Myself and my family are not long back from a 9 night holiday at Phi Phi Holiday Resort. The whole holiday at this resort was fantastic from start to finish. The staff are amazing, could not do enough for us and just made us feel so welcome. The position on Laem Tong Beach is in my opinion, the best on the island. Beautiful sand and incredible views makes this resort paradise. The whole resort has such a relaxed and happy feel to it, a home away from home and all of the staff were exceptional. Food was great, proper Thai food and western if you would like, with great choice. I cannot recommend Phi Phi Holiday resort Highly enough, it's exceptional.

We deliberately chose this hotel that is isolated from the crowd (ton sai and ibiza), and for a room with beach access. We were not disappointed in either regard. The beach and sea were absolutely stunning! The hotel itself is situated on the northern tip the island Phi Phi Don, and it is large enough to have access to both views to the east and the west, so you can expect extraordinary island sunrises and sunsets with infinity pools. The resort itself is kind of a mix. We got upgraded to the honeymoon suite, which is essentially the only bungalow sitting on the sandy beach. It is situated at the center of all the beach front bungalows, so it is exposed instead of private. Further, guests and locals were walking on the beach in front of our veranda, which was not the most relaxing of experiences. The hotel facility was aged and rather basic, and the food, while great, was rather inconsistent in taste and presentation. There were quite a few friendly cats roaming the property and were well attended to by the staff. There were also geckos and larger lizards around, as well as other varieties of endemic life. In terms of service, the staff attended to our needs, be it buggy transport or cleaning requests, and the restaurant team were friendly and prepared. The reception and concierge were good, too. My girlfriend left her phone at the property, and the resort was kind enough to arrange a courier to have it delivered to our Phuket hotel the next day-at a price, of course. Overall, the experience was a positive one, and we appreciate the hotel staff for taking good care of us.

We’ve now stayed at this resort twice and can honestly say the service is amazing every single time. On our first visit we stayed in the ocean villa with pool, which was absolutely incredible. This time we stayed in the sunset studio, but then requested to move to the garden bungalow which they were happy to accomodate as it was nice to be near the beach and it was just as good in a completely different way. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming and attentive — they really make the experience special. The beach is insane, very quiet and surreal. Highly recommend and we already can’t wait to come back again!

Phi Phi Holiday Resort is a great choice if you’re looking for peace, privacy, and natural beauty in Thailand. The resort is located in a more isolated and less crowded area on the eastern side of Phi Phi Island, close to Laemtong Pier. It’s perfect for travelers who want to escape the busy tourist مناطق and enjoy a calm, relaxing environment. The property is quite large, and getting around by buggy carts adds a convenient and unique touch. The resort is well spread out with multiple sections, which gives it a spacious and uncrowded feel. One of the highlights of my stay was the Sunset Bar and the pool area — the views are absolutely stunning, especially during sunset. It’s a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. The night fire show was another fantastic experience. It really adds energy to the evenings and is something you shouldn’t miss during your stay. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety including Thai dishes, bread and pastries, a meat corner, and coffee. As a Sri Lankan, I was especially happy to see Dilmah tea being served — in fact, they serve only Dilmah tea, which was a very nice and personal touch. The beach is clean and peaceful, and the overall atmosphere of the resort is calm and charming. There is also a mini mart within walking distance, which is very convenient, although prices are slightly higher compared to mainland stores — understandable given the island location. One thing to note is that due to the resort’s remote location, transport to other parts of Phi Phi can take time and cost a bit more. Also, since the property is quite large, moving around may require waiting for buggy service at times. Overall, I had a very pleasant and memorable stay. I would highly recommend Phi Phi Holiday Resort for anyone who prefers a quiet and scenic retreat away from the crowds. Tip: Don’t miss the sunset at the pool or bar, enjoy the breakfast, and definitely catch the night fire show!

The reason why we gave this a 3 stars was due to the fact that the rooms when shown on the booking were a lot more modern than what we had. We received a message regarding our booking a few weeks before our about the change in our room booking due to renovations as we needed interconnecting rooms. We were told the upgrade was free. When we arrived we were put in a very old room completely different to what we had booked. Also needed to call reception for leaking toilet tap. This is also during low season with approximately 50 guests and was still placed in a very old room that was worse for wear. It definitely was disheartening. The food was delicious along with the facilities, we had the beach pretty much for ourselves. The staff was very good and attentive. Just gutted about our room situation.
