Truly luxury resort, perfect for families with kids and also for couples as hotel has separate pool for adults. Very thoughtful and anticipatory service. Food is AMAZING. Beautiful views and super service in all terms. There was a small gift waiting for me every other day in the room. I had a wonderful time, many thanks to the hotel team and management, who created this unforgettable experience for me and my son.

Stayed at Parklane Limassol for five nights. The resort is quite spacious with good amenities. The beach is sandy and quaint. Our room had a nice sea view though it was not particularly spacious. There were multiple restaurant options, food was not bad though nothing too impressive. Our favourite part was the live music at the terrace during the nights. I used the business centre for work: It was rather a small room with two outdated computers - it would be more fitting to call it a printer room.

The Parklane Hotel Limassol was the best resorts we have been to. The service started prior to arrival where the concierge was very efficient and answered any questions I had. The service was amazing from all staff members, starting at the reception, the housekeeping staff, the Lane restaurant ( breakfast and Dinner) staff were so welcoming , a special thanks to Nikolina and Teta, as well as all the waiters who made our experience a very memorable 1. The room was fantastic, spacious and attention to detail was incredible . The Spa was fantastic and I had an amazing treatment. The hotel and entire property was extremely clean at all times. The swimming pools and beach areas were very large, well maintained and a pleasure to spend our days at. The gardens are beautifully manicured too.We are already planning our next visit

It was one of the best hotels we’ve ever visited. The service and facilities were fantastic, and the kids’ club was such a great place for us parents to have some free time. A big shout-out to Manisha and Napa, who worked at the Lanes restaurant. They took such good care of my daughter, who was only 9 months old. We really appreciated their kindness and care—it made our stay even more special!

We recently stayed at Parklane as a family of 3 (2 adults and one toddler). Firstly lets address some of the views that the prices are "expensive". Parklane is considered a 5 star resort and one of the bonvoy crown jewels by placing it in the luxury collection category. You stay at a 5 star resort you have to expect that the prices reflect the quality as such. Also, having stayed at numerous 5 star resorts globally, the prices at parklane are in general quite competitive for the level of quality they provide. The breakfast buffet is brilliant, lots of options and caters to many different tastes. Bonus that it is on till 10.30/11 most days for those that want a lie in. The resort is very child friendly, has a lovely quiet adult pool for those travelling without little ones. We ate at LPM and Nammos, superb meals and service in each venue. The rooms are a bit on the small side for the price you pay would be my only small complaint. The service is top notch, you can order drinks and food to your sunlounger via a QR code, which comes out very quickly. All the staff, despite working in the peak of summer, are super friendly and attentive. The kids club is brilliant, again, not sure why people complain about the fact you have to book in advance. It is not a place where you dump your kids and hope they are ok. They have proper professional child-carers working, they have a strict ratio of carer to child depending on the age category. It is essentially a nursery-level service. We absolutely loved it and felt the price (again) reflected the level of service you receive. Also worth noting the outdoor facilities, including the small water park, are free for people to take their kids. Overall we had a fantastic stay at the resort, would highly recommend it and hope we can come back soon in the future.
