As a Marriott Lifetime Platinum and Hilton Diamond member, I have stayed at many luxury properties, and I consider my experience at Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach to be truly world-class. In fact, it is hard to believe it is categorized as an "Upper Upscale" brand, as the overall experience easily matches that of a true "Luxury" class property. The resort is well-maintained, offering great views, a quality breakfast, and excellent Italian dining. The service was also notable, particularly from an employee named MAI. I had left a personal item at my previous hotel, and she quickly communicated with the other property to retrieve it for me without any hassle. She handled all my other requests efficiently and professionally. Overall, it is a well-managed hotel with capable staff and solid facilities. I would gladly recommend it.

Pros - 1) Hotel is on a cliff and overlooks the ocean - beautiful. Apparently it used to be a rubber plantation. 2) Rooms are sizeable and clean and bottled water, amenities etc are provided. 3) Service is a standout. The GM dropped by to say hi during check in and service staff were all great throughout our stay. Some of the the staff even remembered our names and room number. 4) The spread at the buffet breakfast was excellent and personally on par with that of Banyan Tree Koh Samui and Park Hyatt Shanghai. Quality was okay only though but still a highlight. 5) There is a smallish kids club with an indoor area (tiny ball pit, PS5, foosball table) and a small outdoor playground; more suited for younger kids (probably ages 7 and below). 6) Internet is decently fast and stable. 7) There is an hourly shuttle to the beach (where there is a 7-11 and quite a few eateries/massage places) but you can easily get there just by walking down the stairs from the swimming pool. The beach is relatively clean and void of the usual tourist crowds. Cons - 1) My only major peeve - Our room had a fair bit of house flies and mosquitoes and we spent quite a bit of time trying to remove them; not exactly my idea of a relaxing stay. 2) The food at Vero Italian was decent but skip the steak imho as I found it lacking in beefiness. The views are great though. Overall it was a great stay only marred by the flies and mosquitoes. Happy to stay again but maybe not during the rainy/monsoon season and in a room closer to the main lobby.

Room (Grand Deluxe) was well maintained, clean and very comfortable for my 3 night stay. The balcony was clean too (note that the view was limited given that it’s further away from the sea view). Service around the resort was great! The lady receptionist at the morning buffet (16-18 July) remembered my preferred seat and coffee order - which was a sincere gesture given that she attends to many guests each day. The team also provided a surprise check-out gesture during breakfast on my last day. Housekeeping did not pale in comparison. I did not receive housekeeping because I set the DND on for the whole day. This did not stop the housekeeping team from visiting my room in the evening to check if I needed to make up my room. Even though I did not accept their offer, I greatly appreciate their gesture! The transport driver who picked me up from airport was also the same one who dropped me off at boat lagoon after I checked out. He surprised me with English knowledge titbits about Phuket, explained the various fruit trees along the drive out from the hotel. Lastly, service can be improved during check-in and check-out engagement as it felt rushed and impersonal especially since I have an elevated accor membership status. I’m usually not a fan of buffet breakfasts but the options here are geared with wellness boosts, ranging from choice of fruits (different daily) for freshly pressed juice, yakult, chia seed jars, egg white omelette at the live station, fruits, cheese (at least 6 types!). the noodle live station was good too! having the breakfast here for 3 consecutive days did not bore me at all! Last but not least, the machines in the gym were relatively dated and it would be good if the management considers a refresh.

I would also like to recognize Khun Rung at C-Bar for her outstanding service. She was attentive, welcoming, and always ensured that guests felt well taken care of. In addition, I would like to commend Mr. Mario for his exceptional professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction. His attention to detail, proactive assistance, and genuine care for guests truly enhanced my experience. We recently stayed at the Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. As Accor members, we were warmly welcomed by the Accor representative and the hotel manager, Albert, who made us feel incredibly valued throughout our stay. We were upgraded to the Grand Ocean Room, along with early check-in and late check-out, which made our trip even more relaxing. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with an amazing view of the Andaman Sea. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with a wide variety of delicious choices. The spa treatments were also fantastic and added to the overall relaxing experience. What really stood out was the exceptional hospitality from all the staff — everyone we encountered was warm, friendly, attentive, and professional. Albert personally greeted us every morning to check on how our stay was going, which was a very thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Phuket. We will definitely be back again!
