Me and my partner had a really great stay here! It’s 10/10 The atmosphere is so relaxed, the rooms are beautiful and very clean, and the staff are super nice, friendly and helpful. We were honestly very pleasantly surprised by this hotel and enjoyed our stay so much. We really don’t understand why it’s not a 5 star hotel :) We definitely recommend choosing the room with the bathtub instead of the standard room. It’s also closer to the restaurant, reception, pool and beach, which was really convenient. We also loved the little welcome surprise when we arrived, we had drinks and snacks waiting for us in the room, completely free of charge. Such a nice and thoughtful touch! Definitely recommend this place for couples or people that want to relax!

My husband and I just spent 3 nights here and it was honestly a 10/10 stay👏 We stayed during low season, meaning we only paid 2500 baht (per night) for a one bedroom villa, roughly quater of the price in high season. The room was huge and had a massive balcony overlooking the trees. I loved the decor, and there were small touches that made it feel really luxurious. Both of the pools were really enjoyable, with incredible views of the ocean. At night, we enjoyed sunset walks along the beach. I always make a point to never eat at resort restaurants, so I can't comment on the food. There are cheap local spots very nearby that we ate at instead. The resort does have free bicycle hire, and you can also rent motorbikes, making it really easy to get around the island. Regarding the wildlife, it was incredible watching birds, squirrels, lizards and monkeys from our balcony. The sound of insects and birds singing is so beautiful and relaxing. I am convinced the people leaving negative reviews about gekos, bugs etc in their rooms have never been to South East Asia before, let alone left the city 😅 To top everything off, all of the staff were amazing! Ruby at the front desk was a complete angel, and really looked after us! She was honestly so sweet, and even offered us a late check out unprompted. We have lived in Thailand for 3 years and have to say this was one of our most memorable stays ☺️

Honestly, I wish this stay could have lasted for weeks! The resort is huge and you could spend days just exploring the place. It’s far away from the crowds and city noise, which is exactly what makes it so special. If you’re looking for peace, nature and a proper escape from everyday life, this is the place. Absolutely loved my stay and will definitely be coming back.

Waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying a morning coffee on the private terrace was a daily highlight. ​The Amenities & Views: The infinity pool is breathtaking, offering panoramic views of the stunning limestone karsts of Phang Nga Bay. The private beach is peaceful, clean, and the ideal spot to catch a magical sunset. ​The Dining & Service: The resort restaurants served incredible food, featuring both authentic local Thai dishes and international favorites. Every single staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. ​If you want a tranquil, luxurious, and authentic island getaway, look no further. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to return!

One of my favorite resorts! I have rarely gone back to a place in all my 15 years in Thailand but Koh Yao Yai Village is heavenly… Love the pool, the yummy drinks and food as well as the 5 star service. Will come back in the future again, very family friendly and the best views. They are so attentive during your whole stay, resort life at its best, lush and luxurious!
