We've had a very bad experience at your hotel. First, we arrived at the hotel at 9:00 AM because our booking was for a 36-hour stay, which was supposed to be from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. However, the receptionist on duty insisted that we arrived too early and that the check-in time was 3:00 PM. I showed her everything proving that our booking included a 36-hour stay, but she kept saying that the hotel did not have rooms for a 36-hour stay and that it was only subject to availability. She was not apologetic or welcoming despite this clearly being an issue on the hotel's end. We were only able to get a room after almost 2 hours of waiting. Second, according to the small card the receptionist gave us, dinner time was supposed to start at 6:30 PM. However, the buffet did not open until 6:45 PM, and there were a lot of flies around the tables and the food. When I took water from the jars, there were floating particles in it. It was not very appetizing. Third, the pool timing on the card stated that it opens at 8:00 AM, but when we went down to the pool, it was still closed. The receptionist again insisted that the opening time was 9:00 AM. He said he would check and call us back, but he never did. We went back again at 10:00 AM only to find the sun beds very dirty, as well as the pool water. Fourth, when we checked out, no one was at the valet. No one could locate where our car was parked, and we had to wait more than 10 minutes before our car arrived. It was supposed to be a happy celebration of our 1st wedding anniversary, but the hotel experience completely ruined it.

Exceptional service and a memorable stay at Barcelo Al Jadaff. From reception to check‑out, everything was smooth and effortless. Special thanks to Ovi, Ayaz, Chandris and Sally for handling our check‑in so professionally and efficiently—it truly made a difference after a long day. A heartfelt thank you to the team, for surprising our birthday celebrant with a cake. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us and made the celebration extra special. We genuinely enjoyed our stay at Barceló Al Jaddaf—amazing service, warm hospitality, and a team that truly cares. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. Highly recommended and will surely be back soon.

I had an exceptional experience at Barceló Al Jaddaf. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, efficient, and highly professional. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern, comfortable rooms and excellent amenities that made my stay both relaxing and productive. A special thank you to CHANDRIS at the front desk, who truly exemplifies outstanding hospitality. Chandris was welcoming, attentive, and extremely professional throughout my stay. Every request was handled promptly and with genuine care, making me feel valued as a guest. I highly recommend to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning soon.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Barceló Al Jaddaf Hotel. Unfortunately, this was not just a one-time issue — I have faced problems during my last three stays, which clearly shows a consistent lack of proper management and service standards. The overall organization, communication, and handling of guest concerns were far below expectations. For a hotel that presents itself as a reputable property, the service level does not match what is promised. Basic hospitality standards were not met, and the experience felt stressful rather than comfortable. However, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Ayas for his outstanding effort in trying to assist. During all three stays, he went beyond his limits to help resolve issues and support us in the best way possible. His professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for guests truly stand out. If it wasn’t for him, the experience would have been even worse. It’s unfortunate that one dedicated staff member cannot compensate for the overall poor experience. Management should take serious steps to improve operations and support employees like Mr. Ayas who are clearly doing their best. But other team members ruin it. Their openness, availability, and willingness to accommodate our needs ensured that both the accommodation and the gala event ran smoothly and successfully.
