If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfas, lunch and dinner, all buffet style (6am to 10pm), served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, refreshments, soft drinks, beer and spirits. (except during meal times).

We had an absolutely delightful stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort from Tuesday, January 20 to Thursday, January 22, 2026 (Booking: QBRSFRGR). This was our special babymoon trip, and the team went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Julian and the reception staff gave us the warmest welcome, setting a perfect tone for relaxation. They surprised us with beautiful babymoon decorations in our room – thoughtful touches like baloon arrangements and celebratory notes that made us feel truly special. As elite members, we were thrilled with the complimentary upgrade to a stunning pool villa, where we spent blissful hours in our private pool and lounging right on the beach – pure paradise! We also appreciated the staff accommodating our request for a quick photoshoot; Miss Cindy, the trainee, did a fantastic job capturing our joyful moments with professionalism and creativity. Checkout was seamless, thanks to Mr. Anton's efficient handling. A special shoutout to Chef Raju, who personally guided us through the dedicated vegetarian menu – his recommendations were spot-on, and every dish was flavorful and fresh, perfectly suited to our preferences. Overall, this was a pleasant stay filled with outstanding hospitality. We loved every bit of it and can't wait to return!

King at the Reception provided an excellent level of service throughout our stay. He was attentive, polite, and genuinely caring, always ensuring that everything was handled smoothly and professionally. His positive attitude and attention to detail made a noticeable difference and truly enhanced our experience at Pullman Panwa Beach Phuket. King is clearly someone who takes pride in his work and represents the hotel in a very positive way. I've absolutely loved my experience here! Everything, from the clean rooms to the friendly service, it has been nothing but exceptional. Everyone is so very nice and so welcoming. I've personally had the pleasure of having Fah, Fon, Darren and Dan as the main people who have made my stay top tier, being so kind and efficient in helping anyway they can. In saying that, literally everyone I've come across have been so lovely. The food is divine and I'm in awe of the talent, especially with presentation and how the menu not only incorporates Thai food, but 5 other cuisines too into the buffet menu which has been a highlight to try. Not to mention the views are truly picture perfect as well as the activities available are always keeping you busy if you're wanting something to do. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely consider returning.

The Aqua restaurant is an easy 10/10 for me. To the family friendly service to the food itself is incredible. The staff, especially Dan who I have had the pleasure of seeing everyday makes the experience more memorable. Having a laugh every morning starts the day off right. The food has also been amazing. By having different cuisines everyday the chefs do a tremendous job. Everything is so delicious. Would defiantly recommend to anyone.

Overall, the stay was good and the room was clean and comfortable. As we stayed during the New Year holiday, the hotel was very busy, and the service was not as smooth as expected. In addition, some areas may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties, as accessibility could be improved. We recommend improvements in service management during peak periods and better accessibility to enhance the overall guest experience. Despite these points, the experience was still satisfactory.
