The perfect place to unwind if you want island tranquility but not miss out on beach vibes with live music. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, you feel like you‘re staying with friends or family, who look out for your every desire. The area is rather quite compared to other spots on the island, with a calm sea and less wind. Aside from the Nikki beach club, I loved the beach in front of the resort which was never crowded and had cristal clear water, especially cool during low tide. I will definetly come back to Nikki Samui, where solo travelers like me but also couples and families are so wonderfully taken care of. Staying at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Koh Samui turned out to be a major mistake. I feel misled by the attractive photos and social media content advertised online. From the moment we arrived, the resort played extremely loud club-style music throughout the day. I chose this property expecting a „relaxing beachfront” stay, but instead, the constant noise made the experience mentally exhausting rather than restful. The beach chairs shown in promotional photos are only available to guests who spend a minimum amount (THB 2,500 for in-house guests and THB 5,000 for outside guests). While I understand this may be part of their business model, this important detail is not clearly communicated online. Similarly, there is no proper disclosure about the loud daytime music or restrictions such as children not being allowed in the pool. The resort also promotes itself as a “beachfront resort,” which I find misleading. In reality, there is little to no beach most days—certainly nothing like what is shown in the advertised images. Overall, I would rate this property as closer to a three-star hotel due to unprofessional hospitality. The staff appeared poorly trained and lacked awareness of guest comfort, with frequent interruptions that felt intrusive and disruptive. I would not recommend this resort to others. If some guests enjoy this environment, I am genuinely happy for them. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The resort promises a lot through its advertising but delivers very little in reality.

An unforgettable experience at Nikki Beach Koh Samui! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxed, with fantastic music that created the ideal beach club vibe. The food was outstanding – beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavor. Every dish exceeded our expectations. A very special mention goes to our waiter Au, who made our visit truly exceptional. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional, always making sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. His warm attitude added a personal touch that made the experience even more memorable. Nikki Beach Koh Samui is the perfect place for great food, amazing music, and outstanding service. We will definitely be coming back!

Came to Nikki Beach as a resident because of its name. Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Starting from old, stinky and moldy room where everything falls apart, sockets dont hold charging adapters and bedding and pillows are cheapest. No privacy, you live like in an expensive dormitory. No proper beach, the one for residents get constantly invaded by people from outside thinking that they can park here. Staff is running after them, but some go unnoticed. Please close the resident areas only to residents. Very disturbing experience.. For the money we pay here for the stay, food and drinks, we’d better go to another place. Update: The Relationship Manager was very sweet and genuinely tried to resolve the situation, offering various complimentary options, which I truly appreciate. However, this does not change the overall setup of the hotel. It’s worth mentioning that the staff have been amazing, and the breakfast was also very good.

I truly appreciated every second at Nikki Beach Koh Samui. The team was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Nancy, who surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a suite The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The service was exceptional, and we loved the pool area and poolside service. The DJ playing until sunset created the perfect beach vibe. The only thing I’d recommend improving is cleaning the beach area more frequently there were a few pieces of broken wood and some dead seaweed. Other than that, everything was perfect.
