The hotel left a very positive impression. The location is excellent – everything is easily accessible either on foot or by public transport. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. I especially want to compliment the reception staff. The service was exceptionally friendly and professional – always smiling, helpful, and ready to answer any questions. A big thank you to Chandrins and for the warm welcome and assistance. I truly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return again!

The Hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful. They are also very professional. My experience has been memorable and lovely. The Hotel is clean and beautiful. The hotel pool and gym are well maintained and well located. Mohammad faruk receives my best review cause the man will will go an extra mile just to makes you comfortable and help you find your way around. He is such a great personality while being so professional.

I stayed at the Barcelo Al Jaddaf Hotel for nine nights and was overall very satisfied with my stay. After the third day I had an issue with the shower, but the staff helped me immediately and offered a free room upgrade as well as a discounted extension of my stay – thank you for that great service. The rooms were always super clean and the housekeeping was very reliable. Breakfast was very good and varied, and the service was always friendly and helpful whenever I had a problem. The only downside for me is that the spa area and the pool are both quite small. Other than that, I really enjoyed my time at the hotel and would recommend it.

Fatih from reception is the reason behind this 5 stars rating she was very helpful and friendly and on top of all very fast ! The in room service can be better we requested for bottles of water and it took them 3 calls and 45 minutes to get them! One receptionist was rude on check out he saw I was involved with kids and I asked him politely to help me with what I forgot in the room but he didn’t help and he was very rude I will not name him ..will I come back again definitely because of Fatih and the amazing location as well

Excellent city hotel with great service! We were thoroughly impressed with our stay. We’d like to highlight a few key points: · Transfer: It was very convenient that there is a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall and the beach. No need to worry about taxis. · Dining: The restaurant offers a high-quality all-inclusive system. There is a wide selection of dishes from various countries, always fresh and delicious fruits, and great coffee. · Rooms: The rooms are spacious and clean. The daily housekeeping is top-notch. · Staff: All the employees are polite and attentive. A special thank you to Faruk! He didn't just perform his duties; he genuinely helped us by explaining all the nuances of staying at the hotel and in the city, which made our vacation even more comfortable. We definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return again
