Most incredible views of the sea, which makes the stay worthwhile! Staff extremely friendly particularly in the restaurant. We had a superior suite which was very spacious with two bathrooms. Cleaned daily and never disturbed by the cleaner. Great variety of food on such a vast scale, well organised two sittings early and late which you select on arrival. Beach towels provided which you can change once on your trip. If I had to pick any negatives I'd say 2 changes of towels in a longer 10 day plus holiday, a serious overhaul on the lifts and improved quality on the Cava!

I would highly recommend Mogan princess and beach club, honestly I was upset to leave. The room was incredible, the bed was extremely comfortable, the view was beautiful. It has some great areas near it, Taurito beach, puerto de mogan etc. The food was repetitive but it was always fresh and nice. The pools were clean and the snack bar has amazing food options too. Staff were direct and helpful and were exceptionally kind despite some language barriers. The only downsides were sometimes the lifts were broken, however they were often repaired reasonably quickly and there was other lifts fairly close to take as well. This was an incredible holiday and I would definitely recommend and return to this hotel again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a very pleasant holiday here. The staff at the reception, restaurant, and bar were all extremely kind and welcoming, which reflects excellent management. Some of the employees went above and beyond their duties to make guests feel comfortable, especially Edward😉 who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. As for the rooms, you should expect a standard that matches the price you pay. Overall, everything was good, and we had a great experience.

We stayed at this hotel on an All Inclusive package and had a wonderful vacation. The first thing I want to mention is the view. It is absolutely breathtaking. Waking up and looking out over the ocean every morning was unforgettable. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and always willing to help. A big thank you to everyone for making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms are a bit old and could use some renovation, but they were clean, comfortable, and perfectly fine for our holiday. I also want to say a few words about the All Inclusive experience. Before our trip, I read many reviews saying that the food was repetitive or just average. Honestly, after staying here, I don't understand those comments. The food was delicious, with a huge variety at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I can't imagine anyone not finding something they like. It was simply impossible to go hungry. In fact, we skipped lunch a couple of times because the snack bar had plenty of tasty food throughout the day. The beer was excellent, the drinks were great, and everything on the food and beverage side exceeded our expectations. Well done to the whole team! Every evening there was an entertaining show, which made our nights even more enjoyable. The only downside, in my opinion, is the lack of parking. If you rent a car, you'll probably have to park about 1 km away and walk back to the hotel. That's the only thing I would improve. Overall, we had an amazing family vacation. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, and I would be happy to stay here again.

This is a lovely hotel with absolutely stunning sunset views. The rooms are quite basic but comfortable, and overall we had a good stay. There are, however, a few things that could easily be improved. The biggest inconvenience was the lack of power outlets. There aren’t any by the bed, and, surprisingly, none under the desk either. The only visible outlet is in the bathroom. The minibar consists of tea bags, instant coffee, and a kettle—but there isn’t really anywhere practical to plug it in! There is also no complimentary drinking water in the room. If you’d like water, you’ll need to buy a bottle and refill it yourself at the bar. To be fair, the reception team did their best to help us with the outlet situation, and thanks to them we were able to keep our devices charged—something that’s pretty essential these days. There is currently no Wi-Fi in the rooms, although we were told that installation is already in progress, so hopefully future guests will be able to enjoy it. A special thank you to the housekeeping team. They were attentive, hardworking, and always took great care of the room. Their efforts deserve much more recognition. The food deserves a special mention as well. It was simple, fresh, varied, and genuinely delicious. The restaurant and bar staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive. One small detail that surprised us was that the glass at the most popular photo spots hadn’t been cleaned. It doesn’t seem like a difficult job, and clean glass would make those famous views even more spectacular. Thankfully, with the right angle, we still managed to get some great photos. Unfortunately, our departure left us with a disappointing final impression. Our transfer was running late, and there was no updated information available online. We asked the reception team if they could contact our tour operator for us. Claudia refused, saying that if we wanted to call, she would simply hand us the phone. When we explained that we don’t speak Spanish, her response was, “That’s your problem.” Thank you, Claudia. Staff members like you can undo all the goodwill created by your wonderful colleagues. The three stars in this review are a reflection of your service—not of everyone else’s. Despite this unfortunate ending, I would still recommend this hotel. The inconveniences we experienced were relatively minor, and the beautiful location, excellent food, and the kindness of almost all the staff made our stay an enjoyable one.
