What a fantastic hotel! We have just returned from a week at the Mogan Princess and had a great time. The food was lovely with plenty of choice and not repetitive. Our room was comfortable and had an amazing sea view where you could watch the sunset. We liked the laid back vibe of the hotel, you can serve yourself drinks at several locations throughout the day without having to queue or get tokens for glasses like at other hotels we have been to recently. Their were plenty of spaces to sunbathe with plenty of sun loungers. The main pool is heated and we were going in once an hour to cool down. The adult pool is not heated and a lot cooler however was still absolutely fine to swim in. The free bus to the beach and Puerto de Mogan was a great touch. Having the beach bar with all inclusive food and drink and toilets was excellent meaning you could spend a whole day at the beach in comfort. Puerto de Mogan is absolutely gorgeous and it would be even better if the free bus had an afternoon collection time so you could spend longer there. We only went there once for the market on our last day and we wish we had visited earlier on in our stay. The entertainment could have been better, we prefer live music to dancing and shows. We hired a car in reception for a day which was very simple and had a great day exploring the mountains. We have heard that the hotel is closing for a refurb in September and hope this does not increase the prices as we would love to come again.

We have stayed in the hotel from the 14th of February until the 21st. Though the layout of the hotel is like a smaller maze, we had an amazing time. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. The closet door of our room was stuck and we couldn’t open it but it got fixed within an hour after we told the receptionist. An especially big shoutout to Cristian from the reception desk, he was absolutely delightful, very friendly and professional we really loved him. We will definitely return and we’ll expect to see him there still.

Pros: The hotel is really lovely with great views of Puerto Mogan. All rooms have sea view. The sunset bar and terrace is excellent for enjoying a drink watching the sunset. The food is delicious with different themed menus. Cons: We were in the fourth building so several flights of stairs or 3 lifts and stairs. No water in room. You could only have water by the glass so we went to local shop to buy big bottle of water to keep in room. Some cocktails are all inclusive. Bloody Mary and Mojito's we had to pay for €5.90 which are our go to cocktails. All in all a lovely quite place. The staff are friendly and do everything to help. We visited in January 2026. The weather was a perfect 21 to 22°

No 4 Stars... Access: the hotel is on a Cliff which you need to descend to reach Shops, Bars and the sea (1.5km Downhill). Theres some busses, but unreliable. Taurito: Theres a beach in Taurito and many expensive tourist Shops. Nothing worth a visit. If you want to visit a mall or entertainment, you need a car. Reception: Always smiley, but never helpful. I came to them with many of the issues listed below and didnt get a single solution. Room service: They dont give you clean sheets, they remake the bed with the dirty ones. They rarely do the floor or bathroom applications. If given the chance, they will steal from you! They took 50€ out of a drawer. General condition: the Hotel ist very old, floors are squeaky and lose, doors aswel. Elevators malfunction daily and get stuck. WiFi only in the lobby and lower floors Food: most things are over- or undercooked or prepared at the wrong Temperaturen. Had many stomach issues + Everything is unseasoned. Its amazing to see how people fail at french fries, noodles and regular potatoes. Service: even though the dining room is big enough, every guest gets seated which prelongs the process imensly. The Service personal likes to communicate by shouting over tables and guests. So its also very noisy in the eating area. Dumbest answer gotten for complaints: "We renovate in half a year and probably fix the issue!" - heard this many times, but how is IT helping me? How can you rectify prizes and stars, If you know you have to renovate?! Conclusion: Bad service everywhere and no interest in changing a single thing. Go somewhere else!

This is my first ever holiday outside of the UK and I loved it. Couldn't really fault this hotel. Me and my partner checked in a little later than others as we arrived on a late flight, we checked in around 9pm. Sara who checked us in was very accommodating, explained everything to us clearly, and gave us a great map which made very clear how to get to our room. The view from our room was stunning. Despite other reviews we had no real issues with the lifts, if they were out of service they were fixed quickly so we were not disrupted by this. Bar staff at the hotel were also fantastic expecially Tattiana, David and Wilbur who were mainly tending the sunset bar during our stay. Cleaning at the hotel seemed almost constant. We had our room cleaned and bed made every day and we didnt even have to ask. Walking around the complex and staff were always smiling and greeting guests. The food in the restaurant was different every day so there was a nice variety. I could always find something and I'm extremely fussy. Would recommend and would stay again. Also shout out to the gentlemen at reception (I didnt get his name but he had a fabulous mustache!) As he was super helpful in getting us taxis whilst on our stay. Also great bus link into the port and to the beach.
