We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient, and our room was cleaned to a very high standard every day, often while we were at breakfast (which is amazing with great choice). The hotel is in an ideal location, both to beach and strip, especially for guests with limited mobility. Being right on the beach is a huge bonus, and the pool is fantastic. The suite was excellent, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. Already planning our return :-).

Well where do we start stayed in Lanzarote for a few years now but never stayed here. We opted for bed,breakfast and evening meal absolutely phenomenal. The food is absolutely amazing the views are absolutely stunning 🤩 was greeted with champagne 🍾 on arrival and cases brought to the room. The only thing I would like to see different here is the choice of larger it would be nice to see madri or san Miguel on draft. We only ate out 1 night out of our weeks stay but that’s only because we love an Indian the restaurant food we thought was absolutely amazing and can’t fault it at all massive selection to choose from. Staff friendly and attentive the maids thank you so much for your service we opted for later room cleans and they never missed you just pop the sign on the door how hard they work ♥️ I honestly can’t fault this hotel and we will be sure to book back in November. The rooms are absolutely beautiful. Thank you for the most amazing hospitality we have experienced Kellie & Ste room 552 xxx

Stayed here for a week just before Xmas and hands down this is the best Hotel I have stayed in at the Canary Islands! The staff were all wonderful and so friendly. The room was spotless and was massive even for the standard room! All the little touches made such a difference like at breakfast they have Kellogg’s Cereal and items more catered to British/ Irish Tourists. Only thing I would say is at the height of summer it may be difficult to get a sunbed as they don’t have loads down at the pool. Location is perfect right next to the beach and where all the bars and restaurants were so everything is within walking distance. Parking can be a bit of a pain during the day if you get a rental, but finding a space late in the evening was no issue at all. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will definitely love to stay again! The late check out for €10 an hour was well worth it as we didn’t check out until 5pm then headed straight to the Airpot for our flight home.

This hotel couldn’t be located in a better place. Beachfront one side and shops, bars and restaurants the other. A very clean and well maintained hotel. Every member of staff were so friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast had the greatest choice of breakfast items, we didn’t have an evening meal there because the choice of restaurants within a short distance is second to none. My son turned 18 during our stay and the hotel left a card, chocolates and champagne in his room on the day-nice touch! There’s plenty of sunbeds and a nice relaxed vibe around the pool. An excellent pool bar which make excellent cocktails. It’s a fabulous hotel and we’ve already booked a ten day stay here next year. Well done to the hotel staff and management 👏🏻

First time at the fariones suites as we usually go to the fariones apartments, but we got a good deal for 12 nights. We booked a sea view suite which was lovely, but that’s probably where it ended as to me a sea view is a view of the ocean with nothing obscuring the view. We had palm trees right in front of us in room 443 so to me it’s a partial sea view. TV channels kept losing signal, had a microwave in the room but that’s it, no plates or cutlery, Pointless really. Sunbed warriors were out in force, which i noticed some people putting towels on at 5.30 in the morning and laying on them in there dressing gowns before they go to breakfast. How sad! Breakfast was very nice indeed, there is so much to choose from, with hot and cold food to smoothies, even fresh cookies 😀 to much to list what they had on offer. Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms cleaned every day and beds made. I think they changed the sheets every 3/4 days. It is a very nice hotel but they should be quite clear on stating there sea view rooms which are obscured by trees, as if i knew this i would not of booked. Would i return to this hotel? Yes but not at the prices they’re charging, I prefer the fariones apartments. It’s nearly half the price and just as good without the view.
