My son celebrated his 20th birthday during his stay at PortBlue Club Pollentia Resort & Spa, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel team. A very special thank you to Maxi Neidhart (Duty Manager) for her kindness, professionalism, and exceptional support in organizing a birthday surprise. I was in another country and wanted to arrange a cake for my son in advance. Maxi was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The surprise exceeded all expectations. My son received not only a beautiful birthday cake, but also a card and even a bottle of sparkling wine. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that made his special day unforgettable. As a mother who could not be there in person on her son’s 20th birthday, it meant the world to me to know that he was surrounded by such caring and thoughtful people. Your kindness and attention made me feel as if I was there celebrating with him. It is something I will always remember with gratitude. Thank you for your outstanding service, attention to detail, and genuine care for your guests. Experiences like this make a hotel truly special. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time at the resort. Its location is excellent for exploring the north of the island, including its beautiful beaches and coves, with Alcúdia only a five-minute drive away. We usually spent the mornings at the beach and returned to enjoy the resort in the afternoon, which worked perfectly for our family. The food was another highlight: both breakfast and dinner offered an excellent variety, with plenty of choices for everyone. At breakfast, there was also a small vegan and vegetarian corner, as well as a good selection of plant-based milks. If we had to mention one downside, it would be the drinking water. Only one bottle was provided in the room on arrival, and water was not included with the half-board dinner. A 500 ml bottle cost €3.30, which we found quite expensive. Overall, we had a very pleasant family holiday and would happily return.

Room fantastic, all very new. Restaurants and food are very good. Location hasn’t been explored yet but looks beautiful. We met Marta and she’s super friendly and great asset to the hotel. The shows and music are a good quality and well worth staying at the hotel for.

Very disappointing stay Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at Club Pollentia. When we arrived, our room was full of ants and silverfish. They were everywhere — from the beds to our clothes in the wardrobe. This was completely unacceptable and made us very uncomfortable. We asked to be moved to another room, but we were told that they could not provide us with a new room until the following day. As a result, four people had to sleep in a room with only two one-person sofas for the night, which was extremely uncomfortable. What made the situation even more frustrating was that, when we checked the hotel’s website ourselves, there appeared to be rooms available to book. This made us question why we were told that no alternative room was available. The only positive thing about our stay was the waiting staff. The waiters were all very friendly, helpful and did their best to assist us. Unfortunately, their great service could not make up for the problems we experienced with the room and how the situation was handled. Overall, this was far from the experience we expected, and we were very disappointed. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and customer service.

We spent a whole week at this resort. The resort itself is quite large and offers plenty of sports activities. However, our room was rather small, and the bathroom sink was connected to the bedroom, which I personally didn’t like. The room was also quite far from the reception, restaurants, and pool. The food was okay, but it felt like there was very little variety, as the menu was almost the same every day. Also, be aware that even though we paid for the all-inclusive package, not everything was actually included and there were a few food options that required an extra charge. That being said, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location of the resort was great too. :)
