Studio style apartment was in good to reasonable condition, well appointed and spacious. Cleaning and towel service every 2nd day. Bathroom facilities were good. The pool and poolside area was clean and in good condition. The food in the buffet restaurant was fairly decent. The complex has a good central location (if you don't mind a short uphill walk) and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby.

Excellent location, great 3 star hotel. We were a party of 18 ranging between ages 15 to 60 years celebrating a 50th birthday. The hotel had a note of this and left a bottle of sparkling wine and two glasses in the room on the special day. Clean, food was great, quiet, beds really comfortable, air conditioning brilliant. The onsite entertainer, Sam is brilliant, inclusive and very funny, who was also aware of our large group booking too and made a fuss of us. We came back after our first small family holiday last year and we have never been anywhere twice before, but will certainly be back for a 3rd time next year. Highly recommend.

Me and my boyfriend That are 16,18 Was our first holiday Had a lovely time at Hotel Plaza Palmeras. Staff are polite, Receptionists are Very welcoming too! And entertainment is good. The rooms are slightly run down but didn’t bother us. Air conditioning in the bedroom was amazing. Also the rooms coming with a fridge which was very handy to store water in and snacks. We chose all inclusive which was good, A lot Of different choices. and themed food nights. It is also About a 5 minute walk And then your on the strip/ Beach side. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed here for a week all inclusive in a ground floor apartment with a great terrace. Room had air-conditioning and a fridge which was very handy. Drinks selection was alright, beer was good and they had slushies and cocktails on offer. Not much bar snacks but always something on offer. They had whippy ice cream machine that was free if you were all-inclusive. Animation guy was very entertaining and friendly as was the young girl and guy at the bar. Reception staff were very helpful too. We'll be back again in the future!

Clean and perfectly good rooms, Looking a little dated but my wife and I had no complaints at all. Food was decent but really depends on how much of a fussy eater you are. Location wise it's pretty good, literally a 5 minutes walk down hill to the strip and when going back up it'll maybe take you 10 mins. It's not that bad at all. I would gladly return here again.
