We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful and very relaxing, with a setting that feels perfect for switching off and enjoying Phuket. The views and overall atmosphere made it a really special place to stay. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone we dealt with was so helpful, warm and accommodating throughout our stay. They made everything feel easy and welcoming, and their kindness genuinely added to the experience. A particular shout out to Qis for a very warm welcome, Julian for his care and attention during our stay and extra help when we needed it and Micky for checking in and making sure we are OK! Overall, it was a lovely stay in a beautiful resort, made even better by the amazing team. We would happily stay again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Phuket.

We had a great family holiday stay at the Pullman Phuket Panwa. We had a free upgrade to suite room which made our stay extra special. Breakfast was nice and the team were always welcoming. Special shout out to the kids club team led by Leena. Our kids had so much fun doing tie dye and also to Harif who did thai boxing for the kids! Extra fun memories and LOL moments 😂. Golf at the front desk also deserves a mention for helping me print out my sons piano exam results which arrived via email during our stay. A nice surprise for him for the months of hard work 🙏. We're all looking forward to coming back again!!

We stayed in a Pool Villa Garden View for three nights and really enjoyed it. The villa is spacious and private, and having our own pool made it feel like a proper retreat. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety, and the sunrise over the bay from the beach was one of the most beautiful we have seen. At low tide the beach turns into a shallow seagrass flat full of starfish, which was a lovely surprise. Check-in did not go well. There was confusion at the front desk about paying with ALL points on the Mastercard offer, and we waited a long time before getting into our villa. However, management took it seriously. They reviewed the case, apologised clearly in writing and put things right. When we came back from a day trip to Phi Phi, tired and rainy, they had prepared a bath for us in the villa with bath salts, candles and flowers, at exactly the right temperature. The manager also came to meet us personally at checkout. That kind of recovery says a lot about the team. One thing to know: Cape Panwa is quiet and secluded, so you will need a taxi to go out in the evenings. It is perfect if you want peace and calm. Overall, a beautiful resort with a team that genuinely cares. We would stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort, and a huge part of what made our experience so special was the incredible team who took such great care of us throughout our stay. A special thank you to Micky, Julian, the Bell Service Captain, Baion, and Nat for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. Every one of them made us feel genuinely welcomed, comfortable, and valued. They were always attentive, approachable, and ready to help, ensuring that we had everything we needed and that our stay was as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Micky deserves special recognition for his exceptional attention to detail and for always listening to our requests and making sure everything was taken care of. Julian and the bell service team were equally wonderful, always welcoming us with a smile and providing excellent service. Baion and Nat also contributed to making our experience so positive through their warm personalities and thoughtful care. What truly stood out to us was how personal and genuine the hospitality felt. The entire team went above and beyond to make us feel at home while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of this resort. Their kindness and dedication made a real difference and turned a lovely stay into a truly memorable experience. Thank you to the whole team for making us feel so special and for creating such a wonderful atmosphere throughout our visit. We are incredibly grateful for the experience and would happily return to Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort. The team is truly one of the highlights of this beautiful resort, and they deserve all the recognition for their outstanding service! Highly recommended!

A huge thank you to everyone at Pullman Phuket for making our honeymoon so memorable. This is a beautiful, well-designed hotel with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The complimentary shuttles to Old Town and Central Phuket are a great touch, the on-site facilities and activities are fantastic, and the food is absolutely delicious. But what truly makes this hotel special is the people. Every single member of staff we met was genuinely kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. A special thank you to Julian, Micky and Qis, who were all incredibly caring, thoughtful, and exceptional at what they do. This is a wonderful hotel in its own right, but as is so often the case, it's the staff who make it unforgettable and this hotel is no exception. We would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you're looking for somewhere to truly switch off, unwind, and be looked after. Thank you again for such a special stay!
