We are having a fantastic stay at Palmanova Suites TRH. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Housekeeping impressed us with their attention to detail – they noticed an issue with our floor that we hadn’t even picked up on ourselves, immediately informed us, and the team moved us to another room straight away without any fuss. Nothing was too much trouble, and the staff were so helpful. The location is excellent, with a Spar supermarket right next door and plenty of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. We’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily return!

Don't stay here if you are a family or want any sleep. We stayed here with our 2 children who are 3 & 8. It is full of youngsters who would turn their noses up when my son would splash around in the pool. We saw about 2 other families within the week we stayed there. It should be advertised as an adult only. We ended up spending a fortune being out everyday as we didn't want to be at the hotel which was a shame and massive expense. The bedroom backs onto the road which means you won't get any sleep from 1-6am sometimes even later!!! We were exhausted!!!! I understand that it is near the strip but the rooms really need to be a bit more sound proofed it was ridiculous. I have stayed in this area multiple times from a little girl and have never experienced noise like this, other hotel soundproof their rooms. Was also massively on edge as when we arrived someone was complaining that their phone had been stolen, I then looked at recent reviews and there were more staying their rooms had been broken into. Our sliding door to the balcony didn't lock when we arrived, we had to spend the first night with this unlocked as it was 'too late to fix'. Massively let down which is such a shame seeing as we paid well over 2.5k for this holiday.

Me and my friends recently got back from our trip to Magaluf and we are heavily disappointed with our experience. We came to the same hotel last year and everything was fine except we thought the security was a bit dodgy but this year it was a whole different story. I have never in my life experienced a more revolting or unprofessional stay at a hotel. The room we were given was infested with cockroaches — crawling on the walls, in the bathroom, even on the bed. This wasn’t just a stray insect; it was an active infestation. We immediately went to the front desk, expecting they would take the situation seriously. Instead, we were met with complete indifference. We asked multiple times to be moved to another room or given any form of help, and every single time we were brushed off with excuses. Not once did anyone apologize, investigate, or offer a solution. We were given bug spray and were essentially told to “deal with it.” This hotel clearly has no standards for cleanliness, no concern for guest safety or comfort, and no idea what customer service means. Staying here was a nightmare — filthy, unhygienic, and utterly unacceptable. If you value your health, your peace of mind, or even basic human decency, do NOT stay here.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE I WAS ROBBED! I have previously stayed in this hotel in April 2025 with my mother and my friend and we all enjoyed our stay. Therefore i decided to stay for my birthday with my boyfriend. We arrived on the 15th of September 2025 and the member of staff who checked us in was a lovely lad. The next day we left the room at 2:10pm and the cleaner was cleaning the room next to us. We were arrived back at 3:20 roughly an hour later and our room had been cleaned. When i started getting ready for the night time i was looking for my jewellery and couldnt find it then started looking for my perfume and noticed that was gone, also my boyfriends aftershave (we bought these in the airport on our way and i have the receipts for these). I then realised these things had been stolen from my room. So in total 1 box of jewellery, 2 perfumes, 2 watches and a pair of sunglasses were taken from my room (all of this was stored in the wardrobe area? So no cleaner needs to go near this as they only need to change the beds). I reported it to reception but they were absolutely useless, took no notice and showed no remorse for my items being stolen by their own members of staff! Luckily my uncle lives out here in Mallorca. He came to the hotel as he is fluent in spanish and we thought we might have a bit of luck that way… The head receptionist then proceeded to get very agressive with my uncle and was making excuses for my things going missing. (There is absolutely no way i could’ve misplaced these items as why on earth would i even leave the hotel with any of that? and everything was there when we left in the afternoon). We then proceeded to make a report to the Guardia Civil as the hotel took no responsibility at all! The Guardia Civil is now trying to get to the bottom of this matter as they are going to check the hotel cameras and get the keycard read. So whoever of the cleaning staff will be sorry as they will be loosing their job. Before this, i recommended this hotel to people and i am ashamed that i ever did and after now reading some previous reviews im sorry i ever did stay here! I will never be coming back here and they have offered no sort of compensation what so ever. I am a 20 year old girl on holiday with my boyfriend for my birthday i feel violated and unsafe.

We just got back from holiday here, had a lovely time, hotel is spotless, cleaners come everyday and done fantastic job, left money and other bits on the side and nothing was touched, staff are very helpful, 5 minute walk to beach. I highly recommend it and will be returning. Thank you.
