A perfect weekend staycation at Pullman Panwa especially during the rainy season. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, making it the ideal place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful getaway. A great buffet breakfast, and we also loved the rainy day promotion at the lobby bar—every time it rained, drinks were buy one, get one free, which made the experience even more enjoyable. What truly made this stay special, was the staff warm and hospitality. A special shout-out to Khun Nat, who was amazing, attentive and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. A truly beautiful resort! The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with stunning views of the bay. The pool area is truly charming, and its location at Cape Panwa feels like a hidden gem compared to the busier areas of Phuket. Especially Yogi, who is always smiling, very responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed in the breakfast area. It’s attentive service like this that turns a good stay into an extraordinary one. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay here. Not our usual choice of hotel but it couldnt have suited us better! We really enjoyed the swim up bar, spacious family room, clean and comfortable kids club, and the children’s pool/ slide. Everyone we met who worked there were so lovely. We enjoyed the free marine walk with Tit looking for starfish, and the kids club with Yuii - she was such a pleasure to meet, and big thanks to Nan at Tamarind restaurant who was super kind to us trying to deal with two over tired children at dinner!

Our experience at this hotel was exceptional from the moment we started the reservation process. The service was top-notch, but what truly stood out was the amazing kid handling; the staff made our little ones feel incredibly welcome and well cared for. We spent hours enjoying the big pool, which was a major highlight of our stay. A special thanks to Takky and Nat at reception for their smooth check-in and warm hospitality, as well as Pare and Aun at Aqua Restaurant for their attentive and superb service. We stayed at Pullman Phuket Panwa during our trip to Thailand and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and very comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was kind, professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable throughout the entire stay. The rooms, facilities, and overall ambiance of the hotel were very enjoyable, and the property feels calm and well maintained. Breakfast and service were also very good. The only downside for us was the sea at Cape Panwa. Compared to some other beaches in Thailand, we personally did not enjoy the beach and sea experience there as much as we expected. Still, we had a lovely stay overall and would like to thank the entire Pullman Phuket Panwa team for their hospitality and care.
