I want to give this hotel a real honest review because they deserve it. I have only a couple of days left and I really like this hotel. It started 5 weeks ago and we came pretty late and it took forever to get our rooms because we needed to fill papers of our passport (I work in a hotel receptionist and we never do this and it was a bit of a surprise but makes sense). We go to the room and its a really big and nice room. I don't really know what to say about the receptionists because I've only been there 3 times during my 5 week stay but they seem good. They clean the rooms more often then it says on their website. I had this woman almost every time, no idea what her name was but if you see this and you know you got a babybell cheese from me. Just know that you are super sweet 🥹. The restaurant staff varies and some people take their time to help you but I would really like to thank Natalia, she is my favourite, she always remembers my room number and I surprised her one day by saying good morning in Spanish and today she surprised me by asking how I am in my language 🥰. The pool bar is really good. Sometimes it's really crowded and once it took me 30+ minutes to get some lunch and they were so apologetic and I got 2 drinks for free. I have a few other people in the restaurant aswell that is really nice but I don't know their names. Overall, a good stay.

We booked TRH Palmanova Suites because we wanted to stay in Palmanova and avoid the Magaluf party scene. Unfortunately, the hotel is actually located in Magaluf, which makes the name quite misleading. The apartment was also not very clean: there were ants in the bathroom and multiple stains on the walls, sofa, and furniture. The biggest issue happened on our last night when our room door stopped working and we couldn’t access our room. The only compensation offered was all-inclusive access the next day, even though we were checking out at 11 a.m., which wasn’t particularly useful. A partial refund was not considered. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations due to the misleading location, cleanliness issues, and poor handling of a significant inconvenience.

If you are looking for the magaluf life this is the perfect place for you but if your coming on holiday as a family I would really not recommend this hotel and also if you value your sleep at night. We stayed for 10 nights and hardly slept any of the them nights due to the noise of people screaming and shouting all night chairs being moved about all night from upstairs people walking by our room all night and then people thinking its funny to ring the door bell and run off at all times of night and then playing loud music at stupid o'clock in the morning. The positives the staff are really nice and accommodating and the room was always kept clean and tidy by the room service staff we had an issue with the a/c and they had it fixed within the hour of mentioning it. The food was a bit hit and miss breakfast was good but afternoon meals were not to our tastes. If your going to go for a party best hotel for its location if your going with your family and young children I would choose somewhere else

We are having a fantastic stay at Palmanova Suites TRH. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Housekeeping impressed us with their attention to detail – they noticed an issue with our floor that we hadn’t even picked up on ourselves, immediately informed us, and the team moved us to another room straight away without any fuss. Nothing was too much trouble, and the staff were so helpful. The location is excellent, with a Spar supermarket right next door and plenty of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. We’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily return!

Don't stay here if you are a family or want any sleep. We stayed here with our 2 children who are 3 & 8. It is full of youngsters who would turn their noses up when my son would splash around in the pool. We saw about 2 other families within the week we stayed there. It should be advertised as an adult only. We ended up spending a fortune being out everyday as we didn't want to be at the hotel which was a shame and massive expense. The bedroom backs onto the road which means you won't get any sleep from 1-6am sometimes even later!!! We were exhausted!!!! I understand that it is near the strip but the rooms really need to be a bit more sound proofed it was ridiculous. I have stayed in this area multiple times from a little girl and have never experienced noise like this, other hotel soundproof their rooms. Was also massively on edge as when we arrived someone was complaining that their phone had been stolen, I then looked at recent reviews and there were more staying their rooms had been broken into. Our sliding door to the balcony didn't lock when we arrived, we had to spend the first night with this unlocked as it was 'too late to fix'. Massively let down which is such a shame seeing as we paid well over 2.5k for this holiday.
