I choose this amazing hotel for my stay already the second time and for sure I will come again. There is such a cosy atmosphere, the rooms are so comfortable and well equipped and stuff is so hospitable. Especially I want to thank Mr Rakib for assisting me by the pool and giving me information about the hotel facilities. I even asked him to make pictures and videos of me by the pool and he agreed immediately without any hesitation. The gym is also well equipped and I had multiple treadmills which is very important to me. Moreover, the view is stunning! Thank you Mr Rakib and Naumi hotel, the most cosy and hospitable hotel in Dubai!

I have been staying at Naumi hotel for almost three months now, and I can honestly say that it feels like a second home to me. The atmosphere is wonderful, the service is excellent, and the entire team makes me feel comfortable and welcome every single day. A special mention goes to concierge Sammy, who is always ready to help with anything I need. He is incredibly kind, attentive, professional, and always approaches everything with a smile. His genuine willingness to help and his positive attitude make such a big difference. People like Sammy are what make a hotel truly special! 🤍After staying here for almost three months, I can honestly say that I don't want to move anywhere else 🥹. I feel comfortable, well taken care of, and genuinely happy here. That says a lot about the quality of the hotel and its amazing staff. Well Season

We had 6 night stay. The location is excellent, just a 5 min walk from Dubai Internet City Metro Station. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. ☺️ We also had dinner at the restaurant on the first floor, and the food was very good and definitely worth trying burger with truffle fries and sushi.🤩 There is also a perfume shop on the same floor, which is very convenient. Everything was great. 👍🏻

I’ve been staying at this hotel for around eight months now, so I’ve had the opportunity to experience it far beyond what you normally would during a short stay. After all this time, I can genuinely say that I’ve been extremely happy with my experience here. The hotel has become a very comfortable place for me over these months. The service has been consistently reliable, the atmosphere is welcoming, and wIhenever I’ve needed something or had an issue, I’ve always felt like there was someone willing to help. For a long-term stay especially, that consistency makes a huge difference. It’s one thing for a hotel to make a good first impression, but maintaining that same standard over eight months is what has really impressed me. A huge part of that experience has been Karem at reception. Throughout my stay, Karem has helped me on countless occasions with all kinds of different requests and situations. Whether it was something small or something that genuinely needed his time and attention, he has always gone out of his way to find a solution. He is professional, patient, respectful, and, most importantly, genuinely seems to care about helping the guests. What I appreciate most is that I’ve never felt like I was inconveniencing him by asking for help. He always welcomes you with the same positive attitude and makes an effort to make things easier for you. When you live in a hotel for this long, having someone at reception whom you know you can depend on makes an enormous difference. The quality of a hotel isn't only about the room or the facilities; the people working there are what ultimately shape your experience. This hotel has given me a genuinely great experience over the past eight months, and Karem is a perfect example of why. I’m very grateful for how I’ve been treated here, and especially for everything Karem has done for me throughout my stay. He is a fantastic representative of the hotel and absolutely deserves recognition for the level of service he provides.
