We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is fabulous, with both a stunning pool and direct beach access, giving plenty of options for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Breakfast offered a great selection of food and drinks, catering to a variety of tastes each morning. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The nightly turndown service was a lovely touch that made our stay feel extra special. The lunch and dinner menus had plenty of choice, and all of the food and drinks were served promptly. The staff throughout the resort were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. There were so many on-site amenities to enjoy, including a nail salon, hairdresser, massage services, a kids' area, library café, gym, pool table, badminton, table tennis, and a small playground, so there was always something to do. The only slight disappointment was that when I visited the nail salon hoping to book a foot spa, I was told there was no availability, even though there were several staff members present with no clients at the time. It would have been nice if an appointment could have been accommodated. The resort is also just a short walk from the Fisherman's Village, with its fantastic selection of shops, restaurants, and bars. The only other small improvement we could suggest would be adding stepping stones along the beach to make walking to the village a little easier, although it was still only a quick stroll. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at this beautiful resort. Everything from the facilities and location to the excellent service made for a truly relaxing holiday, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

We had such a great stay here. The hotel is beautiful, everything is very clean and well maintained, the facilities are great and the views are amazing. What really stood out for us was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and attentive, and they were always flexible and happy to help with anything we needed. You can really feel the attention to detail and the care they put into making guests feel comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

We are currently still staying at this hotel. Overall, the hotel is not bad, but considering the premium price, we expected a much higher standard. On the positive side, most of the staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Unfortunately, a few employees seemed rather unfriendly or unmotivated. We booked a room for three guests, yet the balcony only has two chairs. They are also quite uncomfortable, as they have no proper cushions. In addition, the room offers very limited storage space. Although the hotel kindly provided us with extra hangers upon request, there is no proper wardrobe, so we have had to live out of our suitcases throughout our stay. The hangers are also too large for children's clothing. The restaurant and bar close at 11:00 p.m. Although the staff encouraged us to order one last cocktail at 10:57 p.m., we were asked to leave immediately after it was served because they were closing. After 11:00 p.m., access to the beach through the hotel is no longer possible. Food and beverages at the hotel are significantly overpriced. The restaurants and supermarkets next door offer comparable or even better quality at roughly one-third of the price. At the same time, guests are not allowed to consume any food or drinks purchased outside the hotel anywhere on the property. The beach also did not meet our expectations. The sand is quite coarse, and the seabed is mostly muddy, making swimming less enjoyable. Upon arrival, we were required to pay a €150 security deposit. Having stayed at several hotels in Thailand, this was a first for us. We also spoke with other guests who told us they had booked this hotel because it had been advertised as an "Adults Only" property on their booking platform. In reality, it is a family resort. This should be communicated more clearly to avoid misleading future guests. Overall, our stay has been pleasant, but the experience does not justify the price. We expected considerably better value for money and would most likely choose a different hotel on our next visit to Koh Samui.

Definitely Not Worth the Price - Poor Service and Disappointing for Families! The hotel photographs well, but our actual experience was extremely disappointing and nowhere near the standard expected at this price point The rooms are small and uncomfortable for families with children. The air conditioner is positioned so poorly that the cold air does not reach the children’s bunk bed at all. In Koh Samui’s heat, this made it very difficult and uncomfortable for them to sleep The cleanliness and housekeeping were also below standard. The room was not cleaned properly, and we constantly had to ask for basic items such as towels and toilet paper. Guests should not have to chase the staff for things that should automatically be provided. The room also included slippers, which would have been a lovely touch… if they had not been visibly worn and clearly used before. Finding used slippers in our room was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable for a hotel at this price level Breakfast itself was good and offered a decent variety, but timing is important. If you arrive after 8:30 a.m., many items are already running low, and instead of being replenished, guests are left scraping the bottom of the trays—even for basic items like vegetables. Milk alternatives have to be requested, and soy milk is not always available. The service at the restaurant during lunch and dinner was absolutely unacceptable. We visited with young children and ordered meals from the kids’ menu. On two separate occasions, the food took more than 40 minutes to arrive. Our orders were also incorrect twice, and when we asked for the mistakes to be fixed, the staff responded unpleasantly, as though the errors were somehow our fault. This level of service is simply unacceptable, especially from a hotel that presents itself as a high-end, family-friendly property Prices at the pool bar are also outrageously high. Even while sitting there and ordering a full meal, we were not offered regular drinking water and were told that our only option was to buy a bottle for 300 baht, including the service charge. Charging 300 baht for a bottle of water while paying guests are already dining at the restaurant is simply ridiculous. It reinforced the feeling that the hotel is more interested in charging guests for every little thing than in providing genuine hospitality The pedicure at the spa was honestly a joke. I left without even having nail polish applied. Whatever that treatment was, it should not be advertised as a pedicure The kids’ club is suitable, at most, for children up to the age of two. There is very little to interest or entertain older children, so the hotel’s claim of being family-friendly does not really hold up. The pool itself is fine, and the beach is pleasant, although the service button at the beach did not work. The hotel’s main advantages are its proximity to Fisherman’s Village and the large selection of massage places nearby - which says a lot, considering that its best features are located outside the hotel. Overall, this hotel is not worth the price. There are far too many basic failures in cleanliness, service, maintenance, and suitability for families. Unless the management seriously improves its standards soon, I cannot recommend staying here.
