I stayed at this hotel for a week, and everything was absolutely excellent. Every member of the staff was polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. Whenever I called for anything I needed, it was delivered to my room within just a few minutes. On my last day, my flight was delayed and I needed a late check-out. One of the receptionists, her name was Chandris , went above and beyond to help me by allowing me to stay in my room longer without charging any extra fee. I truly appreciated her kindness and exceptional customer service. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I have had better service at a 2 star hotel. Me and my family booked 3 rooms at this hotel, for 9 days thinking we would get a 5 star experience as they are showing, only to get a -5 service. The first day I arrived, I asked for a spoon and a bowl and I was told that they can't provide it unless I order something from the restaurant. Every second day they would not clean our rooms even though we would put the sign to make our rooms, and leave a message at reception for the service, and we would come back late at night and I had to go to reception and complain. That was another nightmare, the night shift guy at reception was very rude, and would go to the extend of telling me its our fault. After insisting and after he really checks and finds that we did leave a message for housekeeping that we got people to clean the rooms at 2 am, while we were tiered, sleepy and annoyed. The hotel is really understaffed, at night there is only 1 valet and we had to wait about 30 minutes because there were so many cars to be parked and only one valet. The receptionist is the one that took our luggage to the room when we checked in, never I had seen that in my life, not even in a 3 star hotel, how can that happen in a 5 star hotel. As I was complaining about they not cleaning our rooms in one of the days at reception, a guest came and he actually poured the conditioner provided by the hotel, it was kind of curdled. The room is good but the bathroom seems old. But I don't think I would ever stay in this hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay at Barceló Al Jaddaf. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout our visit. A special thank you to Ms. Chandris, who made our stay truly memorable. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Her warm hospitality and professionalism made us feel at home. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist us. We were very impressed with the level of service and care we received. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Barcelón hotel Al Jaddaf. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The food was especially impressive—everything we tried was fresh, delicious, and well prepared, with a great variety of options. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Barceló Al Jaddaf Hotel. Unfortunately, this was not just a one-time issue — I have faced problems during my last three stays, which clearly shows a consistent lack of proper management and service standards. The overall organization, communication, and handling of guest concerns were far below expectations. For a hotel that presents itself as a reputable property, the service level does not match what is promised. Basic hospitality standards were not met, and the experience felt stressful rather than comfortable. However, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Ayas for his outstanding effort in trying to assist. During all three stays, he went beyond his limits to help resolve issues and support us in the best way possible. His professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for guests truly stand out. If it wasn’t for him, the experience would have been even worse. It’s unfortunate that one dedicated staff member cannot compensate for the overall poor experience. Management should take serious steps to improve operations and support employees like Mr. Ayas who are clearly doing their best. But other team members ruin it.
