For a 4 start superior hotel I was very much positively surprised-both by the service as well as by the hotel itself. We stayed here during the Christmas holidays. The restaurant has a very nice selection of meals and even a vegetarian, vegan and celiac-friendly menu with a variety of healthy meals. The breakfast buffet was also very nice! Rooms were simple but clean and modern with good room service. The gym was well equipped and super clean, same accounts for the spa. The staff was very friendly, they speak also both English and German and are very attentive to make sure everything is good. We even got a little Christmas present, which was very nice! It’s a quick walk to the city but the hotel itself is placed in a quiet part of the hill, therefore there is no car noise etc. I do recommend going for a hike up the hill where one gets a nice view over the city and coastline. Will highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely come back!

I really enjoyed staying at the Mon Port. On arrival I was greeted with a smile and offered a refreshing drink. I was also delighted to hear that I had been upgraded to a better room. The hotel is in an excellent location for those who want easy access to some beautiful mountain walks, the gym is well equipped and the spa, although quite small, had a good ambiance with a great selection of massages and other face and body treatments. What was particularly outstanding was the hotel breakfast. It really was excellent and the staff members were very helpful and attentive. In all, a fantastic experience and I look forward to staying here again. Such a shame that the hotel is closed in January, since I would love to have come back for my birthday. Ah well, delayed birthday celebrations it is!

Stuff are so friendly. Breakfasts are perfect. Rooms just good not perfect. Pool is small. Location - if you understand that it's not near Palma, and you need a car, so it's in the beautiful bay.

Comfortable rooms in a nice location right next to the marina. Superb service as well, Emmanuel at the bar was friendly and made us feel taken care of. Seems like a very professional group working here. Would stay again!

Lovely hotel - clean, great location that’s walking distance to the port, friendly staff. We were unlucky with the weather but the indoor spa, gym and the outdoor padel courts were great to have in lieu of sunbathing by the pool. Breakfast was very tasty every day with lots of choice. One recommendation I’d make is to just provide pool towels freely as opposed to the voucher system, as that was a bit awkward to navigate each day. The only other negative was that the air con didn’t work properly in our room, so the air was never cold which is what we wanted at night. I’m sure there would have been a fix if I’d reported it, but we decided to leave it. Something to check for future guests though.
