I want to give this hotel a real honest review because they deserve it. I have only a couple of days left and I really like this hotel. It started 5 weeks ago and we came pretty late and it took forever to get our rooms because we needed to fill papers of our passport (I work in a hotel receptionist and we never do this and it was a bit of a surprise but makes sense). We go to the room and its a really big and nice room. I don't really know what to say about the receptionists because I've only been there 3 times during my 5 week stay but they seem good. They clean the rooms more often then it says on their website. I had this woman almost every time, no idea what her name was but if you see this and you know you got a babybell cheese from me. Just know that you are super sweet 🥹. The restaurant staff varies and some people take their time to help you but I would really like to thank Natalia, she is my favourite, she always remembers my room number and I surprised her one day by saying good morning in Spanish and today she surprised me by asking how I am in my language 🥰. The pool bar is really good. Sometimes it's really crowded and once it took me 30+ minutes to get some lunch and they were so apologetic and I got 2 drinks for free. I have a few other people in the restaurant aswell that is really nice but I don't know their names. Overall, a good stay.

One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in! The staff are so accommodating and friendly. We walked into the apartment and the smell that hit us, we could tell the room was cleaned deeply prior to our arrival. The location is 10/10 were a 2/3 minute walk to the strip & beach. We ended up leaving food on the balcony floor which drew ants (totally our own fault), when we asked reception for a spray they had someone up within 5 minutes and when we came back the room was spotless. The food here is great! Couldn’t recommend this place enough honestly.

I booked this 4-star hotel for a holiday with my partner but it turned into a massive disappointment. While the room was clean and the location was good, the property functions as an entirely unmonitored party hostel with zero enforcement of quiet hours. We suffered severe noise disruptions every single night until 6:00 AM–7:00 AM. Neighboring guests played loud music on balconies until 4:00 AM, shouted in common areas, and repeatedly knocked on our door. Because our room (Room 606) was near the entrance, the shouting was amplified all night long. The management takes absolutely no measures to ensure paying guests can sleep, and the surrounding outside areas were frequently untidy. We left the hotel completely exhausted, and our holiday was ruined. I sent a formal complaint and compensation request directly to TRH corporate management (info@trhhoteles.com) on June 24 and I am still yet to receive a reply. If you want a relaxing holiday or a basic night of sleep, do not book this hotel. Save your money or spend the same amount for a better hotel.

We booked TRH Palmanova Suites because we wanted to stay in Palmanova and avoid the Magaluf party scene. Unfortunately, the hotel is actually located in Magaluf, which makes the name quite misleading. The apartment was also not very clean: there were ants in the bathroom and multiple stains on the walls, sofa, and furniture. The biggest issue happened on our last night when our room door stopped working and we couldn’t access our room. The only compensation offered was all-inclusive access the next day, even though we were checking out at 11 a.m., which wasn’t particularly useful. A partial refund was not considered. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations due to the misleading location, cleanliness issues, and poor handling of a significant inconvenience.

Capricorn One

Firstly the hotel food…breakfast was fine but a bit samey samey but acceptable. Evening dinner on the other hand was childlike food with pizzas?….for half board??. Not once was there a wholesome roast meal. I’m from Ireland and we like wholesome every now and again. Catering for kids bearly old enough to be on holidays who….i would go there again and waste my money. The noise at night was unbearable and even though we complained and was told that it was being monitored which I would never believe purely because you know by the way you’re speaking to them and they’re answering….its a lie…plus the noise continued afterwards anyway. Malaga was lively but I would stay more outside the area of that hotel next time like palma nova. If you want piece and quiet and want value for money…leave this place alone!
