One of the most beautiful resort experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything felt exceptional. The hotel is stunning, with beautifully designed pools, lush tropical gardens, a private beach, and breathtaking sea views. Every corner feels like a luxury postcard. What impressed me most was the atmosphere—peaceful, elegant, and incredibly relaxing. Whether I was swimming in the sea, enjoying the pools, having breakfast with a view, or watching the sunset in the evening, every moment felt special. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The service was attentive without being intrusive, making the entire stay effortless and comfortable. The food was excellent, with fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation, and a variety of high-quality dining options. Today morning we had breakfast and Chef of bakery-Antonis and his team treated us with an amazing pistachio pastry. Everything we tasted is delicious and super fresh. The Parklane Hotel Limassol was the best resorts we have been to. The service started prior to arrival where the concierge was very efficient and answered any questions I had. The service was amazing from all staff members, starting at the reception, the housekeeping staff, the Lane restaurant ( breakfast and Dinner) staff were so welcoming , a special thanks to Nikolina and Teta, as well as all the waiters who made our experience a very memorable 1. The room was fantastic, spacious and attention to detail was incredible . The Spa was fantastic and I had an amazing treatment. The hotel and entire property was extremely clean at all times. The swimming pools and beach areas were very large, well maintained and a pleasure to spend our days at. The gardens are beautifully manicured too.We are already planning our next visit

I had booked a 3-night stay, but my Sunday flight from Zurich to Larnaca was aborted due to a bird strike and rescheduled to Monday. As soon as I knew, I informed the hotel by email and also called the front desk to explain the situation and request that the Sunday night charge be waived, since the disruption was completely beyond my control. When I checked in on Monday, the front desk staff was helpful and took a pre-authorization of EUR650 for the 2-night stay plus security deposit. Based on this, I reasonably assumed the Sunday night charge had been waived. However, when I checked out on Wednesday, I was told I would still be charged for all 3 nights because I had not given 24 hours’ notice to cancel the first night. I tried to explain again that this was caused by an unexpected flight disruption, not a change of plan on my part, and asked whether any discretion could be exercised. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was barely helpful. After several rounds of back-and-forth, she simply repeated the hotel’s policy without making any real effort to assist. I wanted to speak to the manager, but my taxi to the airport had already arrived, so I had no choice but to leave. What made this even more disappointing is that I am a Platinum Elite customer, so I expected a higher level of service and consideration. It was frustrating to be treated with so little flexibility despite being a loyal customer. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I understand hotels have policies, but when a guest promptly informs you of an emergency situation outside their control, a little understanding and flexibility would go a long way.
