map which made very clear how to get to our room. The view from our room was stunning. Despite other reviews we had no real issues with the lifts, if they were out of service they were fixed quickly so we were not disrupted by this. Bar staff at the hotel were also fantastic expecially Tattiana, David and Wilbur who were mainly tending the sunset bar during our stay. Cleaning at the hotel seemed almost constant. We had our room cleaned and bed made every day and we didnt even have to ask. Walking around the complex and staff were always smiling and greeting guests. The food in the restaurant was different every day so there was a nice variety. I could always find something and I'm extremely fussy. Would recommend and would stay again. Also shout out to the gentlemen at reception (I didnt get his name but he had a fabulous mustache!) As he was super helpful in getting us taxis whilst on our stay. Also great bus link into the port and to the beach.

I would rate our holiday 5 stars due to the fact that our group of 10 people had a really good time. The hotel itself I'd rate 3.5 stars. Good things: rooms clean and spacious. Food: very good, huge choice. Drinks: all inclusive guests free local alcohol. If you are nor very picky, you'll be happy with it. Pool area: very happy with it. Pool big enough to swim. Few people (end of november), heated water. Bar in the middle. Free (not occupied) sunbeds. Not so good things: location: we had a rented car. Without it you are done. Nowhere to go on foot. With car everything is reachable within an hour. Hotel setup: huge place with lots of rooms. Quite confusing setup. Eg. to reach our room from the pool area you had to take 3 separate lifts, walk 2 corridors, and a few steps as well. No central lift to go up and down and find your destination. Bars and entertainment: ok. All cocktails are made too strong. You didn't need a barman a cleaning lady could have made them. Pool, games arcade, foosball table, billiard tables (for money). Entertainment: (concert, karaoke, quizzes, etc.)not my taste. But most people liked it. Bad things: local beach: only by walking. 15minutes down, 20 minutes up. (For fit people) Beach 0 stars. Small. Bars dirty, rundown, rubbis everywhere, broken tiles. Swimming at the hotel: very unhappy about it. Only aloud from 10. We usually went out for trips every day. Couldn't swim, because the hoover was in. Come on 4 star hotel and you can't have a swim at 8 o'clock? Parking: only for about 30 cars. If you were late you had to leave your car down at the bottom of the hill and walk up 15 minutes. Next morning walk down to fetch you car. Overall I'd give positive feedback. We had a very good holiday with our friends. You have to enjoy the positive things and forget about the negative ones.

We loved coming here and have been 6 or 7 times (I think) and due to our rave reviews, our family and friends have also visited a number of times. One occasion was for the second part of our honeymoon!! We booked to return with our first baby and were really excited about this. However, due to a recent and very sudden bereavement, we were unable to go on the holiday. We emailed the management team who we hoped would see our return business, love for the hotel and understand the really difficult position we were faced with - we hoped they could move the dates from October ‘25 to March ‘26. Sadly, we were ignored and after following up - we were told the booking (made through a third party website) couldn’t be changed. Despite our pleas, we expected some humility and kindness (given our repeat business) - we were ignored, twice more. I really expected more from a family hotel team and we’ve been incredibly let down. Safe to say, we and our family and friends will not be returning. It’s a shame because it had become a yearly trip. No longer. **thank you for your reply - we did approach the travel agency, but they referred us back to the hotel. Which we had explained to you and when we asked for the matter to be escalated - it was ignored. Twice. We found the customer service team to be incredibly unhelpful and actually quite blunt and rude, much like your reply to the review really.

We spent 8 nights at this hotel and while the quality of the food and the efforts of the staff were highlights, the core amenities were seriously lacking. The Positives: Dining: The food was excellent. They offered fresh fish daily and the variety of dishes meant everyone could find something they enjoyed. Service: Wait staff were quick, efficient, and very polite. Reception: The front desk team was highly helpful and kind. They even proactively called our tour operators to confirm details for us, which was genuinely appreciated. Amenities: The included beach club access and the reliable shuttle bus service were a great benefit. Critical Issues: Parking and Health Risks 1. The Parking This is the biggest drawback and a potential dealbreaker for anyone driving. We were informed that parking was "available." The reality is: The hotel has over 400 rooms, yet the free lot has only 25 spaces (shared with staff)—making them virtually impossible to secure. We were also told about a private garage available for €20 per day, but we found this was consistently full and unavailable throughout our stay. The only alternative was a 20-minute, steep uphill walk in 37 C heat, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this size. If you bring a car, do not rely on this hotel's parking provision. 2. Serious Air Quality Concern (Health Warning) The air conditioning unit in the room was extremely weak and ineffective against the 37 C heat. Worse, my son, who suffers from asthma, developed a severe, persistent cough after just a few days of running the A/C. When the outside temperature finally allowed us to switch the unit off, his cough immediately subsided. This is a clear indicator that the A/C ducts or filters are heavily contaminated with dust or mold and pose a risk to guests, especially those with respiratory conditions.

This is an old hotel with clear wear and tear, be careful walking on the floor. It still offers lots of great service and certain parts are beautiful. The food is very good. Overall a great place but just a little bit tired in parts so dont look for perfection.
